My current source is not much as expected and since I'm waiting for my source top up. I've decided to open this thread.

It's a nice initiative in the right direction and I as well agree with rachael9385 that you make the thread self moderated to prevent tendency of abuse on the process and also control traffic of post submission.

Well done Igebotz, I see this as one of the good works of a competent moderator towards ensuring the growth of our dear LB, I would've recommended self moderated myself, but since you can delete any posts from the board, is still the same thing.

This is a very important innovation that would foster recognition to even hidden potentials, giving LB members the duty to help you scout for good posts for rewards is a good division of labor, giving everybody a sense of inclusion in your government which would in turn make the work easier for you and increase efficiency.

It's a nice initiative in the right direction and I as well agree with rachael9385 that you make the thread self moderated to prevent tendency of abuse on the process and also control traffic of post submission.

No need for self moderate he is already a mod and can delete any post in any place in this our local board. And again he can as well delete external place where he noticed is spam, so if it was normal user without being a moderator we can say that person can make that thread a self moderation to control any abuse that could be coming into the thread.
