100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge

I had a leg workout today, and I’m already feeling exhausted but I have to admit, it was a good session.
I added front squats I could feel the movement so deeply it really engaged every single muscle. It’s such a unique exercise. My workout also included movements like hip thrusts, leg curls, and deadlifts. I even started the session with some push-ups.

Also missed a few days, still not back to 100% health and also focused on other parts of my training. Still I wish I had the extra energy to just knock out 100+ pushups every other day.
Sleep also plays a big role for me. Less than 7 hours and everything takes another added 25% effort.

Or are you suffering from any other illness, in any case, whether you fall ill like this, get well first and then involve yourself in various activities. Today I completed a total of 100 push-ups and also did leg exercises, waist exercises and abdominal exercises.

What can we say, that's life for you. I have a friend who'd always tell me that the greatest mistake or error he'd ever try to make is getting stuck in a particular knowledge, rather he'd like to keep evolving with the times. So no rest, big man! Keep adjusting!

My biggest if I'm to be gone from this life. I want to see technology keep evolving. I can never have enough of a good thing.
Sad thing, we don't live forever, but that will be my first wish if I had one "to live forever:"

I hear that a lot actually...  I have some older friends that love to talk to me about all the new technology that is coming out.  One thing they often tell me is how they wish they could be around to see it all.  I hear stories about their parents saying the same thing about witnessing the first automobile and wishing they could see the first flying car...  Personally, I'm not really sure what technological advancement I really want to see, but I do hope I'm around to see humanity become a multi-planetary species.  It would give me a little peace in knowing that mankind has significantly better odds of survival.  I'd love it if our species survived long enough to have to worry about the heat death of the universe.

Today is full of bliss, in the course of my walk out I melt an old friend whose strong relationship was established backed then in school , he ask the secret of my body fitness, there is no other answer than walk out and push up, looking at his stomach size it seems he desires to engage in push up to reduce the weight because I was jokingly asking him if he got pregnant on behalf of his wife the size of the stomach look laugh despite the fact that he said he take less alcoholic such as beer that is too common for men over here in my residence.

Very glad for you on the admirations of your friend who went on to ask of the secrets to your healthy body and you friendly gave it to him without holding back anything. I don't see the essence of forcing yourself in doing pushups when you know that you feeling sick, it is totally wrong of harboring any symptoms that you noticed in your body system because if you should ask me, i will tell you that a rich man or a man that values his life that much, will surely go for medical check up if he doesn't understand how he is feeling any more, to avoid the circulation of the sickness in the body system, so if you notice that you are sick or you are feeling sick, please do well to visit your doctor, if not in a regular basis at least let be once every month end, and when you think you are absolutely feeling alright, then you can back to continue doing pushups, because i pray that, as this year is drawing near that is how we all will remain in health to keep pushing until the Bitcoin hit $100k

Man is mortal, he will die today or tomorrow. We are living in this world now, we are getting entangled in the illusion of this world, we will also leave this world one day. It is really sad to think that we have to leave the illusion of this world. No one wants to leave this world, everyone wants to stay in this world, in the illusion of this world.
