I'll update the table if you post soon I_Anime.
I don't know if you didn't notice or if you forgot, but you didn't update my report yesterday.

From my yesterday report my push ups was 700 for 7 days and I just did 50 for today's set which I will complete to 100 later in the day for now my total is 750 push ups.

These are all fair points, yet even with a lot of small sets a person may still feel overall worn out and even quite sore the next several days, depending on his own ability to recover including age, physical fitness status, diet, sleep and other exercises that he might be doing (other kinds of stress in his life).
That's very correct.

Dividing one's push up into smaller unit in a day won't stop the burn and soleness in one's body,
When one gets tired.

That is why it is advised to get enough rest when you are tired.

The factor's you mentioned which are age, physical fitness, diet, sleep and other factors are key To determine one's recovery. The level of one's recovery is determined by the person.
So it is advised to give yourself enough time and rest before starting the push up again if you noticed you have not rested enough.

Even though dividing the push up into small units a day won't prevent the burn and soleness it helps prevent total breakdown before meeting your target.

It will be nice not to discuss only the negative impact of push up but to always emphasize on the positive impact of it and the high health benefits.

It is very important to rest and listen to once body when doing push up however we can't deny the satisfaction we feel each time we do what we believe we could not do.

Am so proud of myself with my new milestone record of which Consistency is the key, I have been achieving the range of 80 and 75 in each sessions of my daily pushups by either ending up at 40, or 35 or in-between then at a stretch and this has given me my best records so far because I have been hitting more than 100 pushups a day without struggling with it using two sets of each sessions, morning and evening format and am so happy.
My report for the past 5 days

2024-04-24 =155

2024-04-25 = 158

2024-04-26 = 156

2024-04- 27= 150

2024-04-28 = 155
                     = 774

Okay.  The Team Table is back in working order.  Smiley I really want to thank everyone for following the format.  I've created some graphs for you all, but this is how you have to view them.  I had some options, but this one is first.   I have created a free forum, and a forum thread for everyone on the list.  All graphs can be viewed without creating an account.  Accounts can be created with a fake email.  There are 3 boards.

The Individual Reports board on which only I can post, but guests may view, which may be the only board to survive.  Cheesy  And an on and off topic board which only members can post to.  And the NF stands for i am Not Fucking around.   Grin   Check it out if you want to, I'm sure you can figure out the address. 2 reports didn't work I can't see why right now.  Sorry OgNasty, and Zackz5000.  I will look at things later.  Welcome to the new teammates.  Smiley

EDIT: Sample graphs

Nice!!!! Everyone actually doing great in their daily pushups and I'm seeing some pretty good numbers of pushups.
I have been kinda busy lately which have cause me missed my reporting , but I still try to keep my pushups . And recently I've noticed some improvement of being able to hit 100 pushups daily , but now I'm tryna make it consistent because my pushups usually wave either I hit 100 today and hit 80 the next day , but now is just 100 the past days .

2024-04-27 : 100 pushups
2024-04-28 : 105 pushups try pushing further and only added five extra

Total pushups : 4812

Today reports loading... 60 pushups  done remaining 40 pushups

Let's try and keep going , recently Bitcoin experience some dip but it shouldn't shake yah spirit we should keep hitting our pushups and surly $100k won't be any match for Bitcoin when the bull run begins  Cool

In fact, we should pay attention to our health first, while excessive workout can be harmful to the body. So it is better not to do too many push-ups at once. Always remember that safety is our first duty, do push ups according to your working ability. Do not put too much pressure on your body, if necessary divide your set amount of push ups into several parts and do push ups with comfort.

I have taken up a challenge of push ups for the last four weeks, the first week I did 30 push ups a day, the second week I did 40 push ups a day, the third week I did 50 push ups a day, and the fourth week i.e. this I did 60 push ups a week. Today started my fifth week and on the first day of the fifth week I did a total of 70 push ups. Total number of push ups till date:

2nd week : 40x 7= 280
3rd week : 50 x 7 = 350
4th week : 60 x 7 = 420
5th week : 70 x 1= 70

I don't know if you didn't notice or if you forgot, but you didn't update my report yesterday.

