Last night I spread out my sets and completed 3 X 10 pushups.  This morning, my first ten were a little wobbly, but was able to complete a second set of ten shortly thereafter.

My report was not run daily as usual due to power cuttage mostly we that are in third world countries there is some area we have power issue mist time is hard to have good power to run report as light is not that stable due to economic instability.

Sometimes I used to wonder why you're always in fond of making mistakes when ever you are somithing your push ups report everytime, because looking at your days of push ups shows that you are not new in this challenge again, however I think you're not supposed to be corrected everytime in this push ups challenge because you are meant to know everything about the challenge by now so that when a new member ask you about (Guidance) you will be able to help them out.
Smile there is nothing wrong making mistakes for we are all imperfect human being we are bound to do mistakes it is true that Uhwuchukwu53 has been regular in this challenge and is meant to know what to do and what not to do, some are also typographical error that is why it is always good to read through our post before posting it.

Well I thank many who have observed this very mistake and have courage to point it out, I due appreciate to be honest this mistake wasn't intentional as it's a result of my phone  though it's also my duty to check properly before sending but something happened while I was reporting this push my garjet battery was very down that I could not imagine the Post will go through including the nature of network instability I was facing the same time. Thank you all for this we are all learning.

Previous days uncaptured due to errors equals 225 plus yesterday and today 150 total  of 375

You have done well to have admitted your mistake @Uhwuchukwu53 for some persons may see it as insult instead of them to take correction they will keep on arguing with you, but the correct format for your push-up report should be 100k and not $100k below is the correct format

Admitting a mistake and not doing that same mistake are two different thing cause there are people who admit when they made a mistake and yet they don't work on that mistake but there are also people who will made a mistake and admit and will never do that same mistake again though admitting a mistake general means that, that person wants to change or it means that, the person won't do that same mistake again. However, the reason why some persons make mistake sometimes is because they are not always cautious of what they are doing and some people the mistake has become part of them that is to say that they can't do without making a mistake but that habit is not good. I am happy he admit cause it shows he wants to learn, lets hope he doesn't do it again.

i fat finger my cell phone over and over.

and auto correct has a mind of its own.

so repeating mistakes are going to happen.

i also do stream of consciousness like the author James Joyce thus more errors.

so maybe it is more forgiving that is needed.

not pointing out the same mistakes over and over.


but then again sometimes I go back and correct.

Am wondering if this $200k in your report is a mistake or a deliberate act because it looks so awkward to me since the aim of this thread has not been achieved which is seeing Bitcoin hitting $100k let alone $200k, please do well to correct it before you contradict the concepts of this thread.

Seems like a form of trolling.  I doubt that DirtyKeyboard's script picks up anything that does not start out with 100k.. so I am not sure if the $ interferes with the ability to read the report since it would still have the 100k, but in the case of including the $, the 100k would not be preceded by a space.... and yeah, I see that Uhwuchukwu53 made a subsequent post to attempt to fix the mistake and to admit to the mistake, but yeah still pretty lame with the $ still included... but yeah, it appears that DirtyKeyboard script will still pick up the error with the $ included...

Yesterday, I did 4 X 10 sets at various times of the day along with a much longer walk to make up for the day prior when I wasn't able to do any late night pushups (it was a long day on the road).  This morning, I've done 2 X 10 pushups.

Sounds like you are making decently good progress to the extent that you might well be your own specific physical being that is distinct from any other physical beings that are submitting their reports in this thread.

June 18 I did   5 flights   0 pushups mod style
June 19 I did   6 flights   5 pushups mod style
June 20 I did 10 flights 10 pushups mod style
June 21 I did 12 flights 12 pushups mod style
June 22 I did 13 flights 13 pushups mod style
June 23 I did 14 flights 16 pushups mod style.

I could likely go to 20 pushups mod style.

Not sure about ever doing a full pushup due to the hernia surgery in 2022.

Even if you do modified pushups, you probably still get a lot of benefits from them, especially since you are seeming to describe some strain in them and including some efforts to increase their numbers.. so yeah, maybe you don't really need to attempt to do full pushups unless you believe that you would be able to do them in a non strenuous way.

