You cannot compare the squad dept of Manchester City and Arsenal. Manchester City started building since 2016 when pep Guardiola was appointed manager, it took them some years before they started competing at all fronts and making the progress you are seeing them record. In both games the guests have an advantage, so the hosts need to score goals... I think that in both games both teams will score... I made a multi bet with good odds of 2.7... In the first legs these clubs scored a lot of goals... I hope that history will repeat itself today...

Well now there are some matches going on for the champions league qualifiers having just realized now I can't make more doing analysis considering the match took place a few hours ago, besides not knowing this club from where if I bet with a random pick it's rather unlikely unless doing a little analysis to find out.
