I don't really know if I'm the only one who's seeing this on Bitcoin price that's heading down where we don't want it to be or is it just trying to show those who never saw it getting past $67-69k? Huh...? I hope it gets back up again, or is it that some of us are not getting the job done like completing the push-up to 100? Or are some of us stopping at 60 that's why we have it at $68k now🤔🤔? Who's monitoring this push-up? We need to get it back up to $70k+ ones more.
I believe some of us are having this disappointing look on our faces after seeing the market price losing it's force of get to $100k, it must surely turn around anytime soon to a much higher price, ones it gets to $70k the journey to $100k continues.
Disappointed? If you've been here on this market for too long then you would be seeing these drops to be an opportunity. Im rather be happy than on being sad with these drops.  Cheesy You can load up your bag even more.
As for push-ups then if you are really that getting in line on the current price then if you have been able to reach out that 70+ in a day and having that drops then the next ones would be easy. Right?
Dont stress up yourself on having those monitoring because it would really be just that enough for you to have such monitor on your push ups.

Drops like this are nothing. Market cant really just have that one movement or simply going up like forever. There's always a correction for course.
The good thing about this kind of initiative on trying to get in line on having those pushups as it moves up is that you dont only make yourself that making money but also making your body healthy too.
I'm not surprise in the dropping of the price of Bitcoin. It's a normal thing that can happen to any process as it's price is not fixed to be at a particular point and their can never be a peak point in the price. I also don't the price will be in a consistent declining, it will soon appreciate depending on the processes involved in the system.

Bro your right, it shouldn't take up to three months to start seeing obvious changes in your body, especially if your quite aggressive at it or majorly consistent.

Just 3 weeks in, I've already started feeling pain around my upper chest and arm and few of my close friends are actually complimenting my muscle gain, so from my experience it should take that long.

Kwarkam learn to quote properly, I've seen you make this mistakes more frequently, adjust your quote on this post.
I got you... I'll quote better next time.
But you get the point. Three weeks should get you obvious changes if your routines are intensive. And not just the tension you get around your chest... Push up adaptations have their target regions, so i do push ups that target my whole upper body, and by the time btc hits a hundred thousand dollars, I'll be all buffed up, more than I currently am. Although I do the 100 pushups daily, I actually exceed that.

I got two sets of fifty in today for the first time. It felt pretty good. I feel like there’s hope that I could get to 100 straight by the time we hit $100K if I can manage to keep it up. This challenge has been going on long enough now to where I’m proud to see people sticking with it. I know I would have missed a day by now if I didn’t have this thread going so thanks to all the participants.
If you continue hitting the 100 push-ups in two sets for some weeks, it will get used to your body, and you will not want to do any push-ups that are below fifth because you will not want to reduce your morale of hitting 100 push-ups one day in a set. After you have done the fifty push-ups for some weeks and gained some strength, you can increase it to 70 push-ups in a set to see if you can handle it. If you successfully handled the 70 push-ups without too much struggle, then you can now do the 100 push-ups in a set because you have prepared your body for it.  have prepared your body for it.

I’m actually surprised at how good it feels. Doing only 2 sets lets me get my 100 push-ups in before noon. That gives my body twice as much time to recover as when I was doing 25 right before bed and then 25 more when I wake up. I’m barely getting through 50 at a time so 100 is still a long ways off, but I’m hoping to continue seeing improvement.

This is good to hear. Since we started these 100 push-ups, I have done 50 push-ups in one set. Maybe it is the strategy I adopted, which is 5 sets of 20 reps. With time, I will change my strategy to 2 sets of 50 reps to see how good it will be. For now, I will stick with my strategy, and when I notice that my body is ready for 2 sets of 50 reps, I will adopt it.

Waking up from sleep, our body remain Relatively weak. In this case you push up 25 .. You are very diligent. I can't wake up my body in the morning, but I still combine 2-4 set of push-ups a day.
I gave update13 days ago, really Frankly ... I do not have the exact calculation of how many push-ups I do every day .. This is laziness. But hopefully I will keep updated regularly again. But in these few days I have improved more.