You also might be to the point where you could beak your pushups into sets.. so for example 3 sets of 8 would be 24.  Since you are into cardio rather than the resistance aspects, you may be o.k with two sets of 15 or maybe having higher reps in whichever sets that you end up doing...

Even with low reps, I personally would prefer to have more than 8 reps per set, especially something like pushups... .. right now my pushup reps tend to be between 30 and 55, and so 30 would be pretty slow, and 55 would be faster pushups (and not as good of form when I do the pushups faster).. I probably am slacking quite a bit in the past few weeks, ever since i have been purposefully attempting to bring my average pushups per day down from 200 to around 150-ish...

Yesterday I did 150 push ups. I had a challenge to do 200 push ups a day which I completed a few days ago. Bitcoin price is currently going down, Bitcoin price is 64k+ today. I am taking a new challenge when bitcoin reaches 100k I will do 400 push ups a day. Now at present I will do 100-150 push ups a day, sometimes I will try to increase more.

When we start getting close to $100k, I might be willing to work up to getting to 500 pushups in one day, but i think once I accomplish 500 pushups in one day, then I am going to go back to somewhere around 150 pushups per day.. In recent weeks, I am starting to feel that in order to do more pushups, we have to do more pushups, so it is not an easy thing for some of us.. to add them or to increase the number of pushups in our sets or to increase our number of sets per day and/or with a result of either increasing the number of pushups that we are doing each day or to bring up our average number of pushups per day.

Maybe especially some folks who are older and we get tired and worn out from some of this.. so sometimes when I am doing a lot of pushups, I feel that I am not able to do much if anything else that is physically exerting, just to save up my physical energies for the pushups... Whether that inability to do other physical things is a good thing or not might be questionable in terms of how much benefit is coming out of the whole push-ups activity, including how much time is spent doing pushups each day rather than other things that we could be doing with that time that it takes to do pushups.

It can be a bit ironic that sometimes the pushup sets through the day can end up getting stronger rather than weaker.. It sometimes can end up feeling like the first sets of pushups are serving as kinds of warm-ups for the sets of pushups that come later in the day.

Potentially, each of us has had experiences where we might improve quickly from our merely adding something like pushups to our routine, but then we may well also have various periods in which we have stagnant areas... where we are stuck at a certain level for a while before we might later improve in terms of our abilities or in terms of our not feeling as sore/tired from the exercises.

The Uhwuchukwu53 mistake was open, and I think no person would want to argue that because Uhwuchukwu53 wrote 200k instead of 100k in the push-up reporting format. I think Uhwuchukwu53 should write down the push-up reporting format in a book so that any time he wants to report his push-up, he can look into the book to guide him in reporting an accurate push-up. He should always review his post when posting his push-up report; he should check his calculations to know if everything is okay; and he should also read his previewed post up to three times to help him know if there is a mistake in his push-up report.

You are absolutely right @mayor of ogba I think that should be the best solution for him to avoid making similar mistake again, because writing it down in a notebook before somithing it in the push ups report we really helped him to settle down and do the calculation very well before making his report.

It has been a while I report but that doesn't make me lazy...
I have upto six daily pushups report with 5 accurate number of pus ,just a slight difference with one of the reports ..

The first 3 reports were in 2 sets
Day one (64) => (45,45)
Day two (65) => (45,45)
Day three (66) => (45,35)... i was a little bit tired and couldn't complete the second set of  PUs
The last three reports were in 3 sets , tried giving it a shot it was more flexible Smiley
Day four(67) => (35,20,35)
Day five (68) => (35,20,35)
Day six (69) => (35,20,35) at the end...

Doing 80 push-ups a day since a week now in four sets of 20 reps. Before I was doing 60/day.

This is pretty much where I am as well. I try to keep round numbers though so I’d say my sets are usually between 30-50 with an occasional 60 tossed in. I probably need to push myself more if I want to hit 100 at once someday. Looking at the price today though, I’m wondering if I should go for my goal of hitting BTC’s price in reps in a single set. Today might be the day…

@ JJG.      For Now I will do 16 mod  pushups maybe for a week Then decide if I want to go to 20


The stairs will increase to 40-50 flights should take a month


I am doing the stairs then the pushups while tired from the stairs.


