Here are the two-day reports. At this point, I said I wanted to rest, but I couldn't resist and did push-ups again throughout the day. The worst part about this is that it's addictive, and you start to feel guilty when you don't do them.

Thanks for coming back, without taking a break. If you take a break for two days, you'll be too lazy and bored to complete push-ups the next day, which is why resting is not a good idea. When I sometimes take a break for two days, I'll be too bored and lazy to come back, which is why I don't take a break to complete push-ups now.

The weather was so beautiful today that doing push-ups was a joy. It had been raining all day and it had been raining heavily since evening. Today I completed a total of 100 push-ups in 5 sets in the morning and afternoon.
