If it is not you who made the withdrawal request, it's possible that someone else have an access to your account. You should made immediate action and start changing your password and make sure to secure your funds if ever you have remainimg balance. When was that previous withdrawal you made that went through successfully? Was it on the same date as that message? or based on your transaction history, it's a different request? Because if it's not then dabspoorversion is right that there's someone who probably requested it on your account. Otherwise, it's just a late notification if that's the requested transaction you've made but that's quite odd if that was the transaction that you requested before. Message support and ask if there's something wrong with your account

I just logged into my account to check the notification, and I don’t have anything like that. It’s possible that someone else has access to your account besides you. You're right maybe someone got access to his email. I don't think he got any notification about email reset or maybe he probably missed it. We should just be careful and try to secure our accounts with extra security to prevent unauthorized access to our accounts.

It's a good decision to look into it. Have you talked to bitz support about this email? Perhaps you can also ask if they can pull your IP logins around that time, and see if you don't recognize anything.

I would definitely errr on the side of caution just in case, and change my password and 2FA. I am assuming you did not reuse the said password in other places.

Are you 100% sure your login deets are correct? if you're not sure, you can try to reset your password.

This was exactly what happened yesterday, I was also thinking maybe they have hacked the casino site, because I couldn't even get access to my account again, I was wondering maybe it was only me not until I decided to use different browsers to access it and see, and everything was okay. I put my logins and it working fine now.

So if you are still facing the issues to access the Bitz casino site, you can use different browsers or if possible use VPN to login into the app, though I don't know if they would allow accessing it through VPN. But try those methods and see.

It seems unbelievable to me, please do not misunderstand me. Because bitz only supports in the case of a single account, in the case of using multiple devices or VPN. If a person manages two or more accounts, then their account may be blocked. And if at any time the account is logged in on another device. And after a while coming out of the casino page, it will automatically log out.

This feature of Bitz may seem annoying to many, but it is quite effective. I think, @Itz-prisigold the problem was something else, which was later fixed.

I think it would be a good idea to put an additional security measure, particularly when it comes to money in an account. 2FA would make us much safer as even if someone manages to obtain the password, they would still need to take the second verification to access. But I also believe that the probability of having a logged in session shouldn't be excluded either. If the account had been previously logged into from another device and the session not been killed, someone with access to the other device could log into the account without having to re-enter the password. That may be the reason it was accessed even when they didn't have the email. The team did notice something was amiss, and they were able to block the account before it gets any worse. Hopefully they can offer more robust security features at some point, as people shouldn't be obliged to provide their email and password as the only safety measure for safeguarding their money.