Personally, I am a pretty big advocate of low carb and high fat diets.... so trying to stay natural with your foods, and then you can eat as much as you want as long as you are cutting out most of the bad stuff that might be high in sugars or high in unnatural kinds of oils or very processed foods that have a lot of artificial ingredients that interfere with your body's absorption of nutrients.

So maybe it depends upon what you are eating, because if you are starting to eat more, but you are eating better quality foods, even thinking about eating natural foods instead of processed, then you should still be advantaged, even if your appetite might have been getting higher based on your increasing levels of activity... without knowing more about the kinds of food you are eating, it might be more difficult to say what kinds of adjustments that you might want to make in regards to the kind of foods you are eating.   If you eat a lot of carbs then those have more likelihoods to keep you from losing weight.. especially processed carbs..

I do know that sometimes when I eat a lot of foods with dairy, I will get a bit sluggish in my work-outs, so sometimes I try to moderate my dairy, or maybe eat some of the dairy after I do my pushups rather than before, even though I am spreading my pushups through the whole day. so I am not completely able to do my push-ups before eating, even though I try to structure them a bit in that direction when possible.

Another decently important component is making sure that you are sleeping well, so then if you have the increased activities through your increased focus on daily exercising, then maybe that would also help you to sleep better too.. perhaps?.. so yeah 6-9 hours of good sleep helps your bodies recovery and likely its abilities to process nutrients better.

Your words seem to be a big advocate about food and nutrition, even many doctors don't give such advice about food. My personal doctor, like you, advised me to avoid carbohydrates, high fat diets and processed foods as much as possible. I can't remember many food restrictions when I sit down to eat together with my family. But to stay healthy, these advice must be followed. I humbly want to know if you also use this method to lose weight?

As per doctor advice I don't drink milk directly, and instead eat sour curd, it is very beneficial. The body feels very light after eating sour curd. So when I got a little time all day, I continued to push-up. You have advised to proper deep sleep, I have to arrange deep sleep for properly. I hope that the day is not far when I can do more pushups like you.

A dump for ants... in other words, does not really even count for a dump.. yet.

I don't think is just an ordinary dump like you said because the way Bitcoin price is running down is so fast and this is the fastest dump I have seen since this year. We were expecting to see Bitcoin price going up but now is at $65k (this last time I checked), what seems to be the problem this time around? Well I hope this won't continue like this in this new week because if it does I believe it would kill the morale of those who have been holding for long and it might trigger some to start selling.

It is nothing much just some correction happening and their should be no much concern to read much of a meaning towards the little DIP, let's just see it and accept it is part of the runway towards setting another all time high.

For those who had held for long, it will be a total waste of time and patience after holding in your portfolio for months and just when we get very close to achieving what we all anticipated then decides to sell, it's not advisable, a little more patience is needed.

Very hard to keep on holding at this dumping period, let's say if things were a bit different from what we're seeing right now I believe many won't be on the panicking line and having that thought of selling, it happens all the time for the price movement to drop and some don't care about the corrections you talked about, they see these fall of Bitcoin price as a big disadvantage for them (traders and investors). Let's hope for it to start up another journey towards $70k+ and I wish it won't go back down.

I've been slacking a bit, but I hit a daily PR today with 152 so far!
~snip~
It's really impressive to see how consistent you are keeping to the challenge. Myself I have been slacking for some days, just like you I have never done below 60 since this challenge started. I think you were able to hit this record high 152 in a single day because you have been building momentum and consolidated in the region of 80 and you finally broke the resistance and shoot as high as 152. This exactly what's happening to bitcoin currently it's gathering momentum and when it shoots this time it will be another ATH. $100k and above.
Quote
That does seem to be the way my body works at least.  Start training, and not really see results too quick, but then take off.  The momentum is also there the other direction, I believe, where I can remember stopping being active during past times, but not getting weaker until around a month has passed.  So let's stick with it together!
Sure am going to stick to the challenge and never give up on it. Am not even seeing it as a challenge anymore rather am seeing it as something that's essential for the well being of my body. The challenge has really changed my mentality about exercise, it has indeed opened my eyes to realize that exercise is not something we should deprive our body as long as we are living and healthy.

