I am betting for France in the past matches that they have. But in the match for the gold medal, I agree that they're not better than Team USA.
Team Serbia is much better than Team France IMHO but Team USA is just too good when they've made a come back.

I would agree that team Serbia is better than team France, but you have to understand that France has the homecourt advantage that why they are the giant killer in this tournament. The have knockout two of the favorites, in Canada and then Germany.

And in the other game, USA flexing their muscle against Serbia. Crowd seems to be pro Serbian as obviously there are a lot of team cheering in the crowd and very happy as they took a good lead. But then again, USA with Lebron as they pulls off furious comeback and beat the Serbian in a very tense game.

Great, there are several games that they are the underdog and won by a huge margin, so just betting on the ML, for sure you will get a great returns. My underdog though is Australia and they almost pull one of the biggest upsets against Serbia in the quarterfinals.

Team USA, Curry's 36 points could be the highlights of the them winnings against the very game Serbia. The US outscored Serbia 32-15 over the last 10 minutes, and Curry was the anchor as others are struggling but Steph keeps them on the game with his outside threes. The are now going for the gold vs France, I'm not sure if France still has that one game in them to beat team USA.

If Serbia can cover the spread, then how much more can France, especially as the host team? If they get a little favor in terms of calls, that could be significant, and we should consider backing them. Team USA is extremely good, but if the officiating crew works some magic, their dominance could be reduced.

This one is like a championship game for me. I like your pick though as Serbia have proven themselves against a strong team USA, so they should have a higher chance of winning here.

To be honest, Germany can demolished France easily if the call from the refs is not that too one-sided. A lot of loose ball call without foul against Germany while stealing ball to France with minimal contact will always resulted to foul.

France is just lucky with crowd and referee advantage on yesterday match.

Yeah right, but the advantage of USA bench players that still a star player makes the last quarter always favorable to them since USA player is not that tired due to the proper rotation of each players in contrary with Serbia.

We are going to a final between USA and France once again.    But the winner of this rematch would most probably be USA. It was still great to see Serbia making serious difficulties for USA of course.    That last quarter was really exciting to watch. I wish Serbia were able to kept their advantage to the end.

France - Germany was a really close one. If Germany were able to continue strong after the 1st quarter then they would probably win.

Even though I am German I wouldn't bet 1 dime on the German team in this one.
I think Serbia will take revanche for last year's finals loss and get the bronze medal. We have no response for Jokic and if we see yet another off game from Schröder/F.Wagner we don't have any chance anyway.

I agree they are going to pack the pain and take theor chances on US having an off night.  I expect Kevin Durant to play big in this one along with Booker.  Booker will get the looks steph won't and KD will have an outside size advantage and can drill open shots.  If France wants to play on the outside and cover that than they will just bang the paint.  I'm taking KD over in points here.

It's clearly not worth it to go for any of the USA team amd it would be even more painful if France does enough to win because first you get ultra low odds and then you get to lose on those teeny odds too. I would likely consider a points handicap or U/O points market instead.

I have seen only so much Olympics in my lifetime but it's the first time I'm seeing both men and women teams in the gold metal final game. Love to see it.

It's a medal match, and predicting the winner is tough since both teams have an equal chance, in my opinion. Serbia might seem fatigued after letting Team USA come back, but they're professionals and know how to bounce back. We should approach this game as if both teams are fresh and ready to give it their all one last time.

I was able to bet on Serbia at 1.70 ML here, less than a hour before the game itself. Germany is good but I guess Jokic will want to have a medal in this Olympics and I think they have the size advantage against Germany here.

Still a good bet in my opinion, and so with that I also added -3.5 for them @2.03. It might be a close fight, but in the end, Serbia is going to put up a solid scoring here, maybe Jokic close to triple double.

It is very difficult to say that Serbia or Germany will win just by looking at the players in the squad, both teams are tired. I think Serbia has a better chance of winning, they had a great performance against America and were ahead until the end of the match. But they were very tired during that match and the morale of the players dropped considerably. Therefore, it is very difficult to make an accurate prediction
