I took 3 days off over the weekend. I felt like I needed it and I also was replacing a tree that died over the summer. Yesterday my back was in rough shape but I’m feeling pretty good today. Raining outside again. Feels like “they” are messing with the weather or something. A lot of rain this season.

This morning I woke up and went for a walk. After finishing my walk, I returned home and started doing push-ups. Today I did a total of 100 push-ups and also did leg, waist and abdominal exercises.

With the current situation at hand i find it very hard to participate in this thread, the heavy rain we are facing have forced so many people to leave their houses because of flood, no one in almost every part of the city I stay can leave their things floating and be working out. My house wasn't that affected and I had to do a little push up at least to clear my mind on what's happening, like distracting myself. Just managed to add 250 to my report for today, hope for the best.

Yeah, butt... maybe Big Diram has to fix his pushup report so that it does not have extra spaces after the commas.  The more current report (shown above) was 9/23/26 - however, Big Diram had placed two spaces after the comma rather than one space, and in the end, the conclusion is the same.  DirtyKeybot seems to have had done its duties, since the last properly formatted was from 6/21 rather than 9/23.

It was absolutely the spaces that I gave that makes things more complicated but after reducing the spaces and not adding space at all the issue was solved and I got to see myself on the table with the absolute report I posted the last time.

Yeah, taking a break is needed and required for there to be continuation when back from the break and that's how consistency can be possible. Taking a break will manage the probable unnecessary psychological and physical pain that the body will be put through when there's obvious signals of need for a break.
Just like @OgNasty did, it is important for everyone to understand their body language to pains and keep to it, doing that means "taking safety first" one the top professional work ethics psychology.

We are all safe, in other neighborhood the situation is crazy, moving things from one place to the other thinking it would be safe and the next thing water start making way to every property you are trying to secure. Tuesday in the books...  Pulled some weeds from all the storms lately.  Found an ant hill out front.  Left some bait for them and watched as they started bringing it into their hill and then started moving them out.  Smart little guys.  So I drowned them in bug spray.  Going to have to keep an eye on that.  The storm must have relocated them.  Desert ant hills can get pretty wild if they go unnoticed.

Bitcoin is headed to £100,000 and that's not speculation. OK, maybe it is, but the 100 Push-Ups A Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K challenge is real and has been echoing throughout the community for a week now, so I thought I would make a thread here for those of us who want to try and hold ourselves accountable.

If 100 a day is too much, maybe try to start with whatever "K" the Bitcoin price is at and work your way up to 100 along with Bitcoin.

Today, I focused on handstands and overhead squats I wanted a workout centered on vertical movements. I also did four 3-minute rounds of heavy bag work.
Afterward, I did 100 push-ups it was a solid workout that lasted about 40 minutes. It would have taken 50–55 minutes if I had included an ab workout, but I was a bit pressed for time.

With the current situation at hand i find it very hard to participate in this thread, the heavy rain we are facing have forced so many people to leave their houses because of flood, no one in almost every part of the city I stay can leave their things floating and be working out. My house wasn't that affected and I had to do a little push up at least to clear my mind on what's happening, like distracting myself. Just managed to add 250 to my report for today, hope for the best.

When i heard the current situation concerning the flood out break, i was just thinking it was a minor rain falling but till i started seeing the level of flood on social media, i really understand your pains because as of the year 2012 when i experienced how flood distory so many buildings, crops and lost of life to people that refuse to pack their properties when others were packing and before you could know it, the level of water became so voluminous that you need swim to escape and people that could not escape die on the process, there was serious hungry in the land after the flood might have gone and as we were thinking that the flood will not come again, i still experience flooding again 2022, i can testify that flooding is not what should happen to anyone because things will get lost and life will lost too.

Sorry for that stress and you even try to still make time to do your daily push-ups exercise.

Yeah, butt... maybe Big Diram has to fix his pushup report so that it does not have extra spaces after the commas.  The more current report (shown above) was 9/23/26 - however, Big Diram had placed two spaces after the comma rather than one space, and in the end, the conclusion is the same.  DirtyKeybot seems to have had done its duties, since the last properly formatted was from 6/21 rather than 9/23.

It was absolutely the spaces that I gave that makes things more complicated but after reducing the spaces and not adding space at all the issue was solved and I got to see myself on the table with the absolute report I posted the last time.
