Not surprising to see that some of their gamblers is not active here since Metawin market their casino on other sites to. I frequently see their ads on X so provably that lots of people saw those promotional ads then try their casino and currently its still active running. So I expect that there are lots of people will ask question regarding on VIP transfer especially the offer is really nice. But if they could give some update that this promotion is temporarily close then provably lots of people could figure out that promotion is close and no further question will be asked.

Except there was no news published about the closure of vip transfer-- though cmiiw about this. Of course, it's not necessary to go here for announcements but some folks who happen to see the thread could get the wrong idea. I think you're either not familiar with or don't play much on Metawin. If you have a problem with Metawin, the primary way to contact their support is by joining their Discord server. When you try to access Metawin's contact support on the site, they direct you to join their Discord server instead of allowing you to contact support directly through the website. This is what annoys me about Metawin. Why should I have to join their Discord server just to ask a question? I find this really inconvenient, especially for people who aren't fans of Discord. Honestly, I am a long time discord user but I share the same sentiment. I think support should be accessible to folks as much as possible. Personally, I like the typical live chat we get from most casinos as a means of reaching out to support because of how accessible it is. But the good news is, according from Skel, they are building a multi brand website support which I guess would be integrated to metawin.com so situation should get better soon. I just hope it won't be delayed or something.

If it's just a simple question though, you can try to ask in metawin.com's chat-- it is pretty much their general chat in discord-- however there is a good chance you'll have to try a couple of times esp when the chat moves fast as it will likely be ignored. 😅

Yeah, 30 million really is a crazy amount. For us normal people this is only a fantasy number to be honest. Anyway, about the design of the site I have made the same observation. It is very minimalistic what you can actually see about your account and your wagers/VIP stuff and other things. I would also like it more also if you could set up your own password and 2FA, that would make it much safer I think. Just sending a link to the verified email is not the safest approach if you ask me.
