So I was looking at results of nations league and I'm thinking we should have a bonus round of internationals in cross league madness

Heh, Madness in the Nations League? It's actually the perfect fit
It's the most chaotic part of the footballing season and it would be fun to have something running during this period - most contests are having a break.

Spain is the ruler of football now, starting from a young age, seniors and women's football have won trophies, so betting on Spain is no doubt at all.

Don't be sorry lol I know it was a bad idea even as I was typing it honestly, all we would get is people looking for the weakest teams and choosing their opponents. Or Spain lol

You can do that, or some players will forgot about Madness 
I just want to get back at normal schedule of big leagues predictions, this Nations League competition is very boring to me, and I think many national teams are not motivated to play here.
Sadly we need to wait for two more weeks for most of big leagues to return, and I dont see how this is good for players and national teams.

We were talking about football in the CL thread, and see how club dynamics now also leaks into national football.

To be honest, I even got less interest these days in European teams because half of them have players with 2 passports, some changed countries, some don't even live in the countries. Like the whole scene became less of pride to play for a country and just about individual desire to play football for a country.

I prefer killing the stupid Nations League and just making 1 long break for all international football. Instead of constant interruptions.

This is like work when you are in it and everything flows you remember everything but when you went on holidays and comeback you start to feel like everything is so much and like you are maybe forgeting to do something.

It somehow happens to me every damn season no matter how many notifications I have, the problem is yes you can enter all your picks early but without finding out team formats and odds and all that research you will enter picks that aren't good and you say to yourself, that's ok I can change them but the reality is you'll leave the bad picks.

So in the end, only way to keep competitive is to wait to the last hours and enter picks.

Then guess what, you forget sometimes

I beleive one of the problems is we are quite comptitive here, i mean despite a few if you really want to won something you need to do a  research or keep paying attention to a lot of things and that makes you put more and more time into.

So in the end, only way to keep competitive is to wait to the last hours and enter picks.

My problem with last hour picks or whatever thing like that is sometimes an idiot put a game much early than normal so when you want to make your picks you realize the round has already started.

For example the other day i was making some picks in a NFL competition, since i dont know nothing about NFL when i was gonna fill it i just realize a game was already played a few day back, and now i know that in NFL one game of the round is always played a few days before and not with all the rest of games.

I know what you are saying because it happened to me several times, and it is not a good feeling
But that does not mean that if I spend many hours doing research about matches that I will win the round and collect most points.
I dont like posting my predictions very early or very late, but somewhere in the middle.

No, you are right about it, they paid others to do their "research" and after it they come and brag about how much they know about any sport, but the reality is they didnt know anything at all and we only let them win so they can be happy and dont try to disturb us.

About the injuries..... yeah is gonna be interesting when we comeback to normal football how much it affect to the teams, i can expect some surprises in the games and in the madness for sure.

Finally!! we are going back to the madness. This break is taking way too long, I've never cared for when the next form drops until now because it's been boring as hell without much going on these last couple of weeks. Definitely we should look into maybe doing some international madness during the breaks as well so we don't have to suffer from this void for this long!

Yes its not gonna be only because the comeback of the players from their natioanl team but also is gonna be a huge trouble for coaches and for us to know what players are gonna be put in the domestic league games and which one are gonna be reserved for the champions league games in the case of playing it.

Imagine my surprise to see a poor team I like in the relegation pick,,, I know they were probably there before but I only noticed it now. Italian football has really degraded to such a degree. Anyway, cannot wait to see how my renewed picks will be now I have actually looked at the fixtures and done my own estimations, instead of following the sportsbook odds. LFG!