~snip~
Another thing I'm changing is I'm going to make the last set of the day, an as many as I can do set.  If that makes sense.  Today it was 22.
That makes sense.  I might have to try something like that.... and maybe there could be some saving up for either the last set of the day or a certain set that will serve as the attempt to maximize.. scares me just to think about it... .. regarding your 22... in order to get 152 in a day, then that means that you have been doing a lot of sets with relatively lower counts in order to get to your total...  I suppose that could work, but there likely is some value in resting between sets.. but yeah, each of us has to figure out what kind of a balance works for us..  We do get to know some of the limits of our body when we are doing these kinds of activities.
I meant to mention that.  It seems silly but you convinced me it's a lot easier to do 100 in a day, if you can do at least 25 in a set.   I remember when I was sticking to 10 a set, and not pushing for  11 or 12.  That really held me back.  So if one can only do 1 pushup today, tomorrow try to do 2.  Yesterday I did 03-15-2024   30   25   25   25   25   22
The 4 sets of 25 is actually a better alternative compared to the 10 sets of 10. Doing 10 you might not be completing your challenge as it might be too much of a set for you. It will be as if it's a burden to you and the impact won't show much in your body.

OgNasty this challenge is pretty much painful but no one forced me so it's on me.

You need to know that nothing good comes so easy and where there is no pain there won't be no gain.
When it comes to building your own physical body there is always a pain attached to it the ability to bear those pains will make you stand out victorious in this challenge.
In every hard part of life we pass through there is always a reward at the end of it if only you refuse to give up, you don't need to be discouraged for you are not doing it for anybody but for your self to gain a healthy life and be at the top level of fitness.
Am still on this challenge of 100 push up per day till Bitcoin hit $100k and it has been of great help to me sincerely speaking am already enjoying a healthy life which is as a result of this challenge of 100 push up per day till Bitcoin hit $100k which I know will definitely hit $100k and above this year.
So I will advise you never to relent or give up in this challenge for Bitcoin is about to skyrocket to a new ATH.

I don't really know if I'm the only one who's see this on Bitcoin price that's heading down where we don't want it to be or is it just trying to show those who never saw it getting past $67-69k?

I don't think that if the price of Bitcoin continue this way next week, that it's necessary to start panick selling or getting discouraged because if you look at the historical price of Bitcoin, you will understand that this is just a correction, and of a truth, people are actually taking profits, that's why correction is taking place now, so I believe that when the correction is done, the price of Bitcoin will bounce back and this time it will be even more than it current all time high, and lastly, if you truly believe in Bitcoin, you wouldn't start panicking anytime the price  deep, so I just you just have faith in it, because it's the real deal.

I am not against fats or even high fat is o.k... as long as we are eating natural fats from animals rather than processed oils that sometimes will try to simulate real fats but they have too many artificial processes that contribute to inflammation in our body.. so those would be almost any of those seed oils such as Canola oil, soybean oil or any of the processed oils - even olive oil is questionable.

Cold pressed oils are better such as natural animal fats, Coconut oil, butter.... eating meat with fats is good and eating whole eggs both the yolk and the whites is good.

I can't remember many food restrictions when I sit down to eat together with my family. But to stay healthy, these advice must be followed. I humbly want to know if you also use this method to lose weight?

I try to eat a lot of meats and natural foods, but I also have some carbs in my diet .... but I try not to eat very many carbs, including breads (even though i do eat breads once in a while)..   As we get older, we become more insulin resistant, so our bodies will not tolerate as much abuse or even be able to process some of the carbs as we were able to when we were younger.

I had not really eaten sour curd.. maybe a few times.. but there are some ideas that milk products are not as bad if they are full fat and also if they are raw rather than pasteurized and/or homogenized... .. so the fermenting process of the curd seems to be a good thing too.

Regarding my pushups.. they still hurt, but yeah, I just keep trying to plug away and hopping to continue to keep them going and maybe to expand.. but maybe at least getting to a point that they are easier and with less soreness.. even though a little bit of soreness it probably not a bad thing... ..

I don't really know if I'm the only one who's see this on Bitcoin price that's heading down where we don't want it to be or is it just trying to show those who never saw it getting past $67-69k? Huh...? I hope it gets back up again, or is it that some of us are not getting the job done like completing the push-up to 100? Or are some of us stopping at 60 that's why we have it at $68k now🤔🤔? Well I hope this won't continue like this in this new week because if it does I believe it would kill the morale of those who have been holding for long and it might trigger some to start selling.