Later in the day lite spinning on the bike and resistance bands.


When and if I get to 20 modded pushups I will decide if I do 2 sets.

I did it! 65 push-ups in a single set (new record for me but I probably should’ve pushed it to 69 I also see the irony in doing 65 after saying I end my sets in 0) and Bitcoin’s price is at $59K as I write this. Watching Bitcoin’s price fall hasn’t been fun, but using this dip to knock a push-up goal off the list feels great. Don’t forget why we’re doing this!

My report was not run daily as usual due to power cuttage mostly we that are in third world countries there is some area we have power issue mist time is hard to have good power to run report as light is not that stable due to economic instability.

Am wondering if this $200k in your report is a mistake or a deliberate act because it looks so awkward to me since the aim of this thread has not been achieved which is seeing Bitcoin hitting $100k let alone $200k, please do well to correct it before you contradict the concepts of this thread.

Seems like a form of trolling.  I doubt that DirtyKeyboard's script picks up anything that does not start out with 100k.. so I am not sure if the $ interferes with the ability to read the report since it would still have the 100k, but in the case of including the $, the 100k would not be preceded by a space.... and yeah, I see that Uhwuchukwu53 made a subsequent post to attempt to fix the mistake and to admit to the mistake, but yeah still pretty lame with the $ still included... but yeah, it appears that DirtyKeyboard script will still pick up the error with the $ included...
I can't tell with the mistakes sometimes.  Honest or not? Smiley  But, correct it doesn't matter what comes before the 100k.

Yesterday, I did 4 X 10 sets at various times of the day along with a much longer walk to make up for the day prior when I wasn't able to do any late night pushups (it was a long day on the road).  This morning, I've done 2 X 10 pushups.

I could likely go to 20 pushups mod style.

Not sure about ever doing a full pushup due to the hernia surgery in 2022.

I did it! 65 push-ups in a single set (new record for me but I probably should’ve pushed it to 69 I also see the irony in doing 65 after saying I end my sets in 0) and Bitcoin’s price is at $59K as I write this. Watching Bitcoin’s price fall hasn’t been fun, but using this dip to knock a push-up goal off the list feels great. Don’t forget why we’re doing this!

The price of Bitcoin is decreasing and i know some people has been discouraged because everything is not going as it was expected to... But nevertheless that is one of the characteristics of Bitcoin (volatility) though it's going to be crazy doing this push-up while Bitcoin is playing around ( fluctuating between $50k to $75k)  but I want to encourage everyone to continue and never give up and while we are doing this push-up, we shouldn't also forget to be investing in Bitcoin with the best strategy (DCA method) so that we won't only build our body (fitness) but rather lets be among those that will benefit heavily the day it will hit $100k.

Good to challenge yourself & do/try record high for yourself. I wonder after BTC reaching $100K, will you continue doing 400/day from that day or you do only on that special day and lower to normal after that day?
Yes, I will push up 400 on the day bitcoin hits 100k, it won't be possible for me to push up 400 on a regular basis. I will be very happy when bitcoin hits 100k, so I will happily push up 400 that day, then normally keep between 100-150.

I did 140 push ups yesterday.

Doing 80 push-ups a day since a week now in four sets of 20 reps. Before I was doing 60/day.
It is good to see how you are always improving the number of push-ups you do in a set; it shows you are doing your push-ups in the right way. If you keep on with this consistency, you will see yourself achieving 100 push-ups a day, and it will be a great achievement for you because you put in a great effort to be able to achieve 100 push-ups a day.

while I was reporting this push my gadget battery was very down that I could not imagine the Post will go through including the nature of network instability I was facing the same time.
Any time your phone battery is low, don't try to report your push-up so that you will not be in a hurry to post your push-up report before your phone goes off. In the end, you will end up making a mistake that will make DirtyKeyboard not pick up your push-up report. Always report your push-up when your phone is fully charged so that it will help you take your time and report your push-up without making a mistake.

@ JJG.      For Now I will do 16 mod  pushups maybe for a week Then decide if I want to go to 20

The stairs will increase to 40-50 flights should take a month

I am doing the stairs then the pushups while tired from the stairs.

