Those that see push-ups as punishment during those times are those one that is not use to exercise and seeing those exercise as a means of punishment and it reminds me the very day i did first 20 push-ups as a punishment given to me also by seniors student and i was able to do the 20 push-ups in a straight, and there are many you are yet to archive as you progress consistently with your daily push-ups, and don't forget that your consistent in this push-ups is not only for body fitness but also in pushing so that Bitcoin price can stay above $100k.

I added 210 push-ups today as i don't have the chance to be consistent with my daily push-ups because of the tight schedule I'm into but one thing that is assure is that i will never skip any day that I'm chanced to do push-ups.

Hello everyone. I was at the gym again today and worked out my shoulders, biceps, and triceps. I started with the same routine, 10 minutes of jump rope and 100 push-ups, then began my workout.
For shoulders, I did four exercises, three sets each. For biceps and triceps, I did two exercises each.
After the workout, I went to the sauna because I was still feeling a bit sore, and it helped.

After a great hustle of the day, it wasn't easy as i thought it would be, so stressful and demanding though i was able to complete my task, at the closure of work i decided to go to the gym to shake things Off with some circuits of exercises in order to improve on physical fitness however i engaged in trend mill, dumbbell and my regular series of twenty pushups of five set's.....

Not me. Bitcoin hit my short term target and I’m feeling good today.

I haven’t paid a ton of attention to the merit system. Once it became clear that rising the ranks of trust and merit were things people were willing to team up and lie to obtain, I regret being in a position to be viewed as a hurdle to their success.

Yes considering what is happening around the world and Bitcoin price has make a very  good move by putting effort of climbing up once again and  all investors has seen reason to smile once again and to continue pushing consistently and to see if  Bitcoin price stay above $100k anytime soon.

Don’t put limits on what you can do and don’t make things too simple either. There are other muscles in your body that you should train and other movements your body is capable of and should do semi-regularly too. respectively of this trending challenge it is just to keep the momentum alive about the speculations of bitcoin price possibly hitting a $100k and above.

You have to be careful who you let see you be too happy.  Misery loves company as they say...  There are plenty of people who feel threatened and even offended by the success and happiness of others.

During my first time I did this challenge I did 100 push up at a time I was seriously sick due to that push up because I'm still a newbie I was told not to do it like that I can still do 30 ,40 ,50 which I accepted.
I was seriously ill that's why I was not following up till today
