Don't worry I was there. Both spreadsheets and notebooks or rather even logbooks. But this was for trading. Then I went into crypto gambling and I just looked at only casinos that kept my deposit + withdrawal history. My biggest 'regret' is on a casino still alive right now, where my P is positive but my investment profit is in 0.08 BTC lol (you can invest your balance as part of bankroll).

Regret because I even didn't lose there, but people won and I bankrolled their profit lol