Later in the day lite spinning on the bike and resistance bands.

When and if I get to 20 modded pushups I will decide if I do 2 sets.

For sure your level of exertion and even the order that you do your different kinds of exercises can affect how much energy that you might have left and even some of your priorities. 

I have read (and I even subscribe to the concept) that there are a lot of folks who try to combine resistance training and cardio, and frequently when they do a lot of the cardio first, then they do not have any energy left to do the resistance training, so there can be some advantages in doing the resistance training first.. or towards the beginning.

Since the beginning, I have been complaining about how hard it is to do pushups, and sure I have advanced through the last 141 days of doing pushups, but it is still hard and I have many periods that I don't waant to do them, and then other periods that I add some other exercise activities too.. but it can still be difficult to do either the pushups or the other kind of exercise activities, and sometimes I just can only do one or the other and not both...so I am not even claiming to know.. and also I had some days that I was lugging some things up and down a few flight of stairs, and I made several trips, and so then I end up counting that as part of my days activities and those kinds of physically exerting activities can surely affect how many pushups that I end up doing or how I do the pushups for that day.

I am glad that you have been able to do 16 moded pushups per day.. so that is surely a good level if you are doing them every day... and you may or may not be able to increase them, and part of the reason may well relate to how many other activities you are doing and several of us are not spring chickens and able to just do a bunch of stuff.  The older we are, the more we have to make sure that we allow for enough recovery time for both our muscles and our joints... and surely our energy levels might well relate to the soundness of our diet and sleep too.

I don't really know anything, and yeah maybe I got the idea of a possibility of three different members from you and/or from a link that you had sent regarding such accusation... but yeah, Timelord2067 did not say anything to either confirm or deny... so whether he has a duty to do so might not be clear... If someone accused me of being another member, then maybe I would or maybe I would not choose to clarify.  I suppose it depends on the context of the accusation(s).

People are retarded if they believe that we are not in a place that is within reasonable boundaries of expectations, and we should already know that there are not any guarantees in bitcoin, including that the BTC price is going to go straight up.

Sure, it could go straight up.. but it might not, too.

So yeah, we find ourself in a consolidation range, and surely it is not even a bad place to be.. so I have difficulties considering how any reasonable person should be overly disappointed in regards to where we are currently at.

Surely nothing wrong with continuing to accumulate BTC, and there is likely a bit of a presumption that anyone who has not been in bitcoin for very long needs to continue to accumulate bitcoin, unless they were able to front-load their investment.

Good to challenge yourself & do/try record high for yourself. I wonder after BTC reaching $100K, will you continue doing 400/day from that day or you do only on that special day and lower to normal after that day?
Yes, I will push up 400 on the day bitcoin hits 100k, it won't be possible for me to push up 400 on a regular basis. I will be very happy when bitcoin hits 100k, so I will happily push up 400 that day, then normally keep between 100-150.

I did 140 push ups yesterday.

400 push up is not a joking matter but  probably possible... The day BTC hits 100k is definitely going to be a collective happiness for BTC fans..... I'll try 400 push up also (or do at least as much as possible).

.. right now my pushup reps tend to be between 30 and 55, and so 30 would be pretty slow, and 55 would be faster pushups (and not as good of form when I do the pushups faster)..

This is pretty much where I am as well. I try to keep round numbers though so I’d say my sets are usually between 30-50 with an occasional 60 tossed in. I probably need to push myself more if I want to hit 100 at once someday. Looking at the price today though, I’m wondering if I should go for my goal of hitting BTC’s price in reps in a single set. Today might be the day…

The maximum push up I ever did at a go is within 25-45 of which occasionally....also a maximum of 5 set depending..
To intentionally increase my go on a set mostly or probably the first set to see the possibility of hitting 100 at a go is a new vibs that I am catching as we hope BTC hit 100k. Also catching the fun and vitality

@Ognasty, just keep giving it a try since there will definitely be a result even if not what is expected...

Last night I discovered why having a snack immediately prior to doing three sets of ten push-ups is not a good thing. The slight twinge in my side was there again this morning when I did two more sets of ten before mowing the yard.

Tonight, I've done one wobbly set of ten and will do one more set of ten before heading to bed.