From my yesterday report my push ups was 700 for 7 days and I just did 50 for today's set which I will complete to 100 later in the day for now my total is 750 push ups.
You know he is human, and he is the only one doing this updating job, it's not as easy at it appears. I think it's just an error of omission. Let's just encourage the voluntery work that @Dirtykeyboard is doing.

Here is my updated report after 4 days of not reporting on this thread. 100k,7juju,75,11250,2024-04-29

After a couple of days doing planks with my push-ups I can really feel it in my shoulders. I should probably watch a video on how to properly do them as I wasn’t expecting planks to hit my shoulders so hard. If anyone has any tips feel free to share them. My legs are also sore from doing stairs. Not sure why I’m going so hard with the workouts these days but I’m enjoying it. Can’t wait til BTC hits 100K and we can all celebrate.

Anyone going to be brave enough to share before/after photos?
I don't know how you do pushups. To begin with, you can learn the correct rules of pushups by watching this video, https://youtube.com/shorts/yQEx9OC2C3E?si=S0nXVu0abQ77KGjC.
Not all body types are the same. How many sets and how many pushups you do per day will depend on your body type. Doing pushups beyond physical capacity can be a threat to the body. While doing pushups, keep the body straight and stretch the whole body, and keep the stomach tight. Then use the hand as in the video. Hope you won't have any physical problems if you exercise like this.
My new report -
100k,Jewan420,3,190,2024-04-29

I don't know if I understand that video since I seem to be doing them the "incorrect" way.  I tend to have my hands somewhat wide and also my feet tend to be a bit wide too.. but maybe I will experiment on some of my nexts sets.. perhaps?

I understand that the narrower our hands and including even keeping our hands together is a modified form of pushup that makes them harder to do, and I am largely just trying to do normal pushups, even though I am not completely opposed to the idea of making them harder - although I consider whatever that I am currently doing is "hard enough."

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Hello Everyone and I hope y'all are having a wonderful day.
I'd really like to address something I've been noticing for a while now and I honestly mean no offence and I hope this message finds you well Smiley

I've noticed a lot of people have cultivated the habit of leaving the whole of DirtyKeyboard's script on their post when quoting, I mean is that even necessary? If you're post is directly pointing at or talking about the script then it's understandable but I've noticed that even messages that ain't related to the script now carries the script on them.
If you're quoting someone who posted the Script (DirtyKeyboard or anyone who quotes the Script) and you're not saying anything that concerns the script, I believe it'll look a lot more decent when you edit out the script and only leave the message you're quoting, because whenever this is done, I receive a notification on my telegram notifier of being mentioned ( and I believe everyone else on the script does too) and when i open the message, it totally has nothing to do with me and it's just pretty annoying. And again it's as if the script is just lying around everywhere on the thread which I don't think is supposed to be so.

I don't know about others and I stand to be corrected, but please we should really work on this, but if it's okay with the house then I won't have any problems either, i just fept the need to poiny this out.
I acknowledge misunderstanding what tungbulu meant. Never knew dirtykeyboard is a username here...

Wow! For a few hours, I wasn't online, so many things happened here. I have a lot to catch up on this push-up thread because I see that DirtyKeyboard added a graph to our push-up table. Dirtykeyboard I commend you for your hard work in this push-up challenge. You are one of the people who have always put in their best to see that we keep doing this push-up until bitcoin is $100k. Thank you for what you have done and what you are still doing.

I don't know if I understand that video since I seem to be doing them the "incorrect" way.  I tend to have my hands somewhat wide and also my feet tend to be a bit wide too.. but maybe I will experiment on some of my nexts sets.. perhaps?

I understand that the narrower our hands and including even keeping our hands together is a modified form of pushup that makes them harder to do, and I am largely just trying to do normal pushups, even though I am not completely opposed to the idea of making them harder - although I consider whatever that I am currently doing is "hard enough."

