4 sets today, 2x30 and 2x20. Had to push through (pun intended) because still feeling the training from Tuesday and a pretty long Monday hike.
Next time I really wanna get back to at least 120 in total, I feel that's the threshold that allows me some gains if done in good form.

My challenge has stopped due to some problems and this has made me even more lazy in recent weeks to update my challenge. But today after pressing the lazy feeling to return my challenge back after 1 month more stalled.
Not much change just that when starting after quite a long time not doing the challenge my body again felt stiff but no problem it can still handle well.
Even so, fighting laziness (even though it has been 541 days) is still difficult.
100 push ups and a little weight lifting feels enough after being stopped for 1 month more.

I am not going to proclaim that I enjoy or want to do daily pushups, even though I am going to proclaim that if I were to NOT force myself to prioritize the doing of pushups every single day, then I would likely end up easily falling off the pushups doing wagon and end up not doing pushups and ongoingly procrastinating the doing of pushups. Welcome back the reason out consistency and expected result can't come easily is human challenges differ and human are are to relief themselves facing the pressing need before given attention to those may seem not pressing, exercise is very good and essential as part of health key but one must do at when necessary not when there is no means of carrying out such, mostly when the heart is full trouble of what border or worries you no good results can be achieved, best is settling of those worries and faces your exercise which is the right direction taken. I am not going to proclaim that I enjoy or want to do daily pushups, even though I am going to proclaim that if I were to NOT force myself to prioritize the doing of pushups every single day, then I would likely end up easily falling off the pushups doing wagon and end up not doing pushups and ongoingly procrastinating the doing of pushups. In other words, in order to continue to be able to do daily pushups (without stopping), you have to ongoingly prioritize doing pushups every single day, no matter what, whether you like doing such pushups or not. 100k,JayJuanGee,939,176440,2026-10-09 Honestly, priority makes the difference, because many didn't prioritize doing push ups that's why the reluctancy or laxity, definitely the reason why there are more mates on the bench than mates on the floor. Prioritizing doing push doesn't mean the days of rest or break due to the activity of the day lack priority, those rest days or break are out of necessity. Just like Bitcoin accumulation, an investor who prioritize Bitcoin accumulation will always keep up buying Bitcoin, but when an investor didn't prioritize Bitcoin accumulation, they will definitely be reluctant about buying of Bitcoin. Permit me to add my own theory. I think the biggest relationship between Bitcoin and the push-up challenge is the discipline that exists to do both. The real test of discipline in push-ups is having to do it repeatedly, while for Bitcoin it is consistency to accumulate continuously. Anyone can claim to start doing push-ups, and anyone can claim to be a long-term investor, but it takes an entirely different conviction to keep pushing and to keep holding despite the days that one feels too tired to continue the push up an days where the market is full of uncertainty, fear, and corrections. 100k, Queen Julie,7,500,2026-10-10 |

Thanks for coming back to this push-up challenge. There was a time when this challenge was very crowded, but now you don't see those people anymore. However, I would urge those who were in this challenge to come back and make it as crowded and fun as before. I took a day off and after the vacation, today I did push-ups again. Today I woke up and went for a walk. I walked for about 40 minutes and after finishing the walk, I returned home. After returning home, I completed the push-ups. My challenge has stopped due to some problems and this has made me even more lazy in recent weeks to update my challenge. But today after pressing the lazy feeling to return my challenge back after 1 month more stalled.
Not much change just that when starting after quite a long time not doing the challenge my body again felt stiff but no problem it can still handle well.
Even so, fighting laziness (even though it has been 541 days) is still difficult.
100 push ups and a little weight lifting feels enough after being stopped for 1 month more.
I am not going to proclaim that I enjoy or want to do daily pushups, even though I am going to proclaim that if I were to NOT force myself to prioritize the doing of pushups every single day, then I would likely end up easily falling off the pushups doing wagon and end up not doing pushups and ongoingly procrastinating the doing of pushups. In other words, in order to continue to be able to do daily pushups (without stopping), you have to ongoingly prioritize doing pushups every single day, no matter what, whether you like doing such pushups or not. Initially I maximize this but when there is something that makes us stop for a few days it makes a new habit when we start to feel lazy again and in the last month I felt. But now I started trying to force myself to be more active because after being in the daily challenge routine for quite a long time and stopped immediately without doing anything in the last 1 month the muscle growth and body changes that I had built in the last 1 year seemed to evaporate so that compared to my previous posture (when I didn't start the challenge) then I would continue to force myself to keep my body in order to remain ideal (my version). 100k, Ryu_Ar1, 544.62500, 2026-10-11 |

Sundays like other weekends for me is always for fitness and yes I can say that I finally got my discipline back. I had a time I have spent all days of the week procrastinating and never doing any pushups sometimes due to work and other times due to laziness as staying long without working out will always inflict you with that level of laziness. Since I found a new way of being consistent, it has been helping out to keep me pushup-ready. This week was different as I had the entire days of the week hitting the floor, yes I regained that strength for the week and possibly because I realised that since my 675 days of joining this challenge, I had spent about 182 days giving flimsy excuses as to why I will not engage in pushups. So I did 120 pushups daily for the 6 days of the week, in the order 50,40 and 30 pushups daily sometimes a little more. Today's work out came with other exercises which started with jogging through about 5 kilometres and back to the field where I engaged in 100 pushups because I was almost exhausted then a little sit-ups. 100,Tonimez,491,61100,2026-10-11Now time for rest and fun. There's no better explanation of discipline in this challenge than knowing that you have spent 939 days doing pushups out of about 982 days since you took the decision around the second of February prior to the February 6th initiation of this thread by OgNasty. |

Yep. Bitcoin accumulation has a lot of relationship to pushup accumulation - event though when we do the pushups it is like "water under the bridge." Bitcoin has the difficulty of both accumulation, and also the hanging onto the bitcoin that had already been accumulated. For sure, we can think about bitcoin accumulation and pushup accumulation as a kind of investment that does not get sold once they have been accumulated, even though the self-imposed standard of bitcoin accumulation (that does not permit sales) remains a matter of both preference and will power, which may well be part of the explanation that some tensions continue to exist between bitcoin investors and those who trade bitcoin.

Permit me to add my own theory. I think the biggest relationship between Bitcoin and the push-up challenge is the discipline that exists to do both. The real test of discipline in push-ups is having to do it repeatedly, while for Bitcoin it is consistency to accumulate continuously. From my perspective, HODL by itself tends to be an overly whimpy perspective in regards to building and managing bitcoin holdings, yet at the same time, whimpiness, versus aggressiveness, versus some level in between are matters of choice.. and our choices tend to have consequences that we might not realize the impact for 4-10 years or more down the road when we come to reflect on the level of our aggressiveness and likely many guys come to realize that they had been way too whimpy in their bitcoin accumulation approach. Exactly, to emphasize HODLING is like an incomplete help to a newbie particularly since it doesn't carry with it the same mental atmosphere when continuous ACCUMULATION is the emphasis. In continuing Bitcoin accumulation, the investor is by all implications hodling but when it is all just hold Bitcoin, the drive to keep buying Bitcoin will ordinarily begin to be silent talk more of being aggressive.
