The first couple of weeks were the hardest. I did a lot of modifying to account for this. And days ago, I started to feel stronger. I noticed improvements not just in my ability to do 80 daily push-ups, which were easier on some days compared to others, but in my ability to do just about anything else. If you want your user name and pushup count to be included in the pushup table, then you need to submit (write) your pushup report in the correct format - including:

1) the beginning of the report should be "100k,"  - that is 100k and a comma... You did not write that correctly and you did not include a comma, which shows that (if you happen to be an actual human rather than a bot) you are not even paying attention or putting much effort into your pushup report.

2) even though the date is optional (meaning that DirtyKeyboard's script will presume the current date (the date on your post) if you had not formatted your date correctly or if you did not include a date), you did not format the month correctly, which should be two digits rather than one digit - meaning that the month should be two characters "01" rather than the single character that you wrote (look at the format of my pushup report, below)

The push-up report format is very easy to read or interpret, so I don't see any reason why some persons taking part in this push-up challenge are finding it hard to report their push-ups correctly because even though they can't read the push-up report format for them to report their push-ups correctly, they can follow other people's push-up reports to report their push-ups correctly.

My lack of consistency lately has been paying dividends. I’m feeling pretty good and breezing through my push-ups again. I’ve even added a new ab workout. Elbow is still a bit stiff, but I’m working through it and back to doing curls again with lighter weights.

I have started doing push-ups again. I exercise regularly but haven't kept a report for a long time. I walk every morning and swim once a week. I need to focus more on increasing the number of push-ups.

These 2026 is another phase of the push-ups challenge which the year must show its different in price of Bitcoin and the number of members that has stop pushing for a while to continue pushing seriously these because togetherness we shall get to a time were Bitcoin price will stay above $100k, you are welcome to the push-ups challenge thread @laijsica and it is good a thing that you still have the mindset of pushing consistently once again, i feel some pains on my body after doing my last push-ups that is why i having gapping days but the love i have in sports, i can never forget the benefits i have gotten from my daily sports activities, i added 210 to my existing number of push-ups.

May his soul RIP, sorry for your loss...I understand how it feels like when the one person that is close to you is no longer with you...let every moment we have with our loved ones always count... You need so much to get you distracted from everything so you won't start having more time in thinking and remembering all you guys had. Stay strong brother.

Today was another success after going out for a jog, tried to complete a 30mins jogging which I thought I would do alone but some friends joined which gave me the motivation to continue, if it was only me I'm sure it won't have completed the time (30'mins) I had in mind.

It is very normal for you to experience pains in your muscles after some period of time of not doing push-ups but with your level of your consistent of your daily push-ups believe me that the pains will come and gone, once you placed your target of increasing your number of push-ups and your work toward it, you will see it come to pass but i want you to understand when you come it to  push-ups exercise, since you have not been doing push-ups for very long time now you should never be in a hurry to increase your number of push-ups at once but as long as you consistent with your routine, you will see yourself increasing your number of push-ups gradually by gradually and to avoid breaking down on the process.
