 I came across this and is really surprising, but is it true? We all know this isn't the first time Bitcoin price has dropped to the level it was [although it has started going back up] and many are panicking like that's the end...what's going on?🤣 10[edit]0k,Sexylizzy2813,155,32090,2025-10-13Some days ago i saw this on Facebook though i hardly believe any thing seen online but if this is true then they might have invested into some kind altcoins, shitcoin because these are only coin that can dump to an extend that one might think of taking his life or going on sick bed due to high blood pressure, we should choose bitcoin and always invest in bitcoin and not shitcoin. I saw this challenge and would like to join but as a girl i don't think i can do higher number but I will try. Pushups are not so "girl friendly," so you could consider modified pushups or some other exercise, such as lunges. Regarding suicides, there is a difference between bitcoin and crypto in terms of what the market performance was in the pbe ast few days, and also trading is different from investing, in terms of the ways that money could be made or lost. The bitcoin price did not really change very much. Sure we had an up at the beginning of October, and then the October 10th correction, and largely BTC prices are currently close to the same as they were at the end of September. So someone investing in bitcoin and even mostly holding most of his own private keys, there would not have had been much of a change in the value of his holdings between late September and now. Maybe bitcoin newbies might have had been buying in the past few weeks and also not much affected by changes in the BTC price, without necessarily expecting that any newbies to bitcoin would be able predetermine or predict BTC prices.. .and perhaps buying with an investment horizon of 4-10 years or longer..

Couldn't carryout my pushup exercise yesterday because I was super exhausted after the day's work, I think I'll develop a new strategy of carryout my pushups in the early hours before stepping out
This morning after my Jumping-jack and situp I was able to achieve a total number of 60 pushups in 3 sets, I really hope to continue in this momentum.

What you said is totally correct bitcoin is different from crypto and has more leverage, just like you said i will only suggest that newbies in bitcoin keep buying while there's a retrace in Bitcoin, instead of looking at it like and obstacle, let's leverage on it by investing more. today i started of with a different excerise just to balance the equation, it won't be nice that only our biceps and triceps (upper body) are built as bitcoin rises and we forget what carries the weight being the legs, so i did some squats and some other leg workouts and to balance it, finished with 2 sets of 25 pushups making 50pushups in totalMy report:100k,LOCKACO,17,1200,2025-10-14

First day hitting my pushups in the early hours, never felt better
I feel so energetic and motivated to start my day, morning pushups are actually a power up.

When we first started, we also had such pain like you, but we did not stop there, we continued push-ups regularly. Sometimes when we go on a break for a long time and after the break, we come back to the push-up challenge, but we want to feel such pain, so completing push-ups regularly is very good for health. Today I completed 10,000 push-ups in 117 days in this push-up challenge. Hopefully I will complete the 20,000 mark very soon in this challenge. With my passed experience you must feel some how on your joints allover your body, push-ups exercise is like a book that we usually read once stop stressing your brain from reading things you will confirm that your brain will be so dumant and book will leave you immediately and that how push-ups exercise is, once stop doing pushups for while and when going to do pushups it required enough energy and stamina to do pushups again and which it will take you some days to go back to the normal number push-ups you use to do as of then.

It's has indeed been a very stressful week and for sometime now I have been feeling weak and dizzy but thank God am on my feet now well and strong, the pushups exercises has been helpful though have not been able to meet up my 100 push ups per day as I normally do. Today I was able to achieve this exercise with 50 pushups added to my numbers, I was able to achieve 50 pushups in 5 sets. 10 pushups per set.

 I came across this and is really surprising, but is it true? I wish everyone a happy day. May you have healthy days full of push-ups. Today was my pull-up day, and I did a lot of reps and sets of pull-ups and chin-ups. As for my warm-up, I started with push-ups, jumped rope for a bit, and then did mountain climbers—that was just the warm-up. Even though I want to get a little lazy, I won't let that happen. Even if I'm feeling a little tired, I can still complete the workout I want, so it's no problem.

To be honest I'm not really consistent in following up with this thread that's why there's no record of my pushups or workout routines but still from time to time I try to put in some work. I was able to do 5 bench presses, 40, push ups and 40 squats two days back but I haven't really put in any work today though. Call it laziness (I'd not argue  ), but I'd blame it majorly on the weather that hasn't been friendly. We've been having steady rains that is slowing getting to a flood level and it has sort of affected my drive to do anything work out related but I'd definitely get in something before the day runs out. I hope it would be okay to register my work out report? I totally agreed with you but if someone really need to achieve this fit you hit, I think it is better you draft out time table for easy and effective going, push up helps alot it enables you build your immune system and shape up your physical boy, In all to be fully fit one needs to be consistent and determine

I will never lose hope no matter the temptation on the fluctuation of Bitcoin price in the parallel market, the earlier will accept the nature of Bitcoin price in the parallel market the earlier it will comes as a shock if the dip finally happened and we will not panic about it's fluctuation, we have already cheer up ourselves individually because there is nothing that will can do right now than keeping pushing consistently and i have been away for a while because of i just feel like having a short break and I'm back again to continue where i stopped. Sometimes we call it laziness but we forget that we are the ones that invite it in the first place, well is good to take a break and take things easy but we shouldn't allow the rest to get to us too much if not thats where you see some of us saying we were lazy that's why we skipped 2-3 days, it happens. As a new participant in this challenge I'd advice not to be scared with the number of push up and the number of days you see in some of the member's report, see it as them starting before you, nothing more...take it as a challenge to make you keep on going harder and with time you'd see your days of push up in 3 digits. Keep on trying.
