How it everyone feeling during this altcoin crash?

My altcoin portfolio was +83% on the 9th June but is now +51% just 9 days later.

It seems like you are very lucky, but instead of trying to catch 83% again, think of something new. Shitcoin is dangerous in the long run.

I am buying some dips but mainly just holding during these times and hoping we recover in the coming weeks.

If your idea is good but you can't find the right coin, no one can tell you exactly how many weeks or months it will take, especially in the case of shitcoin. Because its history is contrary to your idea or plan.

When will this crash stop? and how is everyone feeling?

It’s hard to say for sure, but at this point, it’s better not to waste your time on any shitcoin instead of Bitcoin.

I have it in my mind we still have a few more months till alt season so I am just holding on for now.

Usually, when Bitcoin's bull run starts, the altmarket starts with a green signal and as long as this pump continues, the altcoin market is suitable for trading. That is, the altmarket follows the movement of Bitcoin, so considering that, you may have to wait until the new ATH. However, altcoins are dangerous for long-term holding.

Yep, while most alts on the market follow the trend set by BTC, in the long run, almost all of them are unprofitable. The only exceptions are perhaps those investors who bought alts right before their launch. In my opinion, many alts are too susceptible to manipulation by major players, which is why interest in them tends to be short-term or medium-term rather than long-term.

Yesterday felt like the first day this year where we had a meaningful green day, not sure what caused it or how long it will last but was good to see.   Reminder of how things can go when the bull market returns.

Be interesting to see how high Bitcoin goes before it pulls back and i am keeping an eye on ETH which pumped 20% yesterday which is a good sign for altcoins.

Majority of the coins and tokens are pumping now in altcoins, all because of the incidence of Bitcoin massive pump, this shows that many other coins perform similarly along with bitcoin performance, while some few others are not making move to bullish trend as it is happening already, but there is still more to anticipate for, as we are getting more closer to the altcoin season to see those that will rise and make all time high.

With the recent rise in BTC, many alts have indeed picked up steam, but it looks like people believed in altseason too soon. As you may have noticed over the past few days, the fear and greed index has skyrocketed; I’d even say very sharply. In fact, this index is already at 76, and today the market experienced exactly what happens at such moments when people get too greedy. There was yet another round of manipulation by major players, which triggered a cascade of liquidations of both long and short positions across many alts.

This was indeed a healthy sign. Makes me think that it could be rather safe to start buying something and not waiting anymore, even if this wouldn't continue, worst is probably happened already and so many people seem to be sure that it's rising at the end of the year that it could be factored in already. And those people don't want to be left out when it starts to pump.

I am pleasantly surprised that eth was affected as well.

Top 100 coins made significant increase in price along side with bitcoin, we can say thay this is the first time after a long period that most cryptocurrency in the market have such higher demand that push their price up to the extent that most coins pumped to near the 4 month's highs, we cant say that bull season or alts season have begun but we are heading towards that if the current price surge continues to increase in the next open lf market weeks from Monday, some altcoins speculators are saying that this could be a bear trap and holder pf most coins should consider taking profit from this current price.

According to the current movement of the cryptocurrency market, it is not certain that the market will start to bullish from this position. The continuous growth of a few days is certainly inspiring investors to think positively about the market. For some, it is a trap, while others think that a bullish trend has begun. I will not trust altcoins right now. But those who have long-term plans for altcoins can definitely deposit small coins regularly. Especially those coins that can survive in the market in the long term. Those who have the possibility of getting new all time high in the bullish movement. In the last few years, despite the new all time high of Bitcoin, there was no significant growth in altcoins. Therefore, there is no guarantee when we will see a bullish movement of altcoins, but since altcoins did not rise much for a few years, so the next movement could be a special for altcoins. Long term holders will get the good advantage.
