3 goals in 6 minutes from Man Utd is just insane. who would believe they did that last night? i even turned off the tv after they were 2 goals down.
Bruno was the mastermind behind the comeback after getting a penalty and Maguire was the hero in the last minutes with his header besides Onana you are amazing i have to give him credit for his performance on the other side Lyon lost focus especially when they played with 10 men and that weakness was exploited by the hosts. Man Utd test is not over in the semi final later they will face Bilbao a tougher team and have more strength in terms of defense and attack.

I never knew that Manchester united was this bad until I watch them last night, because I have been following them closely but I haven't watched their game of recent live, but the way they threw away a two goal lead left me in shock, and what really surprised me was the two more goals that they conceded in the extra time while playing a team with a man down, I was really disappointed honestly, they were just lucky that the Lyon team threw their two goals lead away, if it were for some teams, it would have been over because they would have defended as if their lives depends on it.

Then as for their upcoming encounter against Tottenham Hotspur, it's actually going to be a cracker because if you look at their head2head record in their past five meetings, Tottenham Hotspur has won four and they drew one, so as it stands, their is a higher probability of Tottenham Hotspur beating Manchester united and progressing to the next stage of the competition, because their head2head record against Manchester united speak volume of how dominant they are against Manchester united in recent times.

I don't see Manchester United being able to make a miracle in the final minutes of the match, I think Manchester United will lose and they will be booed because Lyon played in extra time with 10 players but Manchester United played badly but 2 goals at the end of the match made it forgotten and everyone was lost in the euphoria of Manchester United's victory.

Manchester United have gotten an early one goal lead against Lyon, a goal scored by Manuel Ugarte. This is a strong indication that today may favor Manchester United as everything is going well so far including their confidence and ball control. They should just try and resist the urge of trying to defend the one goal and focus more on scoring as many goals as they can because Lyon is not a team that can easily be prevented from scoring goals. If Manchester United can make it 2 goals lead, then they have a better chance at defending the winning until the final whistle.

It's almost half time and the English team is currently winning at home, seems like they prefer drawing away and winning at home just like they did the last time before moving to this stage. I think in this match no one played badly, all players showed great spirit, except Hojlund I quite agree with you, maybe he didn't perform optimally. While overall we were quite entertained by the effective play of both teams. It was a dramatic game yesterday between Manchester United and Lyon. I really don't know which one among them is the most useless team with how they both fumbled. Was it Lyon that squandered two goals lead with only twelve minutes left to play or Manchester United that conceded two goals against ten men in the extra time? Both Manchester united and Lyon are unserious teams to be honest. Manchester United luckily advanced to Semi final but it is obvious that team lacks motivation seeing how some players playing as if they were forced to play by committing unnecessary errors.

Manchester United had every chance to finish that game during the regular play time without being tensed but their level of inconsistency caused them the need looking for unnecessary comeback. It was unfortunate for Lyon to did a come back and then later sent back home. They both played with their fans emotion yesterday tbh.

 I won't lie, Man UTD are proving time and time again why they need to be crowned the champions of the Europa league competition because I had already thought it was over after Lyon got those two goals despite being a man short but Man UTD refused to give up hope and I tell you, this mentality that they have will surely be displayed in the EPL come next season if the management will keep Amorim.
 Man UTD wasted chances a lot and now that it's very obvious that Onana isn't the reason the club's so good at conceding goals but the fault of the defense and midfield, I think critics should give their nagging a rest because if not for him, I doubt the game would have proceeded to extra time.
 Some people will say they've been wading through the competition based on luck and I'd agree to some extent but Man UTD also put in some work and I hope to see them get to the finals.

Really appreciate Manchester United hardwork here. They went down with so many goals, but able to comeback in less than 10 minutes. They scored three goals, and defending with all of their body. The momeny when i saw yoro used his head to block a shoot by Lyon's player was awaremess and very risky decsiion at the same time.

I'm not also forgetting about how Meguire once again come as savior for United. he deserves a new contract soon following his amazing performance with his club. He's just getting on fire whem he lost his captain ban.

So many amazing moment happened in this game, and they deserved the win.

