I don't think there's a fixed figure or a template to follow on this. It is just like asking how much of your income should you use to buy bitcoin. Gamble with what you can afford to lose. What do I mean by what you can afford to lose. Gambling with the amount you will not keep remembering if you eventually lose.

I have seen people talking about 5%. Maybe you have to use 5% as the benchmark or the max cap of what you can use to gamble. These stats can change if you do not actually win. The more you lose, the more you keep reducing the amount you use to gamble until you do not gamble again.

You are actually correct about that. Being a family man requires a whole lot of responsibility and we should be cautious of how we spend our bankroll. Before someone would set aside a certain amount for gambling we should try as much as possible to settle the important things at hand before we gambling, just as you have stated above, by settling for rent, food, school fees and other important expenses. and Morover investing some amount in bitcoin which is more important before gambling the little amount you may have set aside. It would be wise to decide our gambling spending based on how much money we are making each month or week as well as how much money we have left over from all our expenses each month or week. If our expenses are more than our income then there will be no money left for gambling but if with our monthly salary we can save some money to meet the needs of the family then we can definitely plan to gamble with that money. First of all make a monthly routine and for making monthly routine some amount more than the amount needed every month should be assumed for family management then if there is remaining money then gambling can be planned with that money.

That's right, we should fulfill our basic needs first, especially if we are the head of the family, of course we must prioritize our family. Don't think about making money by gambling when your finances are unstable because that will only make things worse. after all we have to survive and with what you say that paying bills, rent, food, etc. is a requirement for survival.
