Okay.  The Team Table is back in working order.  Smiley I really want to thank everyone for following the format.  I've created some graphs for you all, but this is how you have to view them.  I had some options, but this one is first.   I have created a free forum, and a forum thread for everyone on the list.  All graphs can be viewed without creating an account.  Accounts can be created with a fake email.  There are 3 boards.

The Individual Reports board on which only I can post, but guests may view, which may be the only board to survive.  Cheesy  And an on and off topic board which only members can post to.  And the NF stands for i am Not Fucking around.   Grin   Check it out if you want to, I'm sure you can figure out the address. 2 reports didn't work I can't see why right now.  Sorry OgNasty, and Zackz5000.  I will look at things later.  Welcome to the new teammates.  Smiley

Love the graphs @DirtyKeyboard ! Sharing these definitely makes me feel like it is a team contribution, as much as it is a personal challenge and goal.

This is day 2 for me, and my pecs are definitely sore from yesterday.

Greetings everyone.
Is a day to support Bitcoin with 100 push ups. I started this challenge 7 days ago and I have been able to achieve 700 push ups.

I was able to achieve this success by doing 35 push up in the morning, 30 in the afternoon and 35 in the evening everyday.

My reason of posting is to remind us of the health benefits of push ups.

I so much love this challenge it will really help those that has not been to the gym for a long time because of bush schedule's.

I really don't know if someone has done this before so pardon me if they have.
So this are the health benefits of push up.

1. It helps to burn calories in the body.

2. Push ups gives you effective muscle relaxation, meaning it helps you have a good rest.

3. Push ups help in pumping enough blood and oxygen all over your body.

4. Push ups help reduce chance's of shoulder injuries. A lot of people are facing various problems with their shoulder's.

5. It gives you a good posture.

I went to the doctor today because of the pain in my leg due to the accident that day. I had my leg x-rayed there, luckily my leg is not broken, just a little sprained. The doctor told me it's nothing too serious, and my leg will be completely healed within some day. After coming from the doctor, today I made a total of 73 push-ups as my challenge And today my legs were a little less sore, so I didn't have too much trouble doing today's push-ups.

I feel like I have to take the long term out of this challenge, because the price of Bitcoin looks like it won't cross 100K anytime soon, because today bitcoin price is $63,563.01. it may take quite a long while to cross 100K. but i will Continue my push ups Challenge.

At first I thought, I have to do 100 push ups in 1 time. I found it very difficult for me.
Later after this threat I can understand that this competition of pushup is very easy. I did 120 pushups totaling 60 for 2 days today after fully understanding the threat in last 5 days. But I can do 20 pushups at once.

So I did 20 pushups 3 times a day. Bitcoin price today is $62,929k. Until it hits $100k I'll be competing to do 100 pushups in a row, and I'll be constantly trying to increase to 3-4 pushups.

It's not a threat, they expected 100 push ups from us in joy of Bitcoin going to 100k, and we all finished it long ago. And later we took on the challenge as ourselves. Just like I took the challenge of starting with 20 push-ups and increasing it to 1 push-ups per day, and I will continue to do it for as long as it takes for the bitcoin price to cross 100K. Thus others have accepted the challenge like themselves.

In this way, you will not be sit through 100 push-ups, if you want, you can also take your own challenge.

And yes, please do not say the push-ups challenge is threat, it was expected from us.

Maybe if you tried doing 5 sets of 15?  That would be 75 for the day.  And you could do 20,15,20,15,20 - and that would be 90 for the day.  I am not going to say it is easy because it hurts, but I think that if you are able to spread them out and do them throughout the day, it gives your body a chance to recover, both in terms of joints but also in terms of overall tiredness that comes from adding extra exertion into your daily routine.

It's good to know you've been able to adapt to doing 100 PUs a day, considering how challenging it was for me to adapt, I first started with 5 sets of 20 PUs per day, but along the line, I figured out that it gets me worn out quickly and not being able to rejuvenate before the next day made it even more challenging for me to finish up. I was being consistent but along the line, thanks to the advice of the good men here, I figured out it was just about being consistent but figuring out what method works with you, so rather than joining others, I devices my own method which was doing 14 sets of 15 PUs which gave me around 102 PUs per day, and that's what ive been using till date and it's been working pretty well for me.

And you said you started the challenge 7 days ago and you've been consistent, I don't know if you've noticed but if you've not, we have a script by DirtyKeyboard and the script contains the records and reports of every Pusher who's currently participating in this challenge, I'm saying this because I can't seem to find your name on the Script, probably because you've not started dropping your PU reports.
You can start reporting your PU progress so DirtyKeyboard can include your name on the script so we know you're officially part of this challenge.
I believe you must've been seeing other participants' report so you should know how to make your reports but if you still don't know I'll show you below.

And remember that there should be no spacing between the figures, except there's a spacing included in your username, but since your username has no spacing, you wouldn't be needing one.

Would it be much of an hassle to make one for the total push up per day like in a format(line chart)  like the one below

to see how the number of Push up fluctuates in different days.
At first I thought, I have to do 100 push ups in 1 time. I found it very difficult for me.

Threat is a strong word and besides its a voluntary action
I have even forgotten that it was 100 push up a day for Bitcoin because it was never made compulsory
It's like showing support Now it has evolve more than that
Some of us are been consistent not just because of the movement but cause we enjoy it now.
I have always been procrastinating exercising again but the thread helped me kick start it and am liking what am seeing

You have an interesting Total Pushups graph.  You started off nice and easy, then took off like a rocket, then eased off a bit.  But it looks like recently you are picking up the pace.  Keep it up!

