Just finished my push up challenge we keep pushing, today I did 20 push up I have a little fever and I noticed it even as that I still manage it to do my push up routine before I went for proper treatment nothing can stop me even illness,I have shown that push up has really enter my vain.
Although it's a very good spirit, but when our condition is not too fit I don't think we need to force it because the focus apart from us being in the challenge of course we also want to make our bodies fitter with a good lifestyle in terms of food and exercise, when we have a fever and push too hard (although this is also not prohibited) it could bring up something new especially the risk of dehydration which is definitely there.
So it would be better to wait for us to be more fit so that what we do is also maximized and of course this will also make us more able to improve our own condition instead of making it worse.
But I salute what you are doing.
