I firmly believe, poor people will have great hopes of winning money to strengthen their finances... but today's gambling industry is not easy to navigate. They may be able to bet with small money, but they will have a big risk of doing something out of control, such as revenge, playing intensely to take back losses, being greedy and so on.

It is not possible to live on false hope, how will you get the money to feed your family. When a poor person spends his money on gambling he is very optimistic that he will win but when he loses he is mentally broken. It is not possible for the poor to take so much risk.