Yeah I meant the team push Up per day
Gave my as a reference that it would look nice if it is a line graph.
Maybe if possible correlate it with Bitcoin closing price for the day  Cheesy
I just checked the site and I must say it's impressive
I tried it like you stated in your previous reply and I was lead to an old thread on Google that's around 2023
But with the link you just shared I can access it now.

Lol am usually free on weekends so it's easy to hit higher than weekdays where I go for work
But now I can atleast press at least 50 a session so the number would be increasing as I get more accustomed to it.

After a couple of days doing planks with my push-ups I can really feel it in my shoulders. I should probably watch a video on how to properly do them as I wasn’t expecting planks to hit my shoulders so hard. If anyone has any tips feel free to share them. My legs are also sore from doing stairs. Not sure why I’m going so hard with the workouts these days but I’m enjoying it. Can’t wait til BTC hits 100K and we can all celebrate.

Anyone going to be brave enough to share before/after photos?

That really shows that you are doing your push-up well because you position your body in a straight position, in other to relief the pains in your shoulders you still need to be consistence in your exercise try to reduce the numbers of reps in each of your set when you noticed that you are no longer feeling the pains you can increase a bit then gradually you start hitting it up.

There is joy in doing exercise at times when I look at my body transformation I feel joy in me and it is also going to be a moment of joy when BTC hit $100k we will all celebrate it together.

Yes I already have some photos in my gadgets am going to share them when Bitcoin reaches $100k.

Here's my report update: 

100K,JayJuanGee,84,16110,2024-04-28

Since I ONLY have 16 more days until I reach 100 days in a row of push-ups (it seems like forever doing pushups), I am pretty much on target to have an average of 200-pushups per day by the time I get to the 100th day, as long as I pretty much keep up my same rate of pushups per set and pushups per day which has been more than the average of 243.125 pushups per day for the next 16 days needed in order to have at least a 200 pushups per day by day 100 - which surely is hurting me to keep up such a rate, but it is mostly manageable since I have mostly been doing around more than 250 pushups per day since April 6th, the last 22-23 days.. 

It is almost like getting stuck in one's own trap of goals, and surely I have to be getting a little bit better and stronger with the pushups since I was kind of stuck at 50 per set for quite a long time, but every once in a while I am able to do 5 or maybe 10 more, sure it is a struggle, but sometimes I am totally worn out by the time I get to 50 and then other times, I say to myself, let me try a few more, so I end up getting another 5 or 10..

I did move my highest number of pushups per set up to 64 a few days ago and then to 65 yesterday, and surely there tends to hardly be any energy left on the few times that I have gotten into the 60s.. but still most of my sets have 50 pushups and I tend to do them 5 times a day with at least an hour between sets and frequently a minimum of more than 2 hours between sets.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

After a couple of days doing planks with my push-ups I can really feel it in my shoulders. I should probably watch a video on how to properly do them as I wasn’t expecting planks to hit my shoulders so hard. If anyone has any tips feel free to share them. My legs are also sore from doing stairs. Not sure why I’m going so hard with the workouts these days but I’m enjoying it. Can’t wait til BTC hits 100K and we can all celebrate.

Not all body types are the same. How many sets and how many pushups you do per day will depend on your body type. Doing pushups beyond physical capacity can be a threat to the body. While doing pushups, keep the body straight and stretch the whole body, and keep the stomach tight. Then use the hand as in the video. Hope you won't have any physical problems if you exercise like this.

And one thing you also need to know is that push-up exercise is not so easy as you said unless you have been into it for long period of time, your consistence matters alot. Push-up is one exercise that can easily be done wrong that is why it may seems that push-up exercise is easy the little mistake people make when doing push-up is allowing their hips go lower down meanwhile push-up is meant to be done in a plank position with your whole body been is a straight line position.
I am new to this forum but very familiar with pushups. Being physically unfit since childhood, my doctor gave me some exercises where it was mandatory to do at least 3-4 sets of 20 pushups every day. Thus, I have been doing at least 20 pushups in 4 sets in the morning and afternoon for about 6-7 years. Sometimes I increase it to 5-10 instead of 20. After such a habit it is normal for me to do 60-70 pushups in 4 sets per day. Currently I am very happy with my fitness.

Anyone going to be brave enough to share before/after photos?
Is this possible? Many users maintain anonymity at the highest level and wouldn't want to risk it. Me I wouldn't 😁 but a few people may and I will love to see the transition. In this case I suggest to any one participating to crop out his face or blur out to remain that anonymous.

Currently the temperature in our country is very high due to which doing pushup has become challenging. I do 3 sets of pushups in the morning, afternoon and night, but now it's very difficult for me to do 3 sets of pushups. From now on I will try to increase my pushups in the morning. From now on I will try to do 60 push ups in the morning and 40 in the afternoon and night.

Last two days I was very tired while doing pushups. I have not been able to submit the pushup record for the last two days. I have done 150 pushups in the last two days. I will try to do 100 pushups a day this week.

I changed the last column to be Days till one's next digit in their pushup total.  For instance, how many days at one's current average to go from 45 to 100 total pushups, or from 456 to total 1000 pushups.  Keep on pushin'!

Your push-up history is really impressive it has shown that you are determined and consistence in your push-up exercise, been active for the past 84 days doing push-up is not really easy and with the rate at which you are going I believe before the remaining 16 days that will get you 100 days in this challenge you might have gotten or set another ATH probably adding another 5 or 10 to your current push-up per set, like 70, 75 in a set.
With the courage and determination you have put in by telling your self you need to push few more to get to a new higher number of push-up per set which got you to 60s will probably get you to 70s before the remaining 16 days.
Is a great work you have put in here keep it up.
