From the information reaching me, he borrowed #1.2 million or $1.2k from a friend with the promise of returning the funds when he wins the bet. He preferred ending his life than facing his debtors. What a terrible choice. I don't think anything in this life can make me take my own life. He lost hope of living out of desperation to win the best which was cut off as a result of his great loss. I can't imagine that a businessman of his caliber stopped so low as to see gambling as an investment opportunity that he even had to go borrow to invest in it.  He literally failed the life test of endurance and keeping hope alive in the face of temptations and adversity.

Gambling in moderation should be adopted by everyone who wishes himself well in this life. I even hope that one day, strong government or gambling association policies can help  reduce considerably the excesses that people  showcase in the act of gambling. People need to be properly sensitized that gambling isn't a solution to poverty and isn't to be focused on when you need money. Its a means of mental relief and fun and not an occupation or an investment.

Still, that amount of money sounds rather small in my opinion, compared to the actions he decided to take... It leads me to believe even further there was something more involved on his mental situation or even financially. For example, the media and your sources could suggest he had taken such loan for a value of a lil bit over 1000$, however, there is a good chance he actually acquired debt for even more money than that and with different people, we may not be hearing or reading about it because the news are not informed enough.
Also, since he decided to ask for a loan to gamble, it is probable he had already sold all his assets and means of life (becuase he was a businessman). Regardless of the circumstances of all of this, we must respect him and also feel sorry for him and the people he is leaving behind. At least, he was a kind and sound in mind not to harm others physically before taking such a desperate thing, in a similar situation, others who cannot tell right from wrong would have lashed against other innocent people, before killing themselves.

More or less all of us are related to online gambling in particular but I don't know losing gambling and dying but really it's madness. However after losing money in gambling, the temporary nature of the self changes and then any kind of bad behavior comes to mind. Apparently, this is one decision I always advise people not to make no matter the situation they find themselves, or neither should they gamble huge sum on any game no matter how much people claim it to be 100% sure odd. But moreever, they never could have said the entire whole truth, while he did what he did.  Because at times you never can tell, that #2million might have been a borrowed money which he intended to pay back with interest, of which after losing the game and knowing fully well he can't afford to pay back his borrowed money, then decided to just commit suicide.

Hence, the two lesson I think we should learn from this is;

There is no loss which can be justified for taking own life, deeply saddened to see such disturbing news and the wort part is the fact that it's not the first time we have seen such news. To begin with, if a person lost money that was not his own, people will try to collect the debt from his relatives. Therefore, it is more logical to sell one's organs - this way one can somehow compensate for the loss. And suicide does not solve anything, except that the soul of the suicide will wander the earth for some time.

You're right, we cannot run away from our problems, we finds solutions to them, now that he commit suicide on himself, he just put the family in two devastating conditions, the loss of their brother and the burden of repaying back the debt he left behind, he chose to die by killing himself even before they could attempts killing him, i don't think I've seen a case of killing someone because of something related to this before.

You have a point, the family he left may have more problems because of the debts he left before he died (if there were any) there is also a possibility that his debtors will ask something in return. The man failed to understand that a responsible gambler should only gamble what he or she can afford to lose but he risk more that he can afford to lose (like bitten more than he can chew).
However, I don't think I can gamble if I have such money because I am gambling because 9f profits and not the other way round, and still I have limits, I can not gamble more than what I have estimated for gambling.

I also saw the news on one of my local websites. I felt bad after seeing it. From the news that I saw, I heard the guy was a businessman and he took a loan. Then he went ahead to go gamble with the loan, but unfortunately he lost the bet, and he decided to kill himself. I don’t know why you should take a loan and gamble with it, the guy is even having a business, he should have just used the loan that he took to boost his business, but he prefers to gamble with the money, and he lost.

And could be that while vetting on taking that loanhe had told the loan company he has a business establishment and wnats to use the money to put into his business to expand supply instead he used it to gamble, activity that is without certainty. I am suspecting (just a suspicion though) that someone must have tip him about doing that, using the loan money as to have it quickly double on a small odd that seem to have  good outlook of playing but bad luck stroke instead.

Understanding the risks and accepting whatever will happen or what you will experience especially in terms of risk is the most important key before someone gets involved in this activity.
