As it stands, the price of Bitcoin is dropping, and surely, it has got so many guessing where it will be as we approach the end of this month and gradually entering the end of the year.

But no matter how poor we think it's performing now in the market, I think we are better off that we accumulated some Bitcoin compared to those who are yet to start. Continuous and consistent accumulation of bitcoin regardless the present price is the goal. I have signed for a long term investment.
And on the other hand, I keep pushing daily for bodily fitness and at least to bring back the price of Bitcoin to $100k and above.

What goes up comes down but difficult for what comes down to go up unless a force is added to it, in this case of bitcoin this is a different, BTC price goes up and down now it's going down we should also expect it to go up soon, but let's not be distracted with the price of current decline in BTC price and focus on buying more.

I haven't gave my report for a week, i wasn't consistent pushing morning and evening some days i cover up both while some days is either in the morning or evening due to how this week was but I make sure i do push up daily.

The value of Bitcoin is likely to be more difficult to assess as compared with other assets, so we likely have to make sure that we don't mistakenly assess it as if it were some other kind of an asset and misassess bitcoin due to our putting bitcoin into a wrong category. 

We have to account for bitcoin being a paradigm shifting asset that changes the whole way that both information and value is held and/or transmitted and challenges the traditional ways that value and/or information is held and/or transmitted. 

There is a bit of an ongoing battle around the whole disruptive offerings of bitcoin and price is part of that battle, but not the only aspect of the battle that continues to play out in front of our eyes, including that we are likely part of the battle by holding bitcoin and/or otherwise choosing to accumulate it or not.

Bitcoin has stayed above $100k for long, and now that bitcoin has dropped below $100k, I won't say bitcoin is performing poorly because what is happening to bitcoin is just a little drop in prices, and it can rise back to set a new all time high before this year will ends. As someone who has signed up for long term investment, you should be worried about how you can successfully accumulate the amount of bitcoin you plan on accumulating and not about the prices of bitcoin.

I did took some few days rest just as @Gallar told me and I know our body did need some rest and that why I took your advice and rested. Thanks for that I really do appreciate and I also felt some relived from my system and when I did make some push today and yesterday I did see I hit little improves on my muscles and I didn’t get weak early, improvement is genuinely coming. I don't know if this cycle is over. It might not be over yet, but I'm still trying to hold out at least a little hope. 100k was a key support level, and it broke.
Today, the price of Bitcoin continued to fall, dropping to 94k. Corporates are continuing to sell profits, and perhaps they'll quickly buy back their shares once they see the desired prices.
I did 100 push-ups today, adding them to my report, and I also worked on my abs a bit.

Bitcoin has endured for long and I guess it's also time to back down. However I won't categorically state that the cycle is over until the year is over. If bitcoin decides to reward a new ATH before year end it can run up in less than a month. But then, we all now see, the strength to sustain above $100k is becoming too hard, how would it happen again? Well, bitcoin volatility is not mine to panic. As long as we keep pushing, it's either it rises back before the year ends or we continue our accumulation. Bear moments are for buyback and maybe that's what we're to focus on right now.

Many of us had hopes of price going up and even though it's now a new thing to see such dips, you'd have to agree with me that it's quite disheartening when Bitcoin breaks the $100k threshold and goes downward but I believe it would go back up. But every business minded individual should know better how trading market works, that prices of good's are mostly affected by two main factors which are demand and supply, hence he should know some factors are responsible for the fall of BTC, like market sentiment.though still hoping that we'll experience a boom before the ending of this year.

Bitcoin going through outrageous levels of price corrections is not a new thing, and there likely are attempts to get as many people to sell as possible and/or to keep the price down as low as possible for as long as possible, yet I doubt that it is going to be successful in keeping the BTC price down, even though sometimes it can be difficult to know where the price might go in the short to medium term.

I think for longer term investors we just keep buying as the price goes down, and if we run out of money to buy, we just hold through it.. and yeah of course, it is not guaranteed to recover.. which is part of the risk of investing in anything, whether bitcoin or any other investment that we might make.  For sure, bitcoin has some very unique attributes, and mere changes in its price (even if severe) does not necessarily undermine the reason why many of us are invested in it in the first place... so sometimes the level of despiritedness can become quite high before the BTC price finally reverses.  Accordingly, frequently it can be difficult to know when the local bottom is in.

It was a nice, calm day, and I'm feeling a bit sluggish lately. I'm giving my mind and body some rest. I only did 100 push-ups today and have added them to my report.
I checked the weather tomorrow, and it looks like it's perfect for a run outside. I'm thinking of running for a change.
A morning coffee followed by a run on an empty stomach is a good Sunday plan for me.
