I agree withyou that Europa League winner thos season is unpredictable because the club that you think is veey strong based on their performance in their domestic league do disappoint their fans and the world because a club that is not in your mind will cone from nowhere and kick out the strong team thay you think is the favorite. Actually some domestic leagues are nothing compared to what happens in champions League or the Europa League most times an did you begin to make comparison based off the domestic league, you may be on the wrong side because a few teams do appear really good in their domestic league based on the fact that they do play there almost every season but they might not get to qualify for other leagues outside their domestic league and appearance does matter of we would want to consider experience in these league which ofcourse is an advantage, so of all of this isn't put in considering you may just have the wrong judgement about a team t a time. Manchester United so far have been really terrible in their domestic league and even in the Europa and I will not be exactly sure how they will perform in their next fixture because even if we wouldn't want to use their domestic league performance as a base for comparison, it does have an effect on the team away playing other leagues especially their psychology and confidence level.

Usually we will use the domestic league to judge how good a team is playing, but I agree that it is not an indicator that will be completely accurate, many teams are good in the domestic league but not in European competitions, as well as there are teams that perform poorly in the domestic league but they perform well in the Europa League, as we see with Sevilla.

That’s the smart bet to make although I doubt the odds will be big. Manchester United have been very inconsistent this season. In United’s defense, they haven’t played an equal game. Manchester United played 11 men against Twente so the odds were not in their favour. And the loss to Tottenham in the Premier League was 10 men against 11 men. I will like to see how well they do against Porto, if they can get a good result. Their odds for their game against Aston Villa would increase.
