Today I started doing pushups in the morning and was only able to do three push ups. On the third attempt I was only able to do 17 push ups. I guess I need to improve the food to increase the push up, the more energy the body produces the more I can push up. Of course since I accepted the challenge I must be able to give 100 push ups before reaching 100 bitcoins.
For you to only do three push-ups means that push-up is not your thing, and we need to help you improve your push-ups. Mate, try and do a constant 5 sets of 5 reps of push-ups for two weeks to gain the stamina that will help you endure the pain and last longer in your push-ups. After you complete the 5 sets of 5 reps for two weeks, you can change your push-up strategy to 3 sets of 10 reps for another two weeks to help you break your limit. If you can achieve this in one month, there will be a great improvement in your push-up.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I’m late to this thread. Although I would loved to be a part of such a challenge, push-ups are not my forte, men like to work their upper body as it boosts their ego. Maybe I should choose for myself a more suitable exercise for the challenge. Judging from the activity of this thread, I believe a lot of members are very interested in the challenge.

Today I started doing pushups in the morning and was only able to do three push ups. On the third attempt I was only able to do 17 push ups. I guess I need to improve the food to increase the push up, the more energy the body produces the more I can push up. Of course since I accepted the challenge I must be able to give 100 push ups before reaching 100 bitcoins.
I suggest you pace yourself. Instead of trying until failure, you could simply do 10 reps|4 sets with a 5 minute break in between. Your muscles will gradually get stronger and you will be able to increase the number of reps you can do at a time.

After morning jogging and exercise, I take a nice bath with butterfly swimming which increases blood circulation in my body and makes me feel refreshed. My number of push-ups throughout the day is in line with the current price of Bitcoin.66 push-ups through 5 sets all day....wow. It is a great pleasure for me. Initially I touched a milestone in my target.  My next target 100 push-up as soon as possible. Hope to stick with Bitcoin.

I’d love to join you in the pool but even out here in the desert it is unseasonably chilly. Yesterday I had to overclock some miners for heat. It won’t last much longer though. Summer is coming. My pool is freshly remodeled and I’ll be swimming daily laps here in another month hopefully. Just waiting on the sun.

Anything that will make you stay healthy is a welcome development, but for the sake of this challenge we are strictly on push up.the push up is something that everyone can to. It doesn't require any special skill neither is it dangerous, one doesn't have to spend any money to do push up. If we add any other activities to the challenge it might not be easier for everyone to engage actively on it. This challenge has been able to last the way it is currently because it is not very demanding and it can be done in the comfort of our house.

But to be honest, because it's been a long time since I've exercised, I wouldn't be able to do 100 push ups a day straight away.
I just cut it by half so it's only 50 times a day. just to participate and re-grow a sense of health awareness.
I usually do pushups using only 6 fingers as support, 3 right fingers and 3 left fingers, not with palm support.

Well that is the aim here, doesn't mean that you can get 100 push ups right away. It will take time, but the thing is that it should be view as long term, so you need to take it slow in the beginning as our body might not cope if we force it to do 100 right away.

So 50 times a day is good, then maybe increase it to 60 and so one.

I will suggest not doing any variations when you started, but as you get strong then do add something new everyday like 6 fingers.

For me, I do 20 push-up per each set, At 2 intervals I go fast and another 2 intervals I go slower  most at times it very much difficult pushing after a slower pace interval.

My next target now is increasing my count from 20 to 25 per each set, also doing 20 squats before my push-up.

Just a friendly reminder that my count has increased from 20 to 25 per each set, still following my normal routine of 20 squats before push-up. I feel my upper arm heavy as I increased my count, I feel good after though looks like I just hit a jackpot.

actually 100X is very easy, I did it 1 time with only 6 finger supports. but because it's been a long time since the corona virus pandemic, I haven't even exercised, so for now I'm just reducing it by half and I'll add it little by little until I can reach 100X according to the title of this thread. I do this so that my body doesn't get shocked and it causes injury and I can't follow this challenge.

This morning I decided to go for  juggling for I can't remember last when I went for juggling is been years ago.

This thread has made me to realize that I still need to be going for juggling now that I have experience the benefits of doing exercises, for it was an hour juggling after taking 20 minutes rest I went for my push-up but this time I decided to try a new pattern of push-up I folded my two hands like am going for boxing, i place my hands on the floor with my body straight and I was able to hit 8 push-up at first since it was a tiled floor the pain was much on my hand but after some 5 minutes rest I added some soft pillow on the floor and i completed 15 pushup in a stretch.

This particular pattern of push up wasn't really easy so I will rationing it, on my evening session I will be going on the normal push-up, then tomorrow I will divide it into two sessions morning and evening two set of folding of hands in the morning let me see if I can break my current limit, and 4 set in the evening with my finger stretch out as usual.
Juggling is a great hand eye coordination exercise, but I think you meant jogging? Keep mixing it up!

You are very correct what I meant was jogging, ya juggling is also another good football exercise, I love it when I see people doing it like 50 and above with there two legs and there eyes on the ball though am not good in that. Thanks for the correction.

If you have been able to do 100 push-ups in a set in the past, it will not be too difficult for you to do now, but you can't do the 100 push-ups in a set now because of how long you left your push-ups. Secondly, you don't need to do 100 push-ups at a time. You can use the strategy of 5 sets of 20 reps to achieve your 100 push-ups a day, and when you are back on track, you can increase the number of reps that your strength can handle

Swimming is also an important exercise, it is a fun way to exercise, it doesn't also require any form of equipment just like the push-up exercise we are doing too, it also have several health benefits which also help in burning calories and weight loss, it increases strength and muscles and so on.
Since there are so many health benefits attached to it one first must know how to swim perfectly before going for swimming because it is also risky way of exercise for amature  which have taken away the life's of many.
Also swimming is more enjoyable when the weather is very hot.