Not doing it exactly the way it's done on the video doesn't really mean you're not doing it right.
It's just that Push ups has different variations and each variations serves it's purpose on the human body, it depends on your goals and what you aim to achieve while pushing up.
Having your both hands feet wider than the usual push up posture is a common variation and all it does is to engage different muscle groups, especially the chest and shoulders, so if your goal is to work more on your chest and shoulders, then that's the variation to use.

And then when you choose to narrow your hands and keep them together or not too farther apart from each other as shown in the video focuses more on the triceps and core muscles so it's totally dependent on your goals or what you really wanna achieve pushing up.

Today makes me 61 days old in this journey of 100 push-up a day until Bitcoin is $100k for it has made me aquired more knowledge concerning push-up exercise and other related exercise too like the lunges and squats exercise, more expecially the healthy part of doing exercises but in as much as we are doing exercise to keep the body fit and healthy the body system also need a deep sleep for a better health.
Quality sleep is good for overall well being by having at least 7-8-9 hours of sleep a night so as to give the body more relaxation which will help in supporting mental and physical health.

This is my push-up record for Saturday and today.
On Saturday 27 I did a total number of 241 push-up morning and evening, while today Monday 29 I did a total number of 250 push-up morning and evening, adding it up together,
241+250=491 + my previous number of push-up
491+6998=7489.

JayJuanGee you are a pushup beast.   Shocked

Is this you from the table? Wink  smilevictorobinna │      7 │       700 │ 2024-04-28  │   100    │ 0.66%   │            3
Maybe not, that person has a lowercase s in their name.  Choose one please if you want accurate reports.  I'll go with your next format report and edit the existing record if needed.  Keep on pushin'

Remember people, you put yourself in the table with a proper format entry.

100k,YourName,DaysPushing,TotalPushups,YYYY-MM-DD

I have taken up a challenge of push ups for the last four weeks, the first week I did 30 push ups a day, the second week I did 40 push ups a day, the third week I did 50 push ups a day, and the fourth week i.e. this I did 60 push ups a week. Today started my fifth week and on the first day of the fifth week I did a total of 70 push ups. Total number of push ups till date:

1st week : 30 x 7 = 210
2nd week : 40x 7= 280
3rd week : 50 x 7 = 350
4th week : 60 x 7 = 420
5th week : 70 x 1= 70

Total push ups; 1330 push ups.

Nice numbers GIF-JOBS, but you need a two digit month in your report please.  Thanks!  Edit your post and the script will pick it up in about 8 hours from now.
Today is the 55th day of my challenge, and today I have a total of 74 push ups. Today I completed 74 push ups twice. Morning and afternoon. Today I do 40 push ups after waking up, and 34 push ups in the afternoon to complete today's 74 push ups. My total number of push ups till date since starting the challenge is 2,731.

100K,Ricardo11,55,2731,2024-4-29.

You too Ricardo11, need a two digit date.  Just editing your post will be fine.
Keep Calm

Push On!

From your report I'm the one put I have an uppercase S in my name not a lowercase s.
I need an accurate report. I will keep pushing because it has been helpful to my body and I noticed an improved health status.
Today is the 9th day of my challenge, yesterday's 100 push ups gave me 800 push ups ever since I started.
I'm done with today's 100 push ups making it the total number of 900 push ups.
My body has adapted to this push up now it does not cause me pain anymore. I believe through determination one can achieve success.

You still need two digits in your month, otherwise Dirty Keyboard's script is not going to pick up your report.

JayJuanGee, the video is just about how we should place our hands when doing push-ups so that we will not get shoulder and elbow injuries. I see nothing wrong with widening our hands a little bit when doing push-ups because it will help us to be balanced and do our push-ups without finding them hard to do. For me, I think when people narrow their hands to do a push-up, they want to train a particular part of their upper body.

Pushups were mandatory for me a while ago (I had to do them) but now I'm interested in doing pushups to celebrate bitcoin hitting $100k. Now while doing pushups a new feeling is working from inside which is helping me do more pushups. I am used to doing 4 sets of pushups regularly but today I did a total of 100 pushups in 5 sets. It is increasing my fitness and interest.
