Similar things happened to me on another site before. Clear cache should works but if they still let you logout then you might as well logout. If it doesnt fix it then try to clear cache again then restart your desktop. Sometimes a simple fix like this would solve the issue

I tried accessing the website using three different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Edge), and I got the same message in all of them.
I even cleared Firefox's cache, but that didn't solve the issue.

I can see the login button at the top of the page which probably means that I'm already logged out.

Now this is weird, since you said that you tried to access the site from your phone using the same ISP and everything went through then it could be something to do with your desktop. Might as well try phone tethering using mobile data to your desktop, if it can connect to rainbet then perhaps its your router that has issue. Im assuming you tried restarting your desktop already?

Another thing I can recommend would be the cave man fix which might works, try turning on and off your router few times. It usually will reset back to the original location

I tried this, and I can now access Rainbet on my desktop computer. It's so weird, because I'm still using the same ISP.

My phone and my desktop computer were both connected to the same router. My computer was connected via a LAN cable, and my phone was connected via Wi-Fi.
Now, I've disconnected the LAN cable. My phone is still connected to the same router and my computer is connected to the internet through my mobile tethering.

So weird. I connect to the same ISP in two different ways. One makes Rainbet think I'm in Germany, while the other makes it recognize my correct region.

Yes, I've had the same issue for the past 2-3 days, and I've restarted my computer several times.

This couldn't be the issue. I checked my IP address through several different IP checker tools, and they all reported my correct region.
It's only Rainbet that recognizes my region as Germany when I connect my desktop computer directly to my router.

Congratulations to you. It wasn't a good day for me today. I thought there would be a lot of goals between Chelsea and Manchester United, but I was wrong. I played BTTS. This was why I wanted Man United to score first, because I knew Chelsea would score. I'm not surprised that Man United couldn't score. They have been beyond awful. The red card made things worse for them, but they were still horrible before the red card.

I played the same thing in the Man City and Brighton game. When Brighton scored, I was relieved because I thought there was no way Man City wouldn't get a goal in their own stadium. Somehow, Man City finished the game without getting a goal

Can you access Rainbet website using your mobile device?
If answer is yes, than you can contact support and tell them about your issue.
You can also use your laptop in different location, with different IP address to, confirm if issue is maybe connected with your IP home address.
For me Rainbet is working fine and I dont have any issues accessing or useing the website.

Yes, I can access Rainbet with my mobile phone, and the weird thing is that it's connected to the same router as my dekstop computer is.
The other weird thing is that all the IP checker tools I tried recognized my actual region while Rainbet thinks I'm in Germany.

I haven't been able to access Rainbet on my desktop computer over the past few days. I get a message saying "Due to our gaming license, we cannot accept players from Germany. If you're using a VPN, please disable it and try again."

I'm not from Germany and I'm not using any VPN. I also checked my IP address through different IP checker tools and they all showed my correct region.
I can access the website on my phone using the same ISP without any issues.

Has anyone ever faced the same issue?

I have never experienced this with Rainbet, but I did with Bybit. It was flagging as someone from the UK 
But after changing a couple of browsers and clearing the browser data, everything went on just fine. I must admit I had previously used a VPN service on the browser before. Maybe the website accessed some browser data that made it think I was from the UK

That seems like a very roundabout way to fix the problem. Why dont you try using Wi-Fi as well on your computer instead of using LAN cable? Im just guessing here, probably it could be an issue with using the LAN cable since using Wi-Fi directly on phone works but I guess using LAN cable is your setup all these time and you only had this problem since 2-3 days ago (?)

Another solution could be asking support to wipe all your session if you can explain your situation but this is a pretty weird case

The fix was so simple. I just disabled and re-enabled my Ethernet adapter.

I see so It was an issue with using LAN cable after all. I guess its something to do with the LAN cable configuration routing through different location but disabling then re enabling the Ethernet adapter just reset everything back

I've had a persistent issue (constantly logs me out at random intervals, which range from maybe 15 seconds to a minute) which is absolutely somehow related to my device, though no amount of resetting or updating can fix it, so I've had to live with it for my entire Rainbet existence haha.

It does tell me I know little about how devices recognise each other... Rainbet support only told me it was my cache or browser (which it isn't, since it's only my main and secondary devices that give me this issue -- tried once to login from another computer on same connection and it worked without issues).

3.8 odd This is really amazing I did not bet on this match. To be honest if I had bet on this match it would have been in favor of Inter. Because Inter's performance record is better than Ac Milan. Inter has performed very well in previous matches and won the match easily. However, this match has seen some exceptions in their performance. Only a slacker loser would pick Manchester United to beat Chelsea currently with how disastrous the United team is across all competitions. I had the strong guts they United would not win Chelsea in that game but to play safe as I was thinking I decided to choose GG (BTTS)  because I felt that even if Chelsea manage to win United, at least the Red devils wouldn't fail to score a consolation goal for themselves. 
Two games spoilt my ticket this weekend and Manchester United was one of them, which I felt very disappointed mostly for their result, because how couldn't they get a goal against Chelsea that's not with a good defense.
