What is the update from their support? Do you screenshot with your last conversation with them regarding your withdrawal?

This casino is not active anymore in the forum so most user here is not updated on this casino status. Your feedback and input will be helpful to warn other user about the existing issue you are facing.

Hey guys, I like to check the provably fair systems at many different sites and just tried MonkeyTilt

I played some games and then went to verify my bets, but... was never given the server seed that was used for the bets that I made after I rotated to a new seed.  I went to support to ask them about where I could find the unhashed server seed, and it didn't go very well.   They had no idea.  It kind of blows my mind that a site has been up for NINE MONTHS and not a single person has tried to verify their bets?!

Its been 3 days now, and their support has told me that they are still working on "making it available soon".

Something like this is NOT OK.  I made a twitter post about it and tagged the casino and the owner.  They aren't responding, and my guess is that they are going to silently push an update without addressing it.  This is a very serious issue.  They could have been rigging their games this ENTIRE time.

You are more than welcome to check this yourselves.  They'll probably fix it soon, but not a very good look here for MonkeyTilt

that's possible, and i'm not defending them, but it's very unlikely they been rigging their games, mainly because the other stuff seems to be fine, players being able to pick their own client seed, and hashed server seed being committed before that.
but it shouldn't be like that, a provably fair system is made so players don't need to "trust" the house.

Yes, the same Dollartree on Twitter.  I agree with you here though.  I always lean on the side of incompetence rather than malice for situations like this, but still, quite the oversight.

I've been waiting 3 days for their support to get the server seed that was used, and I think they are probably going to slap a quick fix on the site.

I don't really like how they aren't addressing the situation though.  Maybe they are waiting until the fix is there to address it?  I hope they don't just act like nothing ever happened though.  This is really quite the blunder.

i take what i said back. none of the other stuff was fine, it's even much worse than what it seemed at first.
