Greetings I have been on the push two years back but precisely may 2024 but account account my details any more because I wasn't consistent any more due to challenges which restricted me on certain pursuit of life activities but right now I have some time to give attention to push up, I believe its best to start new record please starting new record is it possible or dirty keyboard can come up with my old records please I need clarification on this regards so I will continue to drop my daily update on my push up.
If you participated in this push up challenge two years ago and if you have made a report there and your name is included in the list then you can start from that position. I don't think you should start from a new report i.e. from the first day of the report but if your name is not in the list then you can start the report from the beginning.It would not be the right thing to do to back report pushups, whether they were done or not. Hopefully, DirtyKeybot is sufficiently programmed not to count that kind of back dating of pushups, if guys were to report their pushups in that way.. and hopefully, you @Powerjumboo, are not engaging in such backdating of your pushups .. since such reporting of pushups with back dating would likely undermine the morale of the guys who have been participating in this thread, doing their pushups and who are (and have been) regularly reporting their pushups in accurate ways..., and I am not even conceding that all of the guys participating in this thread are reporting their pushups in accurate and/or fair ways. |

Weekends especially Sundays are almost globally freer for folks who get so busy all week and I somewhat love the time it opportunity it gives to engage in the activities that eases stress and allows life to be enjoyed. Today started with a solo jogging under a drizzling and highly humid atmosphere. The weather created an inset target for the joggers, jogging until you get as warm as possible to beat the cold that comes with the weather. I guess I almost lost count of the distance covered but being a regular routine jog, I can still maintain it was up to 5 kilometres or more. Got involved in some physical activities but focused on getting my pushups done since I was already weary and the muscles quake. I did 130 pushups at the end in a 40,40, 30 and 20 sets, got exhausted and done for the day. 100k,Tonimez,498,61950,2026-10-18Yes the week was good because again, I got my pushups done all day averaging in the 120 pushups daily. I got some compliments too and it reminded me of those days when I used to engage in my pushups everyday before I reluctantly started doing weekends alone. This is the second week I was keeping it on a daily numbers and I got some compliments like, "wow, you've started going to the gym?", "Nice shape". This is the difference between sparsely engaging in pushups and consistently engaging in pushups. [Edited out]
I am not even conceding that all of the guys participating in this thread are reporting their pushups in accurate and/or fair ways. People are different, for sure, everyone has the right to do what they want, they can choose to be true to their reports or not. But at the end, the appearance and the physiological impact can not be played otherwise. |

@jayjunDee I will commend your efforts to respond swiftly, it's my honest desire to do the right thing by seek such clarification, push up from time have stated here as self monitoring exercise influencing figure or lying to accumulate number of push will aid no results to any with such intentions but ended the personality in not achieving the required body shape or health fitness that can be coming from such exercise, today Sunday Mark my beginning of new record as it's required and for dirty keyboard to be able to capture properly.

I'm in full support of what you guys has said about Powerjumboo situation because it will not be right doing back report and beside if you watch vividly on the floor bench on the bench mates i don't think he can find his name in any of the tables, so for that reason i humbly suggest that you should start a fresh push-ups, because been absent ove two years is something that requires of starting allover than back dating your number of pushups to start with it. It would not be the right thing to do to back report pushups, whether they were done or not.
Hopefully, DirtyKeybot is sufficiently programmed not to count that kind of back dating of pushups, if guys were to report their pushups in that way.. and hopefully, you @Powerjumboo, are not engaging in such backdating of your pushups .. since such reporting of pushups with back dating would likely undermine the morale of the guys who have been participating in this thread, doing their pushups and who are (and have been) regularly reporting their pushups in accurate ways..., and I am not even conceding that all of the guys participating in this thread are reporting their pushups in accurate and/or fair ways.

This thread is created so that we remain regular in exercise that will help in improving our health. This is not a competition where winner will get some reward, all those who are regularly doing push ups and reporting here are winners. No winner will be declared here because there is no prize here. I woke up today and went out for a walk. I walked for over 40 minutes today. After finishing the walk, I returned home and completed push-ups. Today I completed a total of 100 push-ups and also I did my waist exercise, leg exercise and abdominal exercise.
