It has been a sunny ☀️ day and due to the sun, sweet is much and strength is less. I must say the challenge has helped me in shaping my body and shape. I must say it's a very interesting exercise. Since I started, due to it has not been easy but considering I know what I want and me been consistent in it have helped me a lot. Today due to the sun I was also able to achieve my target of 100 everyday.Today I added 100 push ups to my number and I was able to achieve that in 5 sets, 20 push ups per set.

The weather is morning was friendly and it really helped me to continue with my pushups exercise, I am really enjoying this trend since I joined, I didn't update my pushup exercise yesterday due to some circumstances beyond my control, so yesterday I did 100 pushups and today also, so this report is for two days

I do know that it is easier to stack BTC than it is to stack chicken eggs. Another good thing about not having a physicality. Good to be back and I'm seeing some new members who have joined the challenge, that's good and with the progress Bitcoin price has been making I feel we might be getting to $130k and above... Honestly I can't wait for tomorrow to continue from where I left off.
Thats the spirit! The determination, the focus, the passion to see Bitcoin rise is worth going all out for this physical exercise challenge. No going back because its already too late to do so and Before month end I should balance100/day. This is my first time of doing push-ups exercise after how many years and my body was so heavy that i couldn't be able to lift myself more than 20 times and i believe that this is because it is my first time and once I'm consistent with push-ups exercise daily i will growing small small, with the numbers of members that gone this far started like me and has a story to tell from the first day of doing push-ups, i do 20 push-ups in 4 sets.

There's no need to feel pessimistic even if you can only do 5 push-ups per set, as long as you still have the intention to change yourself, especially when you are more aware of your fitness, then this is still a very good thing. When I first started this challenge, I was in a similar situation because a body that has never experienced the strain of exercise will inevitably feel stiff and often even sore, but this is only the beginning, and getting used to it can change the situation. I suggest you try starting with slightly easier movements like incline push-ups or knee push-ups if you're not yet used to push-ups, so you don't feel too overwhelmed. However, if you want to push yourself to do regular push-ups right away that's fine too you, might just feel a bit uncomfortable with your body afterward, but that's part of the process. Some people misunderstood my last message. I meant it as the last report of the month. I haven't had much chance to work out in the first week of the new month. Today I did push-ups for the first time in October and added 200. I hope I can adapt to this tiring pace and do push-ups more frequently.

I was among the people who misunderstood your last message. It is good you have cleared the air now, and we are now aware you aren't ending your push-ups as we assumed. We have life outside this forum, so it is very understandable if you don't have enough chance to be consistent to do more push-ups often. I believe you will adapt to this tight schedule and do push-ups more frequently because even at your difficult times, you always find a way to do your push-ups.

I was really inspired by reading this thread two days ago. I decided to participate in this challenge. But yesterday I couldn't do push-ups because I woke up late. That's why I was a little sad all day.
Today, I didn't delay any longer and got up early and started the challenge with all my might. I was able to do a total of 52 push-ups in 3 sets, 22+16+14, but I couldn't do it anymore because my hands hurt a lot. Two years ago, all my friends used to compete with me and sometimes do push-ups and pull-ups. But after joining the job, I gradually lost that habit due to my busy schedule.
This thread has brought back that old energy. From today, I decided to continue this challenge until Bitcoin reaches $150k. My office is open until late at night. That's why it may be difficult to do it early every day. But on holidays, I will try my best to keep up with the challenge.
This challenge will not only strengthen your body, but it's also fun to watch both daily push-ups and the price of Bitcoin increase simultaneously.

Missed out the morning exercise because of too much activities, today felt like Monday, very busy and no time to take a break but this very evening I had to push my self that hard to make sure I did something if not nothing like push up or anything concerning my workout for me today. Added 200 today and it seems like that signal of dullness was coming, I'll do better tomorrow.

Initially, many people thought that you were right not to submit the report because of that. Then when you cleared the matter, everyone understood the matter. Do you exercise irregularly or regularly? I think you cannot do it regularly. But it is very nice that you are doing it in any way you can. To stay physically healthy, we need to do physical exercises and they are personal matters, but we are moving forward by sharing the subject of push-ups here. Just got done with my daily goal of 50 pushups in 5 sets. This is actually my 9th day of the challenge and I'm so proud of myself
The commitment and discipline is so mind soothing, obviously one the top routines I've been consistent with. I know I still have a long way to go in my fitness journey but I believe with time I will get better.

Today was shoulder day. I filled it with handstands and pike pushups. I did 50 reps of pike pushups and 100 reps of regular pushups. I'll add the pike pushups to my report. I always do 100 pushups for the daily pushup challenge here when I warm up, but otherwise, my warmup routine could have been different. I'm not complaining. Pushups are a great warmup, and they get easier when you do them every workout.

The DirtyKeyboard has been trying to always updating the number of floor mates that shown their consistency in the push-ups thread and the mates that are always on the bench, it is really hard working jobs he is putting in to make sure that every that's active will see things to themselves on how consistent you are, so the statistics saver as a reminder to always create chance to do your daily routine and reporting the number of push-ups you have archived in that particular day, and i know that sometimes i do skip my days of push-ups because of some busy days that i might find myself, once I'm free i don't like skipping my daily routine because I'm actually feeling the impact of the whole push-ups of a thing in my body.

I felt so heavy after my yesterday push-ups and i didn't allow that to overwhelm me because i know that the results of this boody heavilying me is as a result of not doing push-ups for a very long time, And i know that my consistency will change allot of things in me.