We can never know how long the dumps are going to last, yet we should be ready, willing and able to withstand them and to have plans about how to deal with them, whether it is just holding through or buying more... and we already had a couple of other quick dumps this year, from $49k to $38.5k and the other one from $64k to $59.5k and so these kinds of dumps are not unusual.. but they really have not been lasting, so far.. ..

but yeah there could be some times in which there are incentives to shake a lot of weak hands, yet at the same time, the ETF providers might want to support the BTC price while they are launching their product, so they might not be willing to allow the BTC price to drop during these early stages in which they are promoting their products and trying to get normies to get into BTC through the ETF products they are promoting.

Yes.. you sound like one of the weak hands that they would like to get to sell, and if you do, then you would likely regret it.

Newbies get so excited about short-term profits, and they tend to fail/refuse to recognize and appreciate the power of compounding value that comes from longer time holding of your BTC, and so if you are over-invested, sure shave off a bit, but otherwise, don't be over investing so much that you feel that you have to get a short-term profit when there is a hell of a lot more value in terms of figuring out longer term ways to hold your BTC and to enjoy the likely fruits of compounding value (and yeah, the compounding value is not guaranteed, but there is no real reason to consider bitcoin's investment thesis to be not be getting stronger with the passage of time).

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

I see some hate towards milk on this thread and I’m not sure how I feel about that. I drink close to half a gallon of milk a day. Usually straight from the jug like a beast. Is there really anything better than milk, red meat, and potatoes drenched in butter? I think not.

I’m getting a late start on my push-ups today. Been a busy weekend and I am very sunburned.

When I drink it straight from the teet the farmer gets mad at me.

Your determination on this 100 push-up challenge after having a busy weekend and been sunburned and also going on your push-up we really encourage most of us here to never slack back or give up about Bitcoin not hiting ATH this yea, for Bitcoin will do exploit anytime soon.
@OgNasty I think what you need now is a little cool off, cool the skin, drink enough water, and apply some soothing medicated cream on your skin this will really be of help on your skin and the body system.

The truth is not everyone might be strong enough to do very intensive workouts to get those kind of results, besides many of us here are just really motivated by the fact that it is actually working and bitcoin is actually gaining value and not every one is young to go hard on it, so yeah having a linger time frame like 3 months is not too long if he falls under a weak category, so I think everyone would have different time frames to achieve result on their workout.

I think it's quite good to take to consideration the kind of food we eat, I could affect our body and make us gain fat instead of muscles which is not our aim here, I think it might be a good advice that we take food that would well help us in our excerise might be something nice to add to the table, but not everyone might be able to have time to prepare health meals or eat the right kind of food,

It is very important to be updated with your numbers of push ups, it gives certain level of preparedness of knowing your weakness and your strength and understanding where you are heading to, for me I have been meeting up to 100 pushups per counted days of usually  in 2 sets 25, 25 in two sessions morning and evening and this has been keeping going. So you must device a means that will work best for you. Thou is not easy but seeing it as a routine will help go a long way be as for me now a day without push ups has been more like there is something missing.

I’m getting a late start on my push-ups today. Been a busy weekend and I am very sunburned.
Your determination on this 100 push-up challenge after having a busy weekend and been sunburned and also going on your push-up we really encourage most of us here to never slack back or give up about Bitcoin not hiting ATH this yea,

Bitcoin has already broke the record of it's ATH by hitting 73k this year and is expected to do even more, so keeping up with the challenge is pretty much to our own benefits of body fitness and healthy balance.

Since I started this challenge, I have been consistent in doing the 100 push-ups a day, and my body has taken on a new shape, which always makes me happy anytime I see myself in the mirror.
Been consistent in what so even thing we do always bring a better result. That is what been consistent in what we do result to expecially been consistent in particular exercise like push-up apart from looking good and feeling healthy it also gives you fitness on any cloth you put on. For me since I started this push-up challenge I never noticed that my body shape has change its my friends and neighbors that is now telling me that I now look good, that am feeding well now, that my body has come up, that really means there is improvement in the 100 push up challenge I have been doing and also overwhelmed with the current price of Bitcoin.