I found this thread interesting when I read it. if someone takes this 100 pushup thing seriously, I think two of the biggest benefits in his future life will be his own health and the other will be wealth in terms of money. The 100 pushup challenge will lead to $100k bitcoin, but in the challenge I can do 100 pushups a day. I can do a hundred push ups in three steps a day, I do 35 push ups one steps. Anyway, I'm going to take on the 100 consecutive push up challenge. I can do 40 push ups in a row. If I try to increase to one or two pushups a day I might be able to easily 60 cross over in a few days. But when I go over 70 push ups in a row then maybe my going is going to be a little harder, maybe it will take me a few days to increase one push up at a time. Maybe I'll stop at a straight 90 push-up because the last ride is so hard, maybe I can't go any further from there. I don't know if I can do 100 push ups in a row but I will try my best to do it. I will definitely more  benefit from my health in this challenge because health is the main asset.

wow! I damn love swimming and it's one way to calm your whole system down when I'm exhausted with my daily routine and fortunate for me, I don't need to go to th poles when I want to swing. We have this salt water that flows in a creek that's close to my house and it's always exciting to just hop into it whenever I feel a bit of heat within me and it just calms and reduce every form of stress from my body.

Maybe I will have to add it as a routine to supplement my daily pushups and it's going to be that after every successful pushups I will be going into the creek to take a warm swim which will certainly go along way to dispelling off every form of stress that comes with the pushups

Well that is the aim here, doesn't mean that you can get 100 push ups right away. It will take time, but the thing is that it should be view as long term, so you need to take it slow in the beginning as our body might not cope if we force it to do 100 right away.

actually 100X is very easy, I did it 1 time with only 6 finger supports. but because it's been a long time since the corona virus pandemic, I haven't even exercised, so for now I'm just reducing it by half and I'll add it little by little until I can reach 100X according to the title of this thread. I do this so that my body doesn't get shocked and it causes injury and I can't follow this challenge.

Good for you, others might not be as strong as you are, that's why they need like 10x10 and then gradually increase it by the day before they can hit that magical numbers. Your body will be shocked even by just 10 push-ups.

Maybe you are still young and that's why you are in your prime, but for us who are a bit older, we really need to take specially care as not to shock our bodies because it's not going to be good for us to have that pain throughout the week specially if you have a regular job.

So for me, just start slow but keep motivated to reach that 100 pushup regardless if that could be 10x10 or 20x5 or 25x5

In addition to exercise, I have added swimming. It makes me more lively and boosts energy levels a lot. After morning jogging and exercise, I take a nice bath with butterfly swimming which increases blood circulation in my body and makes me feel refreshed. My number of push-ups throughout the day is in line with the current price of Bitcoin.66 push-ups through 5 sets all day....wow. It is a great pleasure for me. Initially I touched a milestone in my target.  My next target 100 push-up as soon as possible. Hope to stick with Bitcoin.
wow! I damn love swimming and it's one way to calm your whole system down when I'm exhausted with my daily routine and fortunate for me, I don't need to go to th poles when I want to swing. We have this salt water that flows in a creek that's close to my house and it's always exciting to just hop into it whenever I feel a bit of heat within me and it just calms and reduce every form of stress from my body.

Maybe I will have to add it as a routine to supplement my daily pushups and it's going to be that after every successful pushups I will be going into the creek to take a warm swim which will certainly go along way to dispelling off every form of stress that comes with the pushups

Swimming is a very beneficial exercise for the body as it keeps your whole body moving evenly and maintains the balance of body temperature. In fact, busyness is depriving us of many enjoyable things. I remember when I finished third in the swimming competition at school it was a very sweet time.
As a child, I spent my time in the village home, the free and open life there still attracts me a lot, but it is not possible to go back to that time. Now the city's brick and stone houses and streets are daily companions. Due to lack of time, I don't swim much anymore, although after writing this, I remembered my childhood and wanted to swim. If I want to swim, I have to go to my village house or to the swimming pool in the city because there is no swimming facility at my house.

You get into swimming with a hose, there is a mention of push ups. How many push ups can you do before you reach 100 bitcoins?  Here's a pushup plan competition as to how you can keep yourself in control and grow with the price of Bitcoin. This is the best competition you can swim in. Count ahead. Because many will try to survive than drowning in water. So it is never possible to go swimmingly in this Bitcoin matter. You push up with the price of Bitcoin.

I found this thread interesting when I read it. if someone takes this 100 pushup thing seriously, I think two of the biggest benefits in his future life will be his own health and the other will be wealth in terms of money. The 100 pushup challenge will lead to $100k bitcoin

We took this challenge seriously, and that is the reason this thread is active. Some people who are consistent with this challenge have already seen the benefits of this challenge. This challenge was just initiated for us (Bitcoiners) to keep ourselves busy while we anticipate bitcoin to reach $100k in price, and this challenge is not influencing the price of bitcoin.
Basically, all of these people are busy with the challenges and strategies that they have developed individually, even though the goals may not be much different, namely wanting to see the price of Bitcoin at $100K and also feel the benefits when that starts to happen to Bitcoin. And now everyone has been faced with the price drop to $65K again which will test our patience and the challenges we have to face by continuing to hold on without thinking about immediately letting go of what we have been holding onto all this time.
