Turkish Super League 2024/25 Season

I have followed that league for several years and if you are not careful with them, you will run into problems because  it is not every season that some teams focus on attacking football. For instance, Besiktas was more defensive last season  which made them score less goal last season and they also conceded fewer goals than usual. I can still remember how many times they spoilt my ticked because they failed to score the desired number of goals. So you have to check the teams that are in form to know which to select to avoid mistakes. The teams I mentioned are in my watch list and I will have to monitor them a couple of times to build the confidence to play them.

Depends on the team and depends on the season for sure. I do not really bet on the scores, but I do bet on goal difference fairly often, teams like Galatasaray and Fenerbahce do not get good odds just for their win, but if you do 1.5 over difference, or even 2.5 then you could get a fairly good odds that you can bet on.

You don't get that type of result every week, and this is early part of the season so the teams are not really that ready for big games, but after a while teams do get better and they end up starting to beat their opponents by a large margin. This is why I start with betting on the big three to just win, and thankfully that will make me good enough, and then eventually I start to put 1.5 goal difference wins on all three, which will be huge and rarer to win but will still be possible. This is why I try to do my best and eventually I do end up with a good result, like most people who expect the same thing because these teams are much better.

This season could be a nightmare year for them. On the other hand, Galatasaray didn't start the season well either. They lost to Beşiktaş in the Super Cup. They were eliminated from the Champions League. They might not be champions this season. But their squad quality is still the same. In addition to quality players like Icardi, Torreira, Mertens, Kerem, they have brought in quality players like Jelert and Sara. I think they will win this match.

Fenerbahce definitely did not have an "easy" game, while the game looks like a big difference thanks to 3-0, the goal came in very difficult and after the first goal it was a totally different game. That's the type of football we can wait from Fenerbahce this season, the first goal always looks a little bit hard, but after they score once, the other team realizes they are about to lose so they end up attacking and suddenly that's when Fenerbahce becomes wildly better, as long as they find that one goal, rest is super easy for them.

Dzeko also looks like he is having one of his best seasons so far, at this age, when Fenerbahce spent 20 million to get another striker, I do not know what they plan on doing at this point, if they bench Dzeko when he is on this much form that would be a mistake, if they bench En Neysri then why did they spent 20 million on him that doesn't make sense neither.

I feel like two strikers is the way to go for them at this point, both are tall strong players too, so they can keep the ball at offense and could pass and even can head the ball very well, considering they have very fast wings as well, there is a potential that we can see them have easier time on those first goals in the near future.

I was very surprised by the easy way Fenerbahce won the game, their attack was very effective in this game, normally Mourinho has chosen to prioritize defense over attack, but from what I'm seeing he is now changing his style of play to a more offensive style. But the league has other strong opponents like Galatasaray and Besikitas, with the extra games compared to Galatasaray and Besikitas, Fenerbahce has to pray that these two teams lose in the next games, but this will not be so easy because while Fenerbahce scores 3 goals, Galatasaray wins and scores 5 goals.



Besikitas also has an easier game, and a game against an opponent that Besikitas can win. So if they win they will be close to Fenerbahce in the table and still have the advantage that Besikitas would only have played 3 games counting today's game while Fenerbahce has already played 4 games. I think that this season we could see a scenario of 3 teams competing for the title different from the last 2 seasons when it was just Galatasaray and Fenerbahce.

They played good football in a simple league match, that's true. But what they did in Europe was a disgrace. It's incomprehensible that they were eliminated against such a weak team. The players have high potential, they're not a bad team, but they definitely can't meet expectations.
I keep thinking "when will they make a mistake and concede a ridiculous goal?" while watching every match. I don't think they'll be champions in the league like this

Mourinho knows him well from the Italian league. Amrabat is a name that can act as a Dynamo in the midfield. His brother previously played for Galatasaray. He could also have had a successful career. Last season, the league race was only between Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe. Beşiktaş were not included in this rivalry last season, but this season they are also included in this rivalry. Therefore, both Galatasaray and Fenerbahce will have a tougher job this season. Beşiktaş, Galatasaray and Fenerbahce have scored very comfortably in their last games in the league. But I have to remember that the team with the most points will win the league, not the one that scores the most goals. Galatasaray, who have won the most matches in the last two seasons in a row, are more experienced than their rivals in this regard. I think that if they can maintain their consistency this season, they can set a new record and finish the year as champions again.
