I think it is not possible to do 100 push-ups per day.
It is possible to do 100 push-ups per day if you can adopt a strategy that can help you complete it easily. You can divide the 100 push-ups into 2 places and do 50 push-ups in the morning and 50 push-ups in the evening. You can also divide the 50 push-ups into 5 sets of 10 reps to use and complete the 50 push-ups in the morning, and in the evening, you repeat the same thing to complete the remaining 50 push-ups, which will give a total of 100 push-ups in a day.

Bitcoin is soaring higher alot of testimonies are also gotten from the 100 pushups challenge, as per the enormous benefits of doing exercises, those that invested are also smiling, that is more like health and wealth at the same time, I will not only watch it happen but be a beneficiary of it, congratulations and cheers to those that has been participating for sure we are heading to our destination.

Ok, I'm on-board in this one, got started last Monday already, but I didn't go the full 100 push-up in day. Just started slowly at 10 per day and now working on a 10 x 3 = 30. The price soars at $72k, just a minor dip at $71k but still doing good so far.

I think another benefit for this kind of training is that we learn to train our mind as well. Being consist is very hard for everyone, but if we can reach 100 push ups a day, it can help build our discipline and resilience, just like being a bitcoin investor or HOLDer, doing DCA every week or every month, it's a hard and grind. But the result is going to be worth in the end as we will have a good and rewarding profits.

I don't used any apps though to track, I just write it down in my notebook and go back and update.

I'm not using notebook, I write my push-up activities in Excel sheet. I think, When 1 month is complete I can show you. I have entered day 14, the quantity of push-up increasing day by day it's today also 55 push-up . Continue to take per day 3 sessions because I have office ...In the midst of so much busyness, I am continuing push-up. Colleagues want to know the secret of my physical change... I also said that I am facing a challenge and I'm doing it. I wish I could open my t-shirt and show you how much my body has improved.

Just finished my 37th day.. and I had a "friend" who had visited me within the last days, and she had not visited me since before I began doing the pushups.  So, I was hoping that she might say something about noticing some kind of a change, but she did not say anything... so maybe the physical change is still not sufficiently noticeable - even though I can see and feel the difference, but it might not be enough of an obvious physical difference for another person to really notice.. unless she noticed but she just did not want to say anything..   I am not going to push the topic.. so I just have to wait for some other person who might not have seen me recently.. but then there could some that notice even if they are seeing you on a daily basis... and at some point they start to notice..

You are very right in saying that quantity of push-ups are very low. The reason is, consider me as a guy who hasn't done push-ups or HIIT workouts for many years and for this reason my muscles are sleeping in comfort zone. I am giving three days time to my muscles to wake up and move out of comfort zone. I am happy that I have done 10 push-ups yesterday and today. From day after tomorrow I will increase my push-up quantity, perhaps 2 sets of 10 push-ups for first two days followed by 3 sets of 10 push-ups. Once my muscles are activated, I am sure I will increase that rate further.

Everyone of us is in different Hypo w.r.t push-ups. I consider myself at very early stage and need to activate my muscles first to gather push-ups on daily basis.   

Thanks JJG for this valuable suggestion of executing push-ups in sets. One set followed by another with some gap will help in getting to target of 100 push-ups per day.


In line with seeing a good result physically, I would suggest you should walk or jog at least one or two kilometers per day as a cardio exercise to increase your stamina so you can do more push ups and reps in the next coming days. I don't know if you're tight with schedules, but once you've done it straight for 1 week, you'll surely get used to it. But hey, you need to increase the number of push ups everyday so your body get used to it and will increase your arm strength and capacity to do more reps.
It will be very nice to see a good results with your body as well as seeing good results in your bitcoin holdings. Nothing is more exciting seeing these kinds of improvements.

I am not tight with my schedule rather I am lazy to get out of my comfort zone. Luckily I hit upon this thread to figure out where I am standing right now. Reading other people work out routine is motivating me to start doing physical work out regularly, if others can do it why not I can do that. I am happy that I have executed what I planned for first three days and today is my forth day, so I will be doing 2 sets each of 15 Push-Ups. I can feel pain in my muscles which was very much expected and I am fully geared up for today's Push-Ups plan. Will post update soon about today's progress.

40 days in the books for me since starting this challenge. That’s 4,000 push-ups! I’m glad to see Bitcoin rallying so hard with the hope that we will soon be able to declare victory over this challenge. With a little luck we’ll get there before the halving so we can all get some much needed rest for our muscles.

If 100 a day is too much, maybe try to start with whatever "K" the Bitcoin price is at and work your way up to 100 along with Bitcoin.  Smiley

I just watched the YouTube video you shared, and I must confess, the video is actually packed with lots of valuable contents needed for the right pattern of push-ups needed for healthy living. Hence, I think I will be giving this a try, but not up to 100 push ups for a beginner like me

I really appreciate your courage, it has motivated me alot too not even to talk about how people are appreciating my recent look , i look more sharp in my outfits and I feel very balance when taking a walk at least before any one could thought of enbacking on a physical combat with me he must look at me more than twice  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes it has not been easy to say the truth but I kept encouraging myself by making that very popular slagan no pain no gain my watch word because that feeling of not continuing is always there but am already bent on fighting to finish.

