Week 13 has begun, and I need to redeem myself after a terrible week, so I hope I don't make any mistakes with my picks. I need to get as many points as possible, and I'm glad there are three games today. Right now I'm watching the Packers vs. Lions game and I'm fully backing the Packers with my pick on them. I really hope they perform well.

Yes let's hope for a better week, and I also have the Packers as well this will be a tough game as it's a division rivalry too.
We beat them the first time we played this season so Lions will be looking to get even with this game but we shall see, good luck bro.

The Packers' offense did its job and it was a good start for us. Now, I'm supporting for the Chiefs, the game is tied 7-7. I hope they keep scoring more touchdowns and improve their defense, and then win the game with the spread of -3.5. Another game I'm watching.

This game might be more unpredictable, this Cowboys team is weird after what we saw last week with them versus the Eagles.
But hopefully it doesn't go the same way as I also have Chiefs too.

On that note These guys already played for the season and Packers won, but Lions defence has been getting hurt a lot in the past few weeks.
That's why I decided to go with Packers aside from them being my fav team but their defence has been good, still have time but it's not looking all that good especially with St.Brown now out for the rest of the game.

Well… the Lions aren't my favorite team, but you know, sometimes we make intuitive bets, and I was hoping they'd win. As for KC… they're having a pretty counterintuitive season. I mean, the Colts play a consistent game, Yeah, ok, but if I don’t take risks, things will stay the same. I'd rather be at the bottom of the table than stuck in the middle. My Round: 0-2

It does seem like it the refs can't always help them out all the time but to get beat by the cowgirls wowsers, I fell for the trap in picking them as well so I feel your pain.

After going up 14–7, both the offense and defense collapsed, and there were many flags from the referees and lots of yards lost for Kansas. That changed the course of the game. I think maybe 1 or 2 of those flags were questionable calls by the refs. I’m very disappointed with this game because in another pool I had WT 16 on the Chiefs. Apparently today is an underdog day because the Bengals are winning, which is a good thing since I picked them on the spread.

Indeed they did it gave me a little hope, then the illusion was revealed that we picked the wrong team .
I was disappointed but not surprised because the Chiefs have been so-so all season and Dallas had that amazing comeback last week so I guess it was a recipe for disaster.
As far as the Ravens go their season has been weird and injury ridden including Lamar Jackson himself, and today is a public holiday and they always bet favourites.
So underdogs are usually the way to go, but today wasn't too bad 2/3, it's getting more games right over tomorrow and the weekend now.

Yeah underdogs were definitely barking, the Eagles are a very particular team this season but Bears just had more going of them, they were very motivated to get that win.
As far as your picks go, just go with your gut bro not good to doubt yourself, you already know it's sports and anything can happen especially in NFL.

I haven't followed any matches this season, so for me the easiest thing was to just pick all my picks for the entire season and just forget about it, and it doesn't look good haha😂 I always forget that I have to go into the Slepper app and check my picks because I'm used to just using superbru where I choose all my other choices..

What rivalry? I as a 1st league professional can't semantically derive the word "rivalry" when a 5th league guy feels the urge and desire to challenge the big guys, sorry man.

I am not enough into NFL to make any reasonable picks whatsoever. Then again the German Bundesliga pools prove very well that I as the one playing on home turf is among the biggest losers every year

Gonna think about it, actually an additional chance to teach you a lesson feels like a good reason to take part next time!

Yes, there's something to be said for understanding handicaps, or point spreads as they're referred to in NFL. Its the next best thing to understand if you don't know anything about the NFL or any given sport but want to make an educated bet on it.

For anyone who wonders how this works: let's say the Panthers are the underdog in a matchup against the Chiefs and the line (spread) is +3 Panthers at the start of the week (Tuesday morning). By Saturday, the spread has reflected a move to +7 Panthers. This suggests something happened during the week that made the Panthers worse, the Chiefs better, or otherwise made sharp bettors think the spread was too low.

So lets say you look at Sleeper and it still has the spread at 3, despite the spread actually being 7. This is a situation where it would be prudent to pick the Chiefs at -3, as they are expected to win by 7. It doesn't always work out that way but probably more than 50%... just a little tip that I feel comfortable sharing at this point in time.

Week 13 with a 7-9 record is far from satisfactory. To be at the top you need at least a 9-10 average or better and some terrible rounds on my part have taken me out of contention. It's getting tough to finish in the top 5 with 5 weeks to go.
