Nice new look DirtyKeyboard. You are the man.

Not much excitement from me today. Got my backyard power washed in preparation for having the cement refinished tomorrow with kool decking. Once that is done, I just need to have my pool waterfall resealed and my patio furniture assembled and I will be able to relax until the next thing pops up.

I don't know if it's just me that is seeing how the table is, it looks different from how it has been from the start of this thread, don't know if @DirtyKeyboard is making a change or something but this looks like an old version of the the first one, talking about the table... doesn't look sharp like before.
Was able to beat the knee pains I have been feeling for sometime now and the squat exercise has been my guardian on that but it still doesn't stop me from trying other form of exercises, still on it. Jogging push up has the remaining part of my daily exercises, today look promising.

Seeing myself always among the mates on the floor, do give me the motivation and courage never to Skip my daily push-ups routine to the extend of being among the mates on the bench, never the less, I still stand the chance as a member of this honorable thread to encourage the mates on the bench to still find out time to join us in pushing as they can, because i know that it is not that easy to be consistent here, and that is why anytime i open this thread i do respect those members that are always consistent with their daily routine, I just noticed that Dirtykeyboard decided to beautify the table more and more, i do appreciate your good work here is this thread on a daily basis because it is not equally easy to be updating the table every single day.

Everywhere appears to me as mirage in first look , sorry if I may say I double look as the cleaning of the backyard was so concise and more tactical and good looking @DirtyKeyboard , may be the master planner with greatest initiative keep the push-up unmatched with any thing that seem contrary inorder to bring the best, nice job.

To me the new version of our push-up table is better than the old version because it's smaller and bold than the old version and you don't need to zoom it before you will see everything clearly unlike the old version. If you know very well you can't combine doing push-ups and covering for your work that pays your bill for the time being, you should take a day or two break from this challenge as you said in order for you to be productive at the place of your work and also have enough rest after the closure of your work.

There are many things that sometimes interfere with my concentration in implementing this challenge, especially when my schedule is so busy in the real world that I don't have much time and energy to do it even though I have divided it into many sessions for push-ups. sometimes I do only 50 or less of them so I don't complete the challenge perfectly.
Are there some people who keep reporting their push-up results, after previously being able to achieve 100 pulls every day and then after a few days they can't achieve that again and can't make it to the maximum? I feel sometimes embarrassed to do it, but that's what's bothering me right now.

Progress is never linear: listen to your body, prioritize consistency over volume, and do not feel guilty, as recovery is an essential part of performance.

Since my last leg workout, I've been doing active rest for two days. I've been stretching my legs and hips.
It's been quite painful for the past two days, even though sometimes when I work my legs, the pain isn't this extreme. The weight and repetitions were the same, but I worked more concentrated and controlled this time, which is probably the reason. Anyway, it means I worked well, which is pleasing. Today I stretched my legs and did 100 push-ups, which I'm adding to my report.

Friday was like a normal day of relaxing without being distracted by any work.
I started the morning challenge after which I continued walking on the treadmill. Usually I do it outdoors but since there was a Mexico vs Korea match (although it was quite boring for the match that happened) but it was enough for me to be on the treadmill for almost 2 hours.

It was a little draining because I was on the treadmill for quite a while but since it was just a relaxing schedule today, I didn't feel like it was dangerous.

Thank you, welcome to the machine.  

I hope I've spent less time debugging the machine than just doing the updates manually.
It is a great work you have been doing on a daily basis because it is an easy process of being able to analyze, identify and sperate errors accordingly, I'm pushing consistently as i can because this weather conditions this days in my area is not really friendly and that is why i decided to keep pushing in order keep my body warming and active, i feel like extending my exercise this morning, by swimming in the pool but the weather is too cold to jump inside water, that is why i can't further to accomplish my swimming, perhaps, hopefully i will patient till when the summer comes, then i can be swimming, but i still make use of juggling, and which i was able to cover some kilometers away from my resident, never be the less, i still aim in completing my normal routine in different sets.

I don't know if it's just me that is seeing how the table is, it looks different from how it has been from the start of this thread, don't know if @DirtyKeyboard is making a change or something but this looks like an old version of the the first one, talking about the table... doesn't look sharp like before.
Was able to beat the knee pains I have been feeling for sometime now and the squat exercise has been my guardian on that but it still doesn't stop me from trying other form of exercises, still on it. Jogging push up has the remaining part of my daily exercises, today look promising.

To me the new version of our push-up table is better than the old version because it's smaller and bold than the old version and you don't need to zoom it before you will see everything clearly unlike the old version. If you know very well you can't combine doing push-ups and covering for your work that pays your bill for the time being, you should take a day or two break from this challenge as you said in order for you to be productive at the place of your work and also have enough rest after the closure of your work.

The current one @DirtyKeyboard is using now is the best among the previous one and the one before, not only that you have to zoom or whenever but you can as well glance through member's profile directly from here, is better this way and ones again Kudos to you DiretyKeyboard, continue the good job brother.
Talking about work and working out, I get your point but you know when you have gotten used to something and without doing that in a day is like you have missed out on something bigger, that is why I feel like always doing the workout and my paying job, I made it part of me if not I can't even lie, it won't have to disturb me like it is now talking about the work out, if I haven't been doing this push up exercise I know how the body would have been, slow and always getting ill.

I had a shoulder workout today. My trapezius muscles are burning even now. I focused on handstand practice during the workout. I did various handstand variations. I did 100 push-ups. I also did 12x4 pike push-ups, I'm finishing that with 50. I'm adding 150 push-ups to my report. Have a great weekend everyone.
