Virat deserves place in team, just because of his SR, you can't exclude him. His presence and experience is of tremendous help to the team. He can play anchor inning while other batters coming on crease keep the scoreboard going.

Regarding who should get in as wk, There are so many WK options yet I do not feel safe with even one of them.

Yeah, technically they have already qualified for the playoffs. Sanju Samson was incredible yesterday and not to forget Jurel was their to support him. I think the impact player rule should be removed and the curators should start working on good pitches. It is becoming monotonous now with the ease these batters are going after the bowlers.

Which other teams do you think will be able to qualify for the play offs. I feel KKR has a good chance to qualify with thier top order batters playing very good as of now. The bowling and fielding is a concern but they can work with that to improve it.

As expected Sai Sudarshan has been consistent this year with his batting, I never expected Shahrukh Khan to bat so well. I am assuming he might be another all-rounder in the making, again the age that these guys are in does not look like they will be playing much longer. RCB batsman Jakes scored 100 runs off 41 balls.  The batsman showed great interest in the match and added runs with effort and struggle.  Apart from him, Virat Kohli scored 70 runs off 44 balls and he also worked hard in the match.  GT batsmen set a target of 200 in 20 overs which was very good.  But the RCB batsmen set a target of 206 in 16 overs and won the match.  Had Virat Kohli and Jacks not worked so hard and struggled, they could have won this match very easily.GT bowlers need to work hard and struggle so that they can perform well in the next matches.RCB batsmen and bowlers also showed good performance in the match.

It is now evident that the pitch curators are making it easier for the batsmen to score big runs by ensuring perfect timing of the ball, resulting in frequent boundaries. However, Kohli seemed to be more focused on holding his orange cap as the top run-scorer rather than contributing towards the team's victory. It was disappointing to see him play a mediocre innings and only aim for another half-century to add to his records.

Sunrisers Hyderabad won the toss and decided to fold and we already know whether Sunrisers made the right decision for today's match. Analyzing the past matches, it can be seen that Sunrisers Hyderabad have scored more than 250 runs in most of their matches. But in today's match, if Chennai Super Kings cannot give Sunrisers Hyderabad a target of more than 200 runs, the chances of winning the match will be very low. I also feel that these four should easily go into the playoffs but I think SRH's weak point is chasing runs. They again got defeated by CSK under pressure to get 200-odd runs. The problem with their batters is that they bat well when they want to create a target for the opponent team but they lack the ability to chase. Flat pitches have made it easy for batters to bat this year. CSK vs SRH again was a batting paradise for the team that won the toss.

They dominate when they bat first, they collapse when chasing the target. Still they won the toss and choose to bowl first thinking they will easily chase the target set by CSK. The nightmare started when the CSK captain, Rituraj started to time the ball but unfortunately sucummed at 98 runs. He might have gotten overwhelmed with his timing and over confident with his abilities. The good news is that out of all the Indian batting prospects Shivam Dubey is still hitting the ball with full power and getting sixes. SRH can still make it into the playoffs if they don't make such mistakes in their next game.

Today LSG takes on MI and this match is very crucial for them as if they lose they might not qualify for the playoffs. MI if they win won't  help them as they are at the bottom of the points table. But, they can spoil the ranking on the points table and that will make it easy for SRH.

Luckily for CSK, their bowlers, especially Jadeja manage to keep things tight with the wet ball. This is a tough thing to do and you need a ton of practice and there is no guarantee that it'll come off on any given day.
