I I guess it's a technical problem and good that the team has rectified it. Our weekly campaign payment doesn't have any wagering requirements attached but when I saw your complain I thought there has been changes by the casino to place a wagering requirements on it. If that happens a lot of people will end up losing their payment in the process which I don't think is ideal. I don't think the team has made such a decision or will make one in the future. This is just a guess that may not be realised, but I will consider this issue as a temporary technical problem.
