Long day for me today. Just managed to finish my push-ups for the day just before 3am… I’m not sure how good that is for your body, but I guess I’ll be ready to jump to exercise at the drop of a dime in the middle of the night. Perhaps that could come in handy someday if I don’t have a heart attack first.

I have carefully read all your answers. So I started the challenge today and I was able to do 100 pushups, I wouldn't do it at once so I divided it so it could be easy for me, this is my first time doing pushup exercise what I normally do for exercise is juggling and I must confess pushup is not an easy exercise, I'm just thinking about going again tomorrow well I will continue, being fit needs determination what really really giving me hope and strength to continue is the health benefits I never knew pushups are so good for the human body not until I saw this thread and I read through almost every important information and I did my findings.

Heart attack is not your portion, I wish you more strength exercises is another remedy for sound health which your not far from as you do your push at the appropriate time. I don't understand why you use such words even if you never say it out loud don't say it or think of it. The Forum has so many members that the new ones like myself would like to learn more from especially about Bitcoin and you're one of those old members here. Do your exercise but mind what you say before it comes to reality, nobody wants to lose anyone here on the Forum again after all the push up is going to eliminate things that are holding your system not to function properly.

Increased my number to record 80 for the first time. Was doing 60 for a while. I did 4 sets of 20 reps today without any extra effort. I'll continue with 80 for a couple of weeks and then I'll attempt 100 finally.

Nobody lives forever. I don't encourage anyone to workout in the middle of the night to meet superficial goals. It is dumb of me to do such things and dumb actions tend to have dumb consequences. I’m using this thread to hold myself accountable, so I feel that recognizing my dumb actions along the way are just as important as celebrating my victories. Don’t be like me. Have a daily workout schedule and stick to it!

Of course as a beginner in this push ups challenge doing 100 push ups in your first day will be too hard for you to achieved, and even if you force yourself to do it you we notice some pains in your body why because you haven't gather a enough stamina to your body, I will advise you to start with 15 push ups tomorrow in three sets for few days so that it will enable you to gather more strength to your body before you we start to do 100 push ups a day. There is a mistake in your push ups report which is a spacing after the 100k. For example this is what I mean. 100k,Chiomaobi,1,100,2024-06-18

Achieving 100 push-up a day in your first time could be challenging I believe you will be feeling some pains in your muscles already so I don't think you will be able to hit 100 push-up again tomorrow but you can still achieve that if you are determined to so but I will advise you increase your numbers of set and reps so that doing this push-up won't to too difficult for you continue next time, you can do 5 set in the morning with 10reps each and also in the evening so that won't get injured in your muscles. And also concerning your push-up report there is an extra space between "100k" and "Chiomaobi" so therefore I don't think DirtyKeyboard script will be able to pick up your push-up report so you will try and edit it so that your push-up report will show up in the push-up table.

Last night I did 4 X 5 pushups (but had to have a beak between the third and fourth set of five).
This morning - 2 X 10 - I started doing a third set of ten but after five very wobbly ones, I called time and won't be counting them.

Over here was too cooled today, this challenge helped a lot in keeping me strong. I engaged total set of 4, 20 push ups per set and was able to do a total of 80ps, I which I could just have supper powers to do more but as human, limits speaks loud at times. I am glad to burn off some calories sweating while pushing up, frankly this challenge is really healthy and helpful.
I can see you want to force yourself to break your limit in this push-up challenge, which is good because it will make you adopt this challenge easily and also help you to increase the number of push-ups you will do in a set. But since we are not in military training or reward giving to the person who will do more push-ups than others, I will advise you to keep on doing push-ups with the strategy you have already adopted. If you are consistent in doing push-ups, you will improve greatly in this push-up challenge. This push-up challenge has been helpful for people who have been doing it; they have gained good fitness now, and this push-up challenge helps to keep their bodies active and warm any time the weather is cold.

Long day for me today. Just managed to finish my push-ups for the day just before 3am… I’m not sure how good that is for your body, but I guess I’ll be ready to jump to exercise at the drop of a dime in the middle of the night. Perhaps that could come in handy someday if I don’t have a heart attack first.
I don't understand why you use such words even if you never say it out loud don't say it or think of it. The Forum has so many members that the new ones like myself would like to learn more from especially about Bitcoin and you're one of those old members here. Do your exercise but mind what you say before it comes to reality, nobody wants to lose anyone here on the Forum again after all the push up is going to eliminate things that are holding your system not to function properly. Nobody lives forever. I don't encourage anyone to workout in the middle of the night to meet superficial goals. It is dumb of me to do such things and dumb actions tend to have dumb consequences. I’m using this thread to hold myself accountable, so I feel that recognizing my dumb actions along the way are just as important as celebrating my victories. Don’t be like me. Have a daily workout schedule and stick to it! True nobody lives forever but in as much as that is the reality we live in we just have to stay positive and you on the other end have to abstain from whatsoever that makes you think that way (negative thinking) and now you say things like you're letting life do it's thing without you fighting the obstacle of life to be strong again. If night workout doesn't suit you I'll say you better stop it at least you still be enjoying life with your family and friends, after all no one is going to beat your ass if you stop or continue the work out, but avoid the night schedule since is not cool with you and I'll stick to the daily workout and you should too.
