I don't feel that way because of losing because I understand gambling is not what you will be optimistic about to win but however, I do feel very bad if I allow a cash out to disappear in my eyes   and I ended up losing the game. This happens in football when the cash out is available and I become indecisive to go for the smaller profit against waiting for the full payment, thus losing such makes me feel bad and regretful.

I was going through reddit in the early hours of today, and came across a user who lamented bitterly through his post, of how unlucky he has been in gambling in the past few weeks, like almost a month now, he said he bets minimum, twice every day, but have not won a dime for the past weeks, and this made him hate himself so much, I sincerely felt pity for him, for I remember one time I lost a huge sum of money to betting, I felt so bad that I thought of killing myself  .

I don't gamble every day because I know that I'm very unlucky in gambling games, I don't know why, but in every game I play, I always lose, I also win sometimes, but most of them really lose. I remembered every gambling game I played in those days was a total loss, that's 1 month that I always lost, but the beauty of it was that I only gambled once a week, but of course I was still disappointed in myself during those days. and what I did was quit gambling for a few months. My budget is also around $44. It's so bad, I don't know if that has happened to others, straight 1 month of loss. Maybe the good thing about me is that I'm not addicted to gambling, because I don't have a hard time letting go of gambling, probably because that's the only time I gamble. If you gamble every day, there is a chance that you will become addicted to gambling and your money will run out very quickly, especially if you always lose. Now I'm playing gambling again and I just reduced my gambling budget.

And I never hate myself personally, when I experience defeat, because defeat is a normal thing and has become a certainty that we will get. I am always able to accept the final result I get at the end of the game, even if it is a defeat.

I'm sure what you described has been mentioned quite a few times on Reddit and possibly on the forum as well; unfortunately, it's quite common. First of all, under no circumstances should someone contemplate suicide for whatever reason, especially if it's about money. First things first, I don't bet large amounts and tend to be a little conservative when it comes to betting. I find it kind of a waste of money to bet large amounts; I'm not expecting to yield huge returns, and I prefer to wager what I can afford and don't mind losing.

With that being said, although I've certainly lost some money in the past, I wouldn't go ahead and hate myself for it; it's a choice. I find it way too exaggerated to resort to such measures.

like I keep saying, I've had several experiences and alot of surprising things keep happening everyday... An incident where a man stripped himself naked and offered his life to anyone who's ready to take it, at his will, with full responsibilities to it... We had to like, beg him to atleast to get dressed - probably he was drunk? ion know.. sometimes I wonder why people won't just desist from doing things that would hurt them at the tail-end.

You look like a disciplined player, I think there are few of them, because many come to relax or release stress. They are not interested in following the rules; they came to break them in the form of an inadequate bet on all the money here and now. Thus, after a week of disciplined work, the player wants to feel irresponsible at least here. But he doesn’t realize how frivolously this will ultimately lead him to losing.

In fact, even for me, it is very difficult to observe such restrictions as you have made for yourself. I couldn't stand them even for one gaming session. Still, I come to gambling to relax a little, but at the same time I don’t allow myself to do inappropriate actions and I can stop in time.

First, before you go on to  hating yourself because you are not making profits in your gambling why not stop to ask yourself will my hating of myself due to my persistent gambling losses change anything in the results in my future gambling or everything will still be static. This hating of oneself is not nice for my looking because if one hate himself because he loss games then he would stop gambling and I don't think one can hate himself but can only hate unlucky nature and not himself. You know, I had an experience where, while I was playing gambling, I felt very annoyed because I always lost. It was the kind of feeling that I didn't want to be given a chance to really win, that I felt someone was controlling the game I was playing. You know that feeling of a gambler.

This is where I realized that what others say is true: the house always controls the game, no matter what you choose to play; they will also decide if they want you to win a small or large amount. But what you're saying is that I haven't gotten to the point where I'm disgusted with myself.

For me all the time I have gambled I consider it fun although I loss but it's funny sometimes because I intentionally place bet that even common sense will tell you that it's never gonna work but I still proceed.

Why do I have to hate myself because of gambling losses? Gambling shouldn’t be a do-or-die affair, you shouldn’t gamble to the extent that you will hate yourself because you lost in gambling. Since I have been gambling, I don’t really think I have gambled with the amount that’s going to hurt me after losing to the extent that I will hate myself. If you lose money and you are beginning to hate yourself, then something is wrong, because things like this can lead to some people being depressed and some ending up committing suicide. Always gamble with the amount you know you are not going to hate yourself after losing.

