100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge

It seems that the odds are pretty high that I will not be able to do pushups for a month or more due to physical issues, so below will be my last pushup report for a while.. and perhaps there could be permanent issues, still to be determined...

This is first time and painful one while trying to carry out my push up I never known that where I am stretching my leg the floor is moisture with little content of water and my sniker shoe slip my leg and waist over stretch, though the pains kick start but not that severe but after finishing my push up and having some rest, I begin to sense pains at my ankle and waist, if not if my proactive nature where I rush to get some medication and also syrup dip relief and nerve and bine it would have become something else, while we Carry out our exercise we should examine our environment to avoid this kind of scenario,it can happen to any one but precautions measure can help in stopping it occurrence.
Three days push up 75 daily to be added in previous record.

I'm getting after it early today.  Was out pulling weeds while the ground is still wet from the storm last night.  Also had some contractors out this morning fixing their cement work that was not the greatest.  Will be great to have that project finally behind me (the project that never ends).  Then I just need to get my grotto sealed again and my to do list will be complete!  I'm getting tired of dealing with them also.  I am contemplating buying some of that made for TV sealant to give it a try myself.

Sometimes when we look at how far we have gone in working out we'd be proud of ourselves for taking this decision, is not easy to always wake up and having it at the back of your mind that today you'd jog, run, do the plank exercise and so on, really is not easy to take that bold step to defeat laziness and procrastination every single morning. I thank everyone who's on this thread and getting the job done.

Weekend is on the way, we should stay safe.

I pray to God that your problems are not permanent, that your physical problems are resolved quickly through tests and medication, and that you return to us very soon. Maybe a big problem may arise in the body unknowingly, but don't let it upset you, when a person is sick, there is definitely a cure for it.

I came back to do push-ups after a day off. I completed all my exercises this morning. Today I completed a total of 100 push-ups and also did my leg exercises, waist exercises and abdominal exercises.

Succeeded in completing today's workout, almost hurt my ankle really bad while jogging and this is a sign that I need a break before I injury my self, still good to understand and to know when the body is calling for a time off the heavy movement. Added another 400 and that should be it for the week, till next week we go again.

Today was push day, and I had a good chest and trips workout.
If I recover a bit more, I want to add muscle-ups back to my push days. I did 150 push-ups, along with bench press, dips, and dumbbell fly
Tomorrow is leg day, by the way; working out my legs twice a week has been better for me.

Very important thing to do when the body needs it, "a leave or a break" from physical activities, a rest. Coming here and seeing the report of one our top notch feels encouraging. Not seeing you one of the top notch here for awhile is just very discouraging. But altogether, the body needs such leave/rest so it can be able to comeback.
