Out of desperation, they might do that without considering the risk. Well, if you have limited information on your device, I think it’s not a big risk. What’s important is that you can access the Internet, as life is very difficult without it now that we’re living in the digital age. And, of course, you’ll miss gambling when you can’t access the Internet, so there’s a lot to miss if you go offline. I would say it’s worth the risk.
I don't gamble that much lately, but life is boring without the Internet. Life is too hard without the Internet, especially when you make a living through your Internet jobs. We had a six-day internet blackout, and I could not tell the company that I was unavailable. Many people in my country lost their jobs due to internet blackouts. Some companies moved their workers to the nearest country so they could work. The same thing is happening in Pakistan right now where Students are protesting, and their government is slowing down the internet, and now they are blaming VPNs. I don't really understand why they think the people do not understand anything while half of the students are CSE engineers. |

The internet is already up, and all the restrictions on the internet have been lifted. But some of us still use slow internet connections. I am unsure if it's from the government or just my ISP that slowed down the internet speed. But I am glad that I am online. I can talk to friends and work peacefully at home. I don't like politics at all because it's full of corrupted people with corrupted minds. They steal money from every project they manage. Oh yeah, it's too generous. I will join right now. I'm going to try my luck! Thanks for the info BTW. |

I have always been playing on firefox or firefox based browsers on PC but metawin has gotten unplayable on the same setup lately.. -- even with ublock origin and default protectors from firefox disabled. Quick look up in the community and I see other people having the same issue recently as well.  Anyone else? would appreciate if you could try to replicate it on your end as well--you have to be logged in otherwise, it loads fine. |

Tried using firefox and it load faster the same when I use to access it on chrome. Although didn't last for long minutes but I guess everything is fine. If issues continue to exist then maybe check if there's network issues at your end, since this is common thing happen in that cases. Or maybe just use chrome to avoid getting to much problems for accessing Metawin on PC.
But if everything is fine with your network connection then you do some sort of trouble shooting and nothing happen, then try this maybe it could help to solve your issue.
Tried them all except hardware acceleration (maybe later) but no luck. Maybe I'll just get brave or another chromonium browser. I was able to load metawin.com/games though or any other webpages except the homepage--while logged in-- which was always sluggish on my end.. In any case, it doesn't look like metawin has the game I'm looking for, sadly. or maybe they'll add it later on? it's newly released, see: https://bgaming.com/games/mine-gems. It's based on minesweeper so I got interested lol-- my childhood game. |

Metawin website is running smooth on my end. I will try to test tomorrow using my PC since it has firefox installed. Is there a chance that you are using an outdated browser? Metawin homepage has a lot of animation that might be the cause for the problem on your end. I also have no problems accessing metawin via PC, everything is normal on my side. Network speed usually affects page loading which could result in the page not loading perfectly. I'm not sure if it's just slow internet or something else, I certainly haven't had any problems. Whenever I face a similar problem, I clear the cache, and it works like a charm. But since most of us here were able to access the website using different browsers, I guess for those who can't, it's probably just an ISP issue. However, that's just a temporary thing, so the solution could be switching to another ISP provider if one is available, to continue enjoying playing on Metawin. BTW, I'm using Brave browser. |

What hardware do you use? Are you using an old computer? Do you have enough RAM? 8GB or higher? I have no problem when I visit Metawin via Firefox. Btw did you disable every extension that you have installed on Firefox?
If you simply want to remove "This page is slowing down Firefox" message, then you can type about:config in speed dial and increase browser.hangNotification.waitPeriod value. I am still using my lenovo legion y520 though I believe its specs are still more than enough-- i7 7th gen, 16gb ram, 256gb ssd. I did the extension thing too -- I don't have a lot, just ublock and metamask. But it does appear the problem is on my end. I can't quote you all but I appreciate you lads trying to check this for me. I'll try to look into this more when I get home. Looks like it was finally added, thanks! and maybe you'll like this game as well lol. |

It's good to know that he and his family are ok, just need a little time for rescue team and get back to normality. There are things to be done on his side in coming days but above all, be safe is most important thing.
