This kind of promotion is very rare but it exists. I think it's called a patriotic bet that I have seen often in local sportsbook and casinos. I don't know if Metawin owner is from England or simply supports England but in my country casinos sometimes offer loss-free bet, e.g. if you make a bet on our national team, if they win you win but if they lose, you don't lose money and get a full refund.
Btw I wonder if any Spanish casino offered loss-free bets local people, that would be amazing.

I know about free bets, but based on my experience, casinos don't give a $20 free bet unless you have been wagering a lot on the casinos' sports games.