The only time I do feel bad after gambling is whenever I am with my friends, and maybe an argument comes up and we decide to place a bet that anyone who’s right will win the money, and I end up losing. The gambler who made the huge money in the betting will start to think like you said.Even they get the opinions like you said to finish his life for the loss.But it won’t be the solutions for the loss,they should increase their confidence to the game.They arrange the capital for the new game,this time arrange only from the income.Don’t get money from the loan resources,because loan will be the wrong decision to the gamblers to use for the gambling.Now the gamblers take a time of 2-4 weeks to analyse the entire gambling game.Because the gambling strategy alone make the gamblers to win huge money,So spending time on the gambling is good one.Finally back to gambling to raise the loss money.

You wont really be having those regrets if you do just simply that accept on the risks involved with gambling on which on the time that you would really be losing money then you wont really be that
having that kind of impulsive feeling since you've been already expecting from it. Losses is really that inevitable and this is something that you should really be that realizing at first.
Hating  yourself because of too much loses? Then you arent that prepared on facing up gambling in the first place. People would really be that messing up their lives just

I have only had one occasion I truly hated myself for gambling, I felt bad for nearly two days after losing money to the dices. I was getting greedy and trying to get winnings by using a relatively high wager and low multiplier. What happened what quite what one would expect to happen, but I es quite new at gambling and I thought I could beat my bad luck by going as safe as possible.
In the end, I lost my wager in a bad luck punch.

It was not  lesson as expensive as some which have been already shared here in this thread, so I would not really complain. I am impressed on how much some of the people here were willing to gamble and the feelings they had after losing those amounts of money. When I tried playing poker, I was so bad at playing it that I lost all the money I made in a month from my job and then I decided poker wasn't for me. I played the game for about three weeks and I lost everything. I was determine to win so I didn't get discourage and kept playing but after losing so much ai had no choice but to look for some other type of game so I can enjoy gambling and not always getting bad results when I gambled. I wasn't playing for money therefore I avoid getting addicted.

Why many gamblers like myself back then lose when gambling is as we follow what other individual are saying and not looking for games that we can play well and win. We think what others are doing will be the best thing to do but it doesn't favor everyone. I had to switched to sport betting and since I made that decision, I have be enjoying gambling. I don't win everytime I gamble but I don't lose all the time.

There are times when I regret my actions, especially if I think I overextended my luck and never stopped when I'm already ahead. It happens to the best of us. I never really hated myself for it, as hate is something of a deeper form of emotion that stems from something intense inside you. I didn't. But I did gave myself a quick metaphorical slap if I do say so myself lol. And what I mean by that is I didn't beat myself up for losing so much money cause there's already so much to be stressed about and I'm not about to lose my shit anymore just cause I drained my bankroll. But during those few days after losing myself to gambling I came upon a realization that ultimately lead me to work towards learning how to responsibly gamble. At the end of the day the only reliable companion you will have is yourself and if you beat yourself up for shit you can't really control you're only driving the issue further when you could've been using the time and effort you're given to work towards a solution.

I don't mean to sound like your therapist or a motivational speaker lol but I'm pretty much just speaking my mind about what worked for me best. I know a couple of us here are not really vocal about their issues with gambling and it's not great that you're keeping it to yourselves but if you really have no plans of divulging what's going on with your lives anymore, then at the very least work towards finding a solution. There are always these moments,
Moments that you wish you didn’t have to go with your guts over an old or a roll and what ever form of gambling you engage in. In all, it haven’t summed up to the point that I felt like killing myself. Just regrets and wishing I didn’t get to gamble in that moment but, it ain’t the case now.

Before I even make a stake, I get to accept the worst possibility, knowing that I could live with it rather easily than have a disturbed mind and so, I come to the conclusion on either I should play or leave it be. I think what have saved me more from gambling over the years is how I’ve come to accept the outcome and isn’t entirely after what I stand to benefit from gambling. Of course it’s a hope that you win but, it doesn’t matter if I loss too.

This is an experience I don`t like to share because I hated myself for being so irrational. I have had so many bitter experiences about gambling but the most pathetic I will share. This happened six years ago when I graduated from the university. As a young and vibrant guy with big dreams and plans for the future. I had always saved to establish a website where I could render academic-related services like selling e-books, proofreading articles online and then even writing academic papers devoid of plagiarism.

I have always been a sports lover and so when a friend told me about sports betting I felt it was an easy way to get the money remaining to establish my website. I ignorantly thought sports betting was about saying Team A will win and they must surely win because they are the stronger team without knowing that the outcome of a game is determined by different factors. I placed a multi-bet and had a cut one. To me, it was close and I was so confident that I would win my second bet. It was a story of cut one (lose), lose, lose, lose, lose, lose, lose, lose, lose lol until I lost $1500. I blamed my friend for the loss because he introduced me to gambling.