Victory is assured as I am typing Bitcoin is 73500k even when it dip is going to soar even  more higher.

It could be possible that some persons must have noticed the changes but has refused to talk about it yet , thou some are definitely going to talk about it while some will keep it to themselves but only monitor to see how long you are going to keep up with that new look of yours, you should know how different people could reason differently yeah that is true, however in my own  case I  have actually received some comments as regards to my new look recently and it gives me more motivation of pushing even hard and I wish to keep up with it even after achieving the goal of this thread.

I decided to go for a two days break due to my mind set, still recovering from the shock I heard concerning the death of my grandma but really getting strong now.

Starting from tomorrow I will go back fully with my daily routine push-up exercise which has really helped me to stay stronger in the past weeks such energy will also be applied in this current week we are now because I can't afford to price of a healthy life if I continue to slack behind in this challenge of 100 push-up till Bitcoin hit $100k which will happen sooner.

It feels like smoke is coming from my body. .. no no when I do pushups. It is very difficult. ... I'm done.

You're really getting somewhere brother how I wish before the end of this month we're going to have Bitcoin price at $4,000k same as your total number of push up.😅😅
I have that believe that this week is going to give us something to see that this challenge is heading towards the right direction and our aim must be achieved and as we're getting our muscles bigger that's how bigger Bitcoin price would get. The price is making a change $72-73k and I believe that before this week runs out we might be having it at $75k or even more.

Please I care to know what kind of push up are we talking about exactly because I done all kinds of push more of physical Push Which if I may count very well I have done more than 100 push ups
Buty core happiness is that we are progressing because bitcoin has left the $68k then when  to $70k right now it is a thing of progress....

I have been coming across this thread very often, sometimes I go through the thread and see people who are and has remained willing to get into this challenge. I'm quite a bit disappointed in myself for not picking up the challenge from the very beginning, when now it seems like this challenge is just part of the reason why Bitcoin is hitting new mile stones all of a sudden  Cheesy

Watching Bitcoin grow in value is something we ought to be happy about, and I am interested and love to join the challenge till we get to the $100k value. For me doing a hundred (100) pushup is not certain but I believe I can do a good amount.

I have been coming across this thread very often, sometimes I go through the thread and see people who are and has remained willing to get into this challenge. I'm quite a bit disappointed in myself for not picking up the challenge from the very beginning, when now it seems like this challenge is just part of the reason why Bitcoin is hitting new mile stones all of a sudden  Cheesy

Watching Bitcoin grow in value is something we ought to be happy about, and I am interested and love to join the challenge till we get to the $100k value. For me doing a hundred (100) pushup is not certain but I believe I can do a good amount.

Just part of the reason? This challenge has more influence on the Bitcoin price than the ETFs! OK, maybe not. Still though, it is a great distraction to keep you from selling off your BTC too early and instead focus on your health and building strength so that you can handle the things in life that money can’t take care of for you.

I don't used any apps though to track, I just write it down in my notebook and go back and update.
I'm not using notebook, I write my push-up activities in Excel sheet. I think, When 1 month is complete I can show you. I have entered day 14, the quantity of push-up increasing day by day it's today also 55 push-up . Continue to take per day 3 sessions because I have office ...In the midst of so much busyness, I am continuing push-up. Colleagues want to know the secret of my physical change... I also said that I am facing a challenge and I'm doing it. I wish I could open my t-shirt and show you how much my body has improved.

Just finished my 37th day.. and I had a "friend" who had visited me within the last days, and she had not visited me since before I began doing the pushups.  So, I was hoping that she might say something about noticing some kind of a change, but she did not say anything... so maybe the physical change is still not sufficiently noticeable - even though I can see and feel the difference, but it might not be enough of an obvious physical difference for another person to really notice.. unless she noticed but she just did not want to say anything..   I am not going to push the topic.. so I just have to wait for some other person who might not have seen me recently.. but then there could some that notice even if they are seeing you on a daily basis... and at some point they start to notice..
Seems you started just as soon as you this thread because in an hours 4 minutes would make it 37 days since this thread was created. You have shown some sort of dedicated to a worthy course, I must admit. Maybe you were already involved in some kinds of exercise, the reason you did not blink an eye before jumping in on this one. I am still in my 29th day, probably lagging behind but I am sure I will catch up eventually  because bitcoin still have some days to hit $100k.

That means you already started the process before bringing it here. If I may ask, how did you come by this idea? I'm asking because I find it interesting that you were actually thinking of ways of adding value to the bitcoin community.

That means you already started the process before bringing it here. If I may ask, how did you come by this idea? I'm asking because I find it interesting that you were actually thinking of ways of adding value to the bitcoin community.

I posted the video of the guy who I think started the challenge. We were discussing it in the WO thread before I started it here. That’s why some of us were already doing it prior to this thread.

I’ve been trying to think of ways to add value to this community for a dozen years, but I would cry legitimate tears if this thread was what people remembered as my contribution here. Still, thanks for the kind words and recognition of my attempt to provide value.
