Got my push-ups in today.  Upper body feeling great.  I have some knee pain after a lot of squats yesterday, but I'm going to hit the bike now and do a few miles to loosen it up.

After yesterday's engagement I think is time to add up different types of exercises, is getting long since I stick to jogging as always, the dumbbell, sit up, plank, squat, all these I have to work on at least for this week... trying to stay positive because some that I haven't been consistent with might fight back through pains but it won't be enough to stop this mission. Need to reduce my workout numbers to balance some of those exercises mentioned.

The instrument in my post is specially made for push-ups, and I will advise you to purchase it if you have the money to purchase it because the instrument will allow you to gain good posture and also allow you to do quality push-ups, but if you don't have money to purchase the instrument at the moment, you shouldn't bother yourself since we can equally do push-ups without any instrument.

I use a board like that for my push-ups daily now.  It was much harder at first, but now it's gotten pretty simple to bang out sets of 25 using the different muscle groups.  I should buy a better one but the Temu special is still holding up.

I took 2 days off.  Slacking I know, but I'm trying to be more balanced these days and not overload myself on days when I have a lot going on.

I believe it was hard for you to use at first because you are just using it newly, but as you are getting used to it, you will really enjoy using it to do push-ups. I bought mine from Jumia, and it's very much okay for me. We have lives outside this forum, so it's always necessary to take some days off from the challenge or from the forum so that we can attend to our real life problems.

This year is already looking so promising and I think there's something about this year that gives self driven and so much goals set. I'm really enjoying the period but has been so much engrossed in activities. Even though I managed engaging in my daily pushups spread through the day and mostly morning and evening hours, making reports have been so tasking. Let's relax and enjoy the year! Goals are set already, Investment plans made. The real drive of every goal is attitude to duties and responsibilities. We can't remain idle and expect things to turn around. Keep pushing!

At the beginning of my challenge I bought this tool but it only lasted 1 month, the rest of the time I did not use this tool again.
Indeed, this tool may have better effectiveness for push-ups especially since there are several variants that I can use with this tool but honestly I'm not too comfortable and it actually makes me enjoy the push-ups I do less.

Since then after approximately 1 month of use in the end this tool only became an addition to the warehouse because I prefer push-up directly on the floor

The tool is quite good for push-ups; I didn't even find any difficulty while using it to do push-ups. There's no problem if you aren't using the tool again because what works for me may not be what will work for you. Instead of keeping the tool in your warehouse without making use of it, why don't you give it to someone that will make good use of it?

It was effective as I noticed before but I didn't really get used to it because it was like my movement was restricted so I didn't use it anymore.
Some of my closest people have also tried this because I did a challenge with some of my closest people but not in this forum but indeed they also seemed not to want to use this tool so I kept it in storage.

But maybe later instead of this being a waste I will also use it another day but not for now because I am still quite comfortable with push ups on the floor.

Finally, today I was able to go to the gym and work out. I jumped rope for 10 minutes and did 100 push-ups.
Then I worked on the boxing bag for 12 minutes. It continued with pushes and pulls, dips, pull-ups, and handstands, but the sets and repetitions were a bit low I didn't want to overexert myself physically.
