They using special character stuff, bypass bots restricted link. I tested several bots, the bigs one cannot handle these and somehow going to CHATS GPT to created my custom rules moderator encode to restricted these with these one:

I don't think they need to go that far and create a unique system customized for their casino. Why can't MetaWin have standard e-mail support + a few live agents to handle customer inquiries in addition to everything that goes on at Discord? That should be enough. Live support can handle the most common questions and doubts that players may have.
