I agree with you that Newcastle would really find it hard to break City's walls being that they were down by two goals in the first leg but I want to take Man City's performance at the Hotspur stadium as a reference because we saw how in control Guardiola's men were in the first half only for them to lose it in the second half and end up sharing points with their hosts, who knows if something similar would occur here? Tottenham Hotspur only had 11 fit players and the fact that Newcastle are also hit with injuries to their key men isn't a guarantee that Man City might win the game.
 We know how home advantage always helps but can City maximize on this and punish Newcastle?

Congratulations to Arsenal for winning yesterday’s match and then seeing themselves to the final, the match was very difficult for both teams and Chelsea would have scored if not for the Arsenal goalkeeper who saved some ball at the last minute of the game Arsenal was just defending their attack was weak and that made Chelsea to push forward and was fighting for just a goal but they didn’t get it and by so doing they opened their defense which made Arsenal to score them. Let’s see how Manchester City and Newcastle United will play, I really can’t predict the match because this two teams are mostly at same form so I can’t predict who will win.

Arsenal were already leading on aggregate and even if they draw that game they’ll still qualify but that wonderful goal from Havertz in the stoppage time saw Arsenal now leading with 4 goals to 2 on aggregate and Arsenal are qualified for the Finals of the Carabao Cup.

I congratulate Arsenal on their success in reaching the final. They played very well and had several chances, but failed to convert them. I saw Chelsea increase the pressure in the second half because they needed a goal to equalize. Chelsea played more aggressively in the second half, but Arsenal were able to play solidly. I think this is because Arsenal were not under pressure to catch up on the aggregate score. This means that even if Chelsea had scored a goal, the score would have been level. Actually, Havertz's goal in the final minute didn't put any pressure on them because I thought even if they hadn't scored, the match would have been over. But this shows that Havertz is still worthy of being Arteta's choice. Perhaps Havertz will return to play in the final, even if from the bench.

That win yesterday was a really great win for Arsenal, they’ve now reach the final of the EFL..their first time of reaching a final in a major trophy in the last six years and maybe they’ll be playing against Manchester City in the finals and I seriously think they’ll win the trophy this season.

It was a bit less exciting than a league match. Arsenal won 1-0 thanks to Havertz's last-minute goal and advanced to the next round. Chelsea conceded a counter-attack in the final minute, and Arsenal scored, the match ended immediately after the kickoff.

What I remember most from the match was that both teams were effective with corner kicks. Cucurella blocked a header that was going towards the goal with his head. Finally, Enzo Fernandez needs to work on his shooting. His shots would only be goals in American football. His shots are powerful but go well over the crossbar. He needs to improve his shooting.

I never doubt Arsenal winning against Chelsea yesterday. The lineup gave me much more confidence that Chelsea will lose featuring weak squad. Chelsea new coach is too sturbon that he doesn't want to learn from his mistakes. I believe yesterday was another experiment for him to know that he needs to start every match with his strongest team and then make substitution when he control the game. But to be sincere, Chelsea gave their all in that match. I wasn't expecting Chelsea to dragged Arsenal to that last minute that Arsenal scored.

If the final is eventually between Manchester city and Arsenal, then Arsenal should forget about this trophy and focus on other competitions. The Premier League and the champions league.

This leg  2 of 2 should just seal Man City's victory. The first leg recorded away victory of 2 goals to none in favour of City and now they are home which makes it even more difficult for Newcastle to win. If the goal margin was 1 maybe there would have been slight resistance from the away team in today's fixture but unfortunately conceded 2 in their home stadium giving Cuty big leverage ahead of the second leg. It's more likely we are having Arsenal against City in the final because I don't see Newcastle getting back into this game.

Anytime i watch a game as this one thing comes to my mind and that is the fact one should learn to take advantage early enough knowing that once you allow yourself to go behind, you will spend time struggling before you can even come back and start doing well ever again. had it been that for the first game that Chelsea did really well and at least fought for a draw in that match, securing another draw away from home would have made things all leveled up for both teams. Arsenal has always shown that they are the better team whenever they play against Chelsea and they have reiterated that again by beating them at the Carabao cup.

In as much as in football we always say that nothing is impossible, which is true, but this Manchester City game against Newcastle United is as good as over, because their is no possible way Newcastle United will beat Manchester City at the Etihad, talkless of winning by three goal margin.

Arsenal didn't play a defensive game and both teams attacked but their goalie stopped the few balls on target until, the last minute that Havertz scored the only goal in the match because Chelsea defense was sleeping which gave Arsenal the opportunity to create a chance of two to beat one for an easy goal. City has already qualified to the finals.

i think the odds for this match aren't bad either. i predicted yesterday's arsenal-chelsea match would be a low-scoring affair, and that's exactly what happened. the match almost ended 0-0. today, i think it will be a low-scoring match, as i believe manchester city will settle for a draw or a one-goal victory. with a two-goal difference between them, i don't think they will bother scoring many goals against newcastle.

even if newcastle pushes hard to advance, manchester city seems likely to win the tie if they focus on defense. i believe pep guardiola will prioritize not conceding any goals, as conceding even one could put the match at significant risk for them.

Liverpool won Newcastle 4 goals up in the EPL. I dont think they are a threat in this game. Manchester City is going to win at Etihad very easily because Wissa and other Newcastle players are no longer a threat.

Congratulations to arsenal because on another day, it was a game they would have drawn or lost because Chelsea really gave them a good fight, and if not that Chelsea knew that they were losing on aggregate, so they were desperately in need of a goal, they wouldn't have attacked too much without paying attention to their backline that cost them the game at the dieing minutes.
Though I don't think that the 1-0 loss was fair on Chelsea since it's was an end to end game, and they shows very clearly that they are up there with the rest of the top teams, they were just unlucky and because they were in need of a goal, throwing more bodies forward was the cause of them conceding a goal in this game, but never the less, a big congratulation to arsenal for making it to the finals of the carabao cup.

However, my prediction is for Manchester City to win against Newcastle because they are the home team and are leading by a 2-goal aggregate. I don't think there is a way Newcastle will score more than 2 goals on Etihad without conceding goals on their side. On that note, it's Manchester City and Arsenal will be anticipating for the finals of EFL

As it stands Chelsea fans have the biggest mouth making in the EPL (including Manchester United) even after losing home and away to Arsenal they have words to defend their poor display last night. The Gunners did well last night to absorb the pressure Chelsea came with even with the defensive pattern they used in that game I wasn't sure the manager knew what he was doing, 3-2 and you are suppose to come all out to play like you want to win and I like how Arteta made his players to sit back and do more of the defending, we know the Gunners have been on the attacking style of play but it was different because of the way Chelsea played which is defending. For me the Blues played a very terrible game last night and yet they blast Arsenal for celebrating their win in a domestic cup. The hate is too much and I believe if Chelsea had won it would have been different but since they lost they made the Carabao Cup look small, what a shame.
