The way it started, I thought you'd be spending that $50 for sure. But Messi and the boys are absolutely crazy in the best football sense. I didn't expect it either, but they were the better team and fully deserved to go through. My advice is to put your bet on Argentina now, even if you don't have a free bet Wink

I agree guys Smiley @examplens you must have felt pretty confident about that bet and it looked so safe what England was doing up until they had their goal and didn't play football anymore. I think it is quite rare to see a team stop playing like that. I am sure you know what's coming for you when Argentina played handball around England's box... Good luck with the next one!
Everything went as I expected.
What I did not expect was such a timid game from the English after the goal. I expected smarter tactics from Tuchel. Maybe I hoped that the referees would not tolerate dirty play, but unfortunately, at some moments, it seemed that they lost control of the game. Regardless, the Argentinian players showed much more desire to win, and they deserved to be in the final.

Tuchel beat himself by leaving out the very players who could have made the difference at this tournament. Foden, Palmer, and even Maguire were exactly the kind of players this England team needed. Unfortunately, no one is singing "it's coming home" anymore. I have a feeling they'll have to wait quite a bit longer to win the world cup. They always seem to be just one step away so close, yet so far.

When those long balls in front of the goal started, the first thing I thought was that Maguire would be ideal there.
I remember their much stronger team, Scholes, Gerrard, Lampard, Rooney... Then they had to win something. But obviously, they always have a wrong schematic approach, against which a smart coach can play without problems.
While a team like Argentina is the opposite, which makes a mess everywhere, and you don't have the right solution for them.
The same thing is in the Premier League, when a Latino player comes, he completely disrupts the system and brings their energy

In the games I’ve seen, the team just didn’t seem to be playing well together. Even stars like Bellingham or Kane aren’t much help if the players just aren’t on the same page 100%.

It’s different with Argentina, for example. Their entire build-up revolves around Messi; it seems like every single player knows exactly how to play the ball toward him.

I’m really looking forward to tomorrow’s final—Spain is in a whole different league compared to England.

They have many star players who are truly at world class level but as a team, they are not united with each other as in interviews recent years, Rio Ferdinand said that high competitiveness among Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea during those years actually affected their national team. That's true but not enough because it's the same with Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid competition in La Liga but Spain performed more impressively, won World Cup and Euro.

England need to win a big title to change their mentality and no longer feel fearful in big matches from semi final to final. They did not win such big titles in decades that make their player mentality is very weak.