The game between Man United vs Lyon was a very interesting game. So many surprises from the game, I was actually impressed with Man United pressing so high and full of determination, The both teams was coming in and out of the game, I thought Man United have lost the game at some point, But Man United came back to the game, At some point I also thought the game was over but Lyon came back when man United was winning 2 vs 0, The game was quite interesting for both fans and a neutral as well, I must say congratulations to Man United.

It was a very entertaining match --- who was initially happy to be 2-4 behind in extra time and able to make a comeback in the last minute, this I did not expect Man United to be able to present a tense game even though finally all fans cheered after Maguire scored with a header.

Man United is really gambling in the Europa League, no matter how strong they do now it is proven because they qualify for the semifinals against Bilbao statistically, the opponent is quite balanced even more favored Man United than Bilbao. I think Amorin can qualify for the final.

Harry Maguire just reminded me yesterday of his awesome performances in his early days at Manchester United, it's really worrisome how some player's name is fading away in a team they once dominated and was very relevant. Just Yesterday, Maguire wrote his name as one of the rescuers of Manchester United in an intense competitive game but what will Lyon even tell their fans that they conceded 3 goals in just 7 minutes, so unbelievable but that notwithstanding, Manchester United was more united to reach the semifinal, and they did. What you know is that as a player, sometimes you will face criticisms either from fans or coach but your ability to do exploits despite those criticisms is what will shut the mouth of your critics, so Maguire have now succeeded in silencing his critics after yesterday's heroic win against Lyon. The semifinal opponent of Manchester United is a tough team, Athletic Bilbao have been very impressive in the Europa league games but if Manchester United can get over them and advance to the finals, then it will be a Manchester United trophy in the end, and of which will lead them to automatic qualification in the Champions League next season and their players will get to enjoy playing in the most decorated competition in Europe.

Bodo Glimt is the new sensation in European football... Lazio were lucky to score in the last minutes, but unlucky in the penalty shootout... Lazio made a crazy amount of attacks and corners in this game and I thought they would win easily and make it to the semi-finals, but Bodo proved to be a tough team and even created a few dangerous chances, but could not realise them...

I was very impressed with the style of play of Bodo/Glimt they have been a very good team and are a team to watch in this years European league. The way they dismantled Lazio at the first leg and I feel they have been unlucky in the second leg. They showed seriousness to win against Lazio in the shootout, there goalkeeper was very impressive in the game itself, I’m just happy for a team as small as Bodo/Glimt showing so much confidence in there style of play. I will be watching them in the semi final of the European League.

Yeah, Lazio getting eliminated by Bodo/Glimt was the biggest surprise of the quarter-finals. After a fantastic performance in the group stage, Lazio was my favourite to win the EL, but the mistakes from the 1st leg against Bodo turned out to be very costly. To their credit, they managed to make up for that loss and equalised on aggregate, but failed on the penalties in front of their own fans. Shame, but that's football.

Who knows, maybe betting on Bodo is not a bad idea given the potential value of the bet. If they got past Lazio, maybe they could do it again.
But my pick for the most likely winner would be Manchester United. This is one of the worst seasons for them in terms of the league position, but they are showing some signs of improvement.

Last night's match my according to the most exciting match was the Man United vs Lyon match and of course in that match both teams really played very well and of course many goals occurred in that match making it feel very comfortable watching the match and honestly the match was not boring. and fortunately in that match I favored Man United in the bet, but as the match progressed it seemed very difficult to predict who would win because sometimes Man United was superior, sometimes Lyon was superior in scoring goals and of course it made me tense because I was afraid of losing the bet. but fortunately Maguire scored a goal in the 120th minute if I'm not mistaken and of course Maguire really became the person who contributed in that match. and honestly I thought there would be a penalty shootout but fortunately Man United won with a score of 5-4 this is really a good score.

Amorim really made Man United good in that match and Man United's mentality was really extraordinary and of course now Man United supporters are very happy to see Man United perform impressively in that match. and now Man United advances to the semifinals and of course in the semifinals Man United must be ready to face Bilbao which of course will not be easy to beat.
