I'm surprised you went some kind of all-in and also chose Betis and Villarreal. I thought you were at the top fighting for the prizes, but now I see that there are only two points between us, which means we are in the same hunt for the yellow cap 

What can i say i like to take some risk, and i really feel like Betis against Girona can be a really good option plus Villarreal is one of the best teams so far and they play against the weak Mallorca. But seems like it was too much and i drop a good ammount of point in this round. This kills me.

What is happening here though ? someone needs to stop notblox from running away with this thing, he just can't seem to miss for the past few rounds now and the gap he's beginning to create if not stopped might become unreachable

Chelsea, Real Madrid and Leipzig combo ruined my picks, I thought I was playing it safe by avoiding Barcelona and Arsenal, although Arsenal's result was very surprising for a team that have been living by 1-2 goals week in week out, only for them to put 4 past Tottenham, in a derby match for that matter huh.

About Bayer Munich i read some of the post and i think in the same way, we need to think something for the next season. Later im gonna read carefully im just super busy with work.

Bayern is a machine this season and everyone picks them, but that is just one team.
Maybe adding bonus and penalty points would spice things up for next season, if players can predict one team with exact number of goals scored.
You get a bonus if you predict exact goals, or negative point if you miss

Sent! As always, tags are appreciated. Interesting matchday to bet on with two LP teams facing off, always favorites for the combinations in Cross League Goal Madness. Anyway, I preferred to go with the idea that they will end 0-0... but maybe it will be a +3.5 goals match.  ⚖️ (?)

Picks are out! As always, I made the first pick the last one. A couple of changes were made because I need some surprise points if they can be pulled off. Pretty sure this is the week where most of us will have similar picks. I was considering Arsenal against Chelsea, but I don’t know if they’ll be able to score more than 1 goal against them. Arsenal will surely win, but it will likely be a low-goal game.

Again a round in which I wanted to select 10 teams. It was kinda easy to trim it down though - but I feel a lot of goals will be scored by most of the teams on the list.

Bayern again with 1.10 odds - so yeah, I think it's better for the competition if we get rid of them.
No other team comes close to these odds every gameweek, and most of the other big teams are easy to skip in a lot of rounds (for example Real in this one).

Subitted ! We need 100% consensus huh, I dont think we will achieve it but Im fine either way. If we exclude Bayern then everyone will simply go with Barcelona Real Madrid each week so I guess there wont be stopping this madness.

I actually like cryptofrka's idea of limiting the selection of specific teams to get some variance results but I guess we could only implement it next season but yeah that idea actually has alot of possibilities with some tweak

Thank you! I was very close to missing this round, but your tags and the Telegram bot really helped.
As for the additional question, it is unlikely that all participants will choose it, at least if they act rationally  It is beneficial for leaders to reduce variability in order to have a greater chance of maintaining leadership.
As for the round itself, it will again be very productive, I see many interesting pairings and I think that Bayern will destroy St. Pauli after their failure in the Champions League.

I mean, there are all sorts of ways to nerf a game but I think too much tinkering and it finds another way to become unbalanced.

Kidding aside, while I would like to have them banned I think it is bad for any competition when you change the rules mid season. There will always be someone that will say what if. But I am 100% for putting some rule in the OP that in future season we will remove teams that have 100% selection rate in 3 consecutive weeks. Or something similar.
