Manchester United, Roma and Tottenham will undoubtedly play for the Europa League title. And all these three teams are quite strong this season. Manchester United are trying to strengthen their squad with the help of Ten Hag. But I have considerable doubts whether Ten Hag will be able to strengthen this team. We have not seen Manchester United perform well in the last two seasons.

Roma team is stronger this season with the help of new Roma coach De Rossi. Roma's forward lineup has also been strengthened with the addition of Artem Dovbyk to the squad. I consider Roma as the favorite for the Europa League.

What I'm expecting of Manchester United aren't even high but something I believe is within their capacity.

After seeing the game between Manchester city and Manchester United today I begin to almost nurse a doubt about their Europa performance this season if they are going to be really awesome and even brilliant enough to be lucky with the trophy, teams like Roma, and other regular Europa teams who will be participating this season and are very willing to win the trophies will definitely not give Manchester United a chance of this will be their performance.

With no much doubt, I think Roma will even be a challenge to Manchester United, I know city isn't a small team but at some point even their top players where substituted yet Manchester United failed at getting it right. I like this, if Roma is the MU's challenge then it seems to me that it is something very good, I want to see a connected MU, against Man City they did not do bad, knowing that what they played was only a pre-season game, but enough to realize that things were very evident at the time of playing, but as I said, in these competitions like the Europa League, the level increases to great levels, they want to be the best, they want to earn that place in the UCL by being first, that is why this Europa League fascinates me, I want to see Roma's level at the top.

Manchester United did not perform badly in the warm-up match against Manchester City, it cannot be said how Manchester United will perform in the Europa League. There is a lot of difference between a warm-up match and a main stage match. 

In the Premier League we see that each team gets a chance to play 38 matches but in the European League there is no such system. Manchester United will have less number of matches to play in Europa League and if they do not get good points from this less number of matches they will not be able to go to the next round. Despite getting through the group stage, Manchester United could be defeated by the lesser teams in the second round if they can't maintain their offensive performance as well as their defense.

However, we have high expectations for Manchester United in this season of the European League. If this team performs as planned, they have the potential to do well.

Well, personally, I hope that many people's faces change at MU, The fans are all tired of losing. What they've done in the PL or in any other big competition isn't good. Given these things, it can be assumed that everyone expects a lot from them. Of course, we can't forget that this is the highest level league and they can't afford to let down their guard, All the players know that they are very committed , so I don't plan on missing a single game to see how much they can improve and maybe Ten Hag can understand that his usual strategy doesn't work and that he has to use another one.

I haven't even seen enough reason to count Manchester United of the teams to smell this season's Europa cup trophy, before I will think of including United among the teams I'm tipping to win the trophy, I must have seen some forms of consistency with their performances in the league, and not just judging base on the fact they won FA Cup last season in the hands of Manchester City, if you think of team that will be present in the competition, Manchester United will be very far from winning the trophy.

All in all, every team has to play several matches in the tournament and if the bigger team makes a big mistake against the smaller team, then their Europa League journey could end there. Manchester United have to be put ahead considering their past stats as well as their team but most importantly those who do well on the field can win. We all know what happened last season so there is no guarantee that this season will not repeat the same thing as last season.

I think Riga had easy opponents so far and now the real test for them will be Apoel which did not that bad yet they had a very strong opponent like Slavia Prague.Riga a team with not great history in preliminary rounds so far in European competition should not expect much although I think they have achieved massive success already this season as even though they most likely will be eliminated in this last preliminary round they should be going go Conference League group stages which as I said for such small team in Europe is a great achievement.

Congratulations on your bet wining, sometimes in gambling the impossibility is always possible because like you said you never believed the game will played exactly the way you predicted it, however in terms of the match between the RFS and UE Santa Coloma it was a very shameful lost to UE Santa Coloma because even of they are not that strong but conceiving the kind of goals they did proves that they are not ready to go anywhere, I was actually disappointed at UE Santa Coloma performance because before the match started there was some prediction that they would play draw and perhaps Now it has become the opposite, however the player that performed very well for RFS was J.ikaunieks, he scored a hard trick and for me I consider him as the man of the match for RFS.

The match between Elfsborg-Rijeka caught my eye because they played the first match 1-1, and for most of the second half they had one player less due to a red card.  What is also interesting is that the coach of Rijeka was suddenly fired this week and that this match should be led by his assistant.

In my opinion, Erik Ten Hag is having the best transfer season in recent years. Players have arrived in the desired areas and the defensive area has been strengthened with Yoro, De Ligt, Mazroui. Very disappointing to see Corvinul Hunedoara being smashed like that because 6-1 is for sure a very rough defeat for them but as a Romanian , I'm very happy for them because they come from 2nd League of Romania and managed to win Romanian Cup and having a very decent road in Europa League but also in Conference League.

The Manchester United team is yet to be confirmed as a team that every thing is working fine yet because their performance is still not above average at the moment, true their performance against Manchester City a lot of errors were made and the team still lacks the momentum to score goals wnd defend their goals without making mistakes that will make them conceed goals which is what made them lose games last season, Rashford as a player still needs to go back to walk cause he's still not ready to improve in his strikes, he made a lot of mistakes against City, missed a lot of chances that would have led to goals and lacked the energy to defend whenever he loses the ball so the coach needs to motivate the player.

The possibility of the Manchester United team progressing in the Europa League competition depends on the performance of the team and their ability to win their matches but yes it is still early to see them as good favorite on the competition since the league is yet to begin and their chances is yet to be seen but I they perform well they would definitely go as far as winning the Europa next season.

The main stage play is yet to start when each team plays some of the main stage matches to get an idea of the overall tournament performance of that team. Manchester City will not only do well in the Premier League next season, they will also do well in the Champions League. Among the teams that participate in the Champions League, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich are the favorites, but other teams outside of these teams are not doing very well. In the 2022-23 season Inter Milan did well in the Italian league and they qualified for the Champions League final which is a big achievement for them but next season I would naturally put Manchester City ahead of the big teams.

Eric Ten Hag is a very good coach but his performance so far hasn’t been so impressive that will give him that big appraisals from the fans and team management. Eric Ten Hag strategy is not that bad and they can be very effective if consistency is maintained because he’ll see results with this strategy. Manchester United haven’t been that bad as a lot of people labelled it because Manchester United don’t finish on the top level and that is the only problem they’re having since Eric Ten Hag took charge. If Ten Haag must succeed this season, he should restrategize and not use same coaching format as he did last season because this season will be more challenging than last season. Since the club has added new talents to the United squad, a lot is expected of them because the club and the fans cannot settle for less this season as there are a lot of expectations from the players and the head coach, they need to work together so they can get good results this season. Ten Haag have been given another season to make things right for United so it's time for him to get busy and make good use of this privilege accorded to him by the club. The Europa league will be very competitive this season, so every club will really be active to make their fans happy. It's time for the United club to wake up from their slumber, they have got enough rest over the years they need to get back to their feet and do things differently this season to the success of the team.
