Push-ups exercise is something that requires gradually process and consistency, never be in a hurry of forcing yourself against your capacity, i so much cherish with the ways you are handling your early stages of doing pushups and the secrety behind not breaking down while doing push-ups is to do your push-ups exercise in different sets, and once you are use to this method, you will see that doing Push-ups exercise will surely become so easy to ascertain on a daily basis and since i took a day off, i decided to do my daily push-ups this evening and with some gim exercises.

I would say the top 5 opportunities are all around AI at the moment.  Energy production and transmission is going to be utilized a great deal by AI.  Chip manufacturing is laughably behind the production curve and needs a ton of growth to keep up with AI.  Battery production is going to be another needed piece of energy infrastructure.  Space delivery will also be huge because of the largest opportunity available today...  That opportunity, orbital data centers.  Easily the most hands down no-brainer easy investment since Bitcoin.  Also, honorable mention to driverless vehicles.

What do all of these companies have in common?  They are all being heavily invested in and dominated by Tesla and SpaceX.  What makes this investment opportunity even better, half the country has been brainwashed to believe that these companies are run by a bad man because he doesn't spend money on television advertising, causing media companies spend insane amounts of airtime bashing him.

It is the perfect storm for a generational investment opportunity.  You already know this though, or you wouldn't have specified no Elon-IPO please.  Yes, it is so obvious what the answer to your question was that you even knew it yourself already...

Anthropic for AI.

Google for orbital datacenters.

None of these companies will likely outcompete Tesla or SpaceX in any area, but they will at least get a taste of the action.

Exercise gives our body a lot of health and people get sick very less. Those who exercise regularly are seen to get sick very less. You have been doing unique exercises including regular push-ups for a week, due to which you are feeling very healthy, hopefully if you exercise regularly, you will feel more healthy.

OgNasty lies about his pushup days.  For about the last year, perhaps longer, he has been counting every single day of the year as a "pushups' day" whether he did pushups or not... so yeah, he has been fucking over the rest of the members participating in this thread by following a definition of "days" that differs from every other guy participating in this thread... so yeah, since OgNasty seems to get thrills out of screwing other guys (ie undermining our group pushup numbers and misrepresenting his own), unless he corrects his pushups and pushup days calculations, there seems to be no reason to applaud the ways that he has been participating and/or counting his pushups within his pushup reports.

Case in point below is that the little weasel (aka OgNasty) did not even respond to your (@Kryptowerk) questions about his pushups and/or pushup days...
