The DIFF has been at 4 or above for weeks,  I have mined solo and in the pool.  But with no hashrate and the high diff it's not worth mining.  I have been with this coin since the beginning, and I want to support it.  But when it costs more to mine than what it's worth.. Well you know.

No other coin is named after a revolutionary internet entrepreneur who is personally backing the creation of a pirate internet party. And they are doing a mighty fine job at http://internet.org.nz

You can join the party from anywhere in the world. Current 3 year membership is .0025 BTC.

If TrippleHeXXX support, android app and kiwi synergy isn't enough to grease your miners, then I thank you for your early support and I will be glad to hash for you.

This is still the beginning. Give it a few weeks. Bitcoin was once . . . well you know.

dev can you ask me how many coins are still be mined and how many btc have almost invest in dot, for giving me an idea .

If you are curious about the value of a coin there are many factors to consider and I don't think the amount of BTC "invested" adds any value to any coin. The number of hours a dev team spends is far more important.

Ultimately, every coin is its own financial network. What is that worth? If you were to ask VISA, MC, DISCOVER about the value of their networks you may get a very large number.

As a future minded intergalactic space banker I believe every coin (if well supported) has a multi million dollar value. KIMDOTCOIN is one of those coins. It syncs incredibly fast too (not sure if that is because of a low volume of transactions or if sa_ddam worked some TripleHeXXX magic).

From an unattached and purely speculative miner's perspective (and that's not me) I think values exchanged on xnigma.com are pretty accurate. Low volume but last trade was .0000039 which is currently around .001714 USD.

At block 18,000 there will be 9,000,000 DOT in circulation which is 1% of the entire DOT economy. At .001714 USD that would be roughly $15,426 market cap at block 18000.

If all coins were in circulation we would be looking at a $1.5 Million economy at that rate AND that is if the value never goes up in value . . . ever.

I have been mining DOT ever since the difficulty was stuck at 4. If miners are waiting until KGW implements at block 18,000 thinking the difficulty will go down, they may be surprised that other miners are waiting and we may see the difficulty truly take off as the coin beautifully evolves. So the question is how long will it drop?

.001714 US/DOT is an accurate price for covering GPU electricity mining costs of DOT. ASIC miners could sell for less, but why would they?

Personally, I think .002 US/DOT is still waaaaay too low. But I like this coin, android app, 30 sec block times, incoming KGW, KIMDOTCOM, 890M total coins, TrippleHeXXX support, New Zealand based . . . yeah, great coin.

Go ahead and pimp that android app . . . anyone can run a small business gift card program with this coin.

Update your client and watch this coin soar.

We have to make it to block 18000.  Still have 270 someodd blocks to go.  That can take a while.  When other stuff gets to difficult to solo mine, I switch the miners back to TripleHeXXX.  Hoping we can get by this!!!

I'm all DOT except for one GPU on BIC. I lost a few days while out of town when the stratum went down. I can't wait to see what happens when we pass 18000.

Hey Whalebone, Ready to bust some blocks on TripleHexxx!!!!

Thank you KGW!

If you aren't mining this, you are missing it!

My android app client has yet to show coin I sent it a few hours ago. Anyone else having this issue? Is RAXE running the old blockchain?

GO DOT GO!

Scratch that, it shouldn't make a difference, there was no changes to the blockchain, sa_ddam still has the old windows wallet and has received coins from the new wallet without issue o.O

Can you gimme some further details of the issues you're experiencing?

I totally could be wrong about that, AllCrypt is showing no blocks for 15.5 hours so looks like the ones I received from the pool to the old wallet where coins that were confirming on the old chain.

Don't worry they are not lost, they will show up when they upgrade versions Smiley, there has been plenty of notice given, I guess it was all ignored

Anyway DOT to da moon!!!!!
